They are the ones who have nothing but fire for them in the hereafter. What they have done (in the worldly life) has gone in vain. The things they are doing are in vain.
Tafsir
Naked in the Hereafter, they are deprived of Allah's mercy and have no intercessor or helper there. In this situation, they will have nothing but fire. Because these people did not fear Allah as much as they feared each other. They did not boast in Allah, but boasted in each other. Instead of worshipping Allah, they associate partners with Allah. And as if that were not enough, they were in a constant struggle against those who did Allah's commandments, in order to drive them away from Allah. With this they have bought the fire in the Hereafter.
What these people have done in this world has also been in vain. In fact, what they do, what they worship, is falsehood. It is a fabrication with no basis in fact.
What is said in the video
God willing, my child Yasemin has understood. Surah Hud, verse 16: Those are the ones who in the Hereafter, other than the Fire, have nothing at all for themselves. May Allah protect us from such an end. Inclining to the world: "I will take the world," then, not just this world; even if another world were yours too and added to it, then leaving it all here you go to your eternal, original homeland without provision and as a rebel against Allah, and you will be seeking that eternal abode of torment, the shirt of fire. Allah forbid. From such feelings and from such an end may Allah protect us. Those are the ones who in the Hereafter have nothing for themselves but the Fire.
"What they did in the world has also gone to waste," they say. How beautifully Allah says it. "What they were doing is vain anyway," He says. Yes.
Now the words of a saint come to my mind. "Busying oneself with a shadow is a nothing," he says. "And whoever busies himself with nothing is a nothing too," he says.
One who busies himself with a shadow: a nothing. "And whoever busies himself with that nothing is a nothing," he says. That is, your acting outside Allah's command: however many good deeds you do, since they go to waste, you too, he says, since what you did goes to waste in the world of the Hereafter, by going to the eternal abode of bliss, er, the abode of torment, which is their torment, and, in Allah's sight, driven out of His mercy and deprived, as a nothing, that is, without anyone, you are (?) there, he says. Allah forbid.
So the people left stark naked in the world of the Hereafter, when they are also deprived of Allah's mercy, have there neither an intercessor nor a helper.
Allah Almighty created the universe with knowledge. With knowledge. With knowledge. As people find knowledge, they come to see Allah's majesty, His greatness. His greatness. Yes. People without knowledge believe in anything. They are governed by superstitions.
What are we saying? Those are the ones who in the Hereafter have nothing for themselves but the Fire, such people. Who are they? People who want the world and turn their back on the Hereafter. What they did in the world has also gone to waste. What they were doing is vain anyway. Indeed. As the saint said, one who busies himself with a shadow, busies himself, is a nothing. And whoever busies himself with nothing is a nothing too. If you are busy with nothing, you are not busy with the truth; however many fine deeds in the world you do, to the Hereafter, I mean: if Allah Almighty, who created that world and gave you those materials, you do not remember, and give your heart to the matter of that world and turn your back on its Creator, within a certain span of life you prove what kind of person you are, and even if your deeds were nice ones, you will have gone to the Hereafter without provision.
By denying Allah, valuing what Allah gave, and to its Creator turning your back, you will have bought the eternal abode of torment. Yes. So the people left stark naked in the world of the Hereafter, since they are also deprived of Allah's mercy, have there neither an intercessor nor a helper. In the face of this, they are the ones who have nothing but the Fire. When they stand before this Fire, He says, like grinning people their lips, He says, will open and their teeth will show, He says. May Allah protect us from such torments. Yes. Because these people, as much as they were wary of each other, were not wary of Allah.
They did not boast of Allah but boasted of each other. Instead of worshipping Allah, they associated partners with Allah. Moreover, as if these were not enough, against those who carry out Allah's command, in order to distance them from Allah, they were in a constant struggle. So these, with these states of theirs, bought the Fire in the world of the Hereafter. What these people did in the world has also gone to waste. Anyway, the deeds they did and what they worshipped, saying "I am worshipping," are false. They are made-up deeds with no foundation at all.
