Translation

“Oh my people! As a miracle for you, here is Allah’s camel. Leave it, it shall eat (and drink) on Allah’s land. Do not let it be touched by harm; otherwise, a punishment will seize you soon.”

Tafsir

Then the people of his people, who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, do not rest in peace. They caught the camel where no one could see it and killed it by cutting off its legs. Do they think that they will go unpunished after that? The public cause of Allah will surely catch them.

What is said in the video

Salih goes on addressing his people: O my people, here, as a miracle for you, is Allah's camel, a golden-yellow camel, which Allah Almighty brings forth from the rock. This can only appear as Allah's miracle. Leave her, let her eat and drink on Allah's earth. Do not touch her with harm, or a near punishment will seize you, it says. For whoever asks Allah Almighty for a miracle, and Allah Almighty makes that miracle appear, brings it into being, and people treat this miracle Allah Almighty has shown with indifference, do not carry out Allah's command, do not believe in that miracle, or the miracle He showed, that camel, if they kill it: with Allah Almighty, toward Allah Almighty, one cannot be indifferent.

He is not taken lightly. That is when, calamity upon calamity, destruction upon destruction (?). Yes.

With the miracle of Salih, Allah Almighty brings a yellow camel out of the rock, and Salih: on one day, one day of the week, the camel will drink the water. And no one will load any burden on this camel or make use of her. That camel will graze in the pasture. Allah's command to Salih is this. Salih tells it to his people. And events unfold one after another. We are reading it anyway. The Prophet Salih: the miracle Allah will give me, what do you say to it? Will you not believe this either? Upon his saying this, from his people, who declared they would believe after seeing a miracle from the Prophet Salih, the Prophet Salih withdraws to one side.

He prays two rak'ahs and supplicates to Allah. And Allah Almighty accepts his prayer. (?) brings a yellow camel out of a rock. The Prophet Salih turns to his people and says: O my people, this camel, this is Allah's camel.

The Prophet Salih turns to his people and says: O my people, this is Allah's camel. Do not touch her, and any harm, any harm do not do her. Let her drink from the pastures and waters of Allah's earth. If you do her any harm, a near punishment will seize you, He says. When the miracle came out for Salih's people, that is, when Allah brought this camel out of the rock, He makes His command known. Thereupon, would those of his people who did not believe, who had no faith in Allah and the Hereafter, ever keep still? They catch the camel where no one can see and kill her by cutting her legs. These, after this, (?).

Allah's public prosecution will surely seize them. Yes.
