Tafsir
When Allah's chastisement comes upon a town. That town will be destroyed. It is as if there is no one left there and they have not developed the town. Allah (swt) tells people about the torments that people who incur Allah's wrath will suffer in this world and in the Hereafter through events and dates. He makes people witness what they do in this world. In the Hereafter, they will be held accountable for their actions.
(Know that the people of Thamud were far away from the mercy of Allah, as the people of Median were far away from the mercy of Allah), which means that in the Hereafter these people will be punished with the most severe punishments. Allah (swt) is making people witnesses in this world against the punishments that He will inflict on them in the Hereafter. The purpose of this witnessing is so that people can learn from them, and turn away from evil deeds and find the right path. It is also a threat to people. By showing people the misery and destruction of those who do not listen to Allah's commands in this world: O people! If you do not take lessons from these events and turn your backs on Allah who created you, your fate in the Hereafter will be no different. Just as there are degrees of paradise, that is, there is a paradise for every state of being, there are seven paradises for seven states of being. The eighth heaven is Maqam al-Mahmud. It belongs to the Prophet (s.a.w.). Just as there is a heaven for every soul, the opposite of this is hell for evil deeds. It is also many layers. When Allah (swt) says that He has kept the people of Thamud away from His mercy and He has kept the people of Median away from His mercy, He means that the lowest level of Hell, i.e. the most painful and painful suffering, will be inflicted on them. The people of eternal hell after him are also in degrees.

Now we have come to the 95th verse of Surah Hud.
When we look at the book, it seems as if something is missing, but it's written that way. Perhaps we could have written this even better.
Let's also look at the Diyanet's book.
Surah Hud 95. "As if they had never dwelt there," it says. Nice too.
As if they had never dwelt there. We wrote it that way too. As if they had never dwelt there. But we could also have written it like this. They were destroyed, after all — in an instant, on their knees, by that blast they were destroyed. It was as if they had never resided there. As if they came to that state. That's how it is anyway. They came to a state as if they had never resided there. That is, they were destroyed and gone, after all. As if they had never lived there. And that is "as if they had never dwelt". Indeed it says "as if they had never dwelt there". This "had never dwelt" is one thing, "as if they had never lived there" is another.
Or as if they had never settled. Had we said that, it would be understood more easily, nicely. It's written that way. As if they had never dwelt there. Like a deficiency, a lack of punctuation arises in the sentence. Let's leave that part like that. God willing, if we write a new translation. I mean, as we said, we have finished 95% of it. Small deficiencies like this. The meaning is complete. But it's worth rounding off the meaning more. For example, "as if they had never dwelt there" (?) "as if they had never lived there". Or "as if they had never settled there". It means these anyway. If we put the "as if" there, it's more — that is, with their destruction everything ended in an instant, as if no being had ever lived there.
Yes. Know that just as the people of Thamud were far from Allah's mercy, the people of Madyan too became far from it. The people of Madyan, Shuayb's people — it means far from Allah's mercy.
On the Day of Judgment, at that Great Court, for those from whom Allah Almighty has lifted His mercy no scale will be set up, we said; Allah Almighty says in His verse that all the fasts they have kept have come to nothing. We will not set up a scale for them, He says. A scale. So, since for the people from whom Allah has lifted His mercy no one will intercede, Allah Almighty, in His verse here, makes known that these are destined for Hell forever, even before they pass to the hereafter, to us in this world, the people living here.
Yes.
Once Allah's command of punishment goes out against a town, that town will now certainly be destroyed. No one can turn it back anymore. If Allah's command has gone out.
As if no one had remained there and they had never built up that town, they come to such a state. The punishments that those who suffer Allah's punishment will (?) in this world and the hereafter, Allah Almighty tells people about through events, with events and histories. Indeed the Quran, I mean this Quran, if you pay attention, tells us about the condition of the people who lived long ago. The people who lived in the past. So what is this? Don't history books also tell us about the people who lived in the past? They do. So this is a history, a history. And it is Allah Almighty speaking with people.
By telling people what happened to the people of the past: O people!
Of the people since your forefather Adam, those who the (?) essence do not recognize, who on the Owner of the worlds, Allah, turned their backs — how We destroyed them; people discovering Our miracles in your time too and bringing them to light is the proof that I have made My essence openly known to you, He says. My miracles. What is it — in His time, in our time too, Allah Almighty showing us His miracles; perhaps if a prophet came and showed us a miracle, like the old peoples we might say it's sorcery. We'd say it's magic. But that Allah's word, which leaves no way of escape at all, is not sorcery, not magic, and that He has openly made His essence known to us — how do we understand that? Darwin's — the people of the Sabbath, Allah Almighty turning their form into apes, and saying man comes from the ape, symbolizes Allah Almighty turning the people of the Sabbath's form into apes.
Isn't it so? It says the two seas (?) each other, there is a barrier between them; fresh water and salt water do not mix, it says. Captain Cousteau finding, at the Strait of Gibraltar, this place where fresh and salt water do not mix, and shouting "found it" — aren't these miracles? Well, doesn't Allah Almighty tell us with verses? So must He appear before me and explain it to me personally? Here are His miracles, which 1400-odd years ago in His verse He announced, His miracles. So, the splitting of the moon: those who went to the moon seeing that there is a definite rift in its middle. How else should He manifest His miracles, how else should He speak to us?
Pharaoh's body. The finding of Pharaoh's body. Of course. What does it say? Today We will save you, your lifeless body, it says, as a lesson for the worlds, it says. Your lifeless body, it says. If He had said "We will save you", we would have remained alive. Your lifeless body, it says. That's right. Probably Surah Yunus, verse 90 — it seems to me it will be. Well, let's see.
O Pharaoh, for those who come after you, so that you may be a lesson, today We will save your body lifeless, it says. Indeed many people are heedless of Our verses, it says. Surah Yunus, verse 92. Yes. So people are heedless of Allah's verses. How are they heedless of Allah's verses? Muslims, and heedless.
They take the verses so lightly that by their own minds, Allah said it like this, they say; in one single direction they put Allah into a frame with their own minds.
By his own mind he interprets it, by his mind. If he feared Allah, he would not interpret it.
Today, the Quraysh, the people in Saudi Arabia, we ask them about the verses: the meaning, Allahu a'lem, he says; he doesn't interpret it. His own language, and he says the meaning, Allahu a'lem; he does not answer you. But these poor wretches of ours, seeing themselves as something, frame the verses by their own minds and never give up attributing qualities to Allah. Carnal whim, pride and arrogance, grandeur; in his hand a rag of a diploma — a diploma he has put behind him, and with it he sees himself as privileged in religion. So, without fearing Allah, attributing qualities to Allah, they interpret the verses. Yes.
