They were struck by damnation here and in the hereafter. Bad is this gift that has been given!

Tafsir

Since Allah loves human beings very much, He willed that they should know Him through their own will. He created only human beings as equal among all the created beings in the universe and made them the addressees of His Essence. In this respect, He left the will in people's own hands. That is why people are responsible for what they do.

Suppose a person works in a factory or in a government job, or he is very much loved by his elders. When this person does a good job, he or she is given gifts by his or her superiors or by the people who love him or her. With this gift, both the person is happy and the giver of the gift celebrates the success of the person to whom the gift is given by showing his/her love for the person to whom the gift is given.

Accept the opposite; this person has committed a bad deed and harmed the organization he works for or the people around him. This is the punishment for this crime.

Allah, the Owner of the Worlds, will give Paradise as a reward and gift to those who worship Him and keep His commands and work to fulfill them, and who believe in Allah and the Hereafter. Those who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter and do not listen to Allah's commands and do evil deeds will be rewarded with Hell. It is an evil place of return. He will recompense every soul for what it has earned, as the Judge of Judges, for there is no one to recompense except Allah.

These are the gifts that Allah, the sovereign in His judgment, gives to people in return for their good and bad deeds. In other words, it is their decision that is given to them in return for their deeds. What a bad decision these bad people have taken in their hands.

What is said in the video

Surah Hud, verse 99. They were cursed here and on the Day of Judgment too. May Allah protect us, they were made subject to the curse. A curse means that Allah's mercy is lifted from them. They no longer have any intercessor or any helper. What an evil gift this is that has been given to them, it says. Yes.

Allah created people as a mirror to His essence, and He loves people very much. He loves people very much.

He creates causes in order to forgive people. Causes.

Because He loves them so much. And the Prophet (peace be upon him) says so too. Even if a person's sins, he says, had reached the clouds in the sky, when with a (?) heart he repents, when he turns to his Lord, Allah his sins (?) (?), he says. Allah loves man very much. Because He gave man a particle of His essence. In no creature other than man is there the spirit of Allah Almighty. But the poor people. Yet look: they attach the spirit to Gabriel, to other animals, to nature, sir, to wolves and birds. Because they know nothing of the verses.

The whole spirit is Allah Almighty.

They ask you about the spirits; say: it is a command of my Lord. If it is a command of my Lord, how do you put this spirit into wolves and birds? Look at the verse of Allah Almighty. No verse contradicts another verse. Because only man has the spirit, He says: I created man honoured above the worlds. Whoever seeks honour and glory, He says, honour and glory are with Allah, He says. Because He gave him a particle from within His spirit, He addresses him. None of His other creatures is addressed by Allah.

In that case, how can you attach this spirit to Gabriel, to this one and that?

Yes. So if man is honoured above the worlds — the verse says so. I'm not saying it. (?) says it.

Among the worlds, aren't there also created angels? There are. There are. Seventeen thousand worlds have been created. If he is honoured above the worlds, honoured above created beings, then this man is more honoured than the angels too, more honoured than the angels.

In that case, how do you attach the spirit to this man, who is more honoured even than the angels? Then they too would be honoured, they would reach the same capacity.

They know nothing of the verses.

If they knew, they would not talk at cross purposes like this, one this way, one that way.

Yes.

Because Allah loves people so much, He willed that His essence be known by people through their own will. Among the created beings in the universe He created only man as the noblest of creation. And He made him His addressee. For this reason He left the will, the partial will, in people's own hands. (?) people are responsible for what they do.

Suppose a person is working in a factory or within a state. Or he is much loved by his superiors. When this person does good work, the institution he works for, or, to this person who has made himself loved by his superiors, his superiors or the people who love him give gifts. Gifts, plaques are given. Isn't that so? Yes. Letters of commendation are given. With this gift both this person rejoices, and the person giving the gift, because he loves the one he gives it to, shows him his love and so celebrates his success. Suppose the opposite. This person has done bad work. He has harmed the institution he works for or the people around him.

In return for his offence, he is punished. So Allah, the Owner of the worlds, to those who worship Him and strive to keep and carry out His commands, who believe in Allah and the Hereafter, will give as reward and gift His Paradise. His Paradise. For those who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter and do not heed Allah's commands, who do bad deeds, the place that is their recompense is Hell. What an evil place of return that is. Since there is none who punishes other than Allah's essence — Allah Almighty: Eleysallahu bi-ahkemi'l-hâkimîn, as Judge of judges — on that day judgment is Allah's alone, He says; in the great court, passing judgment belongs to Allah alone there. They say only this: judgment belongs to Allah, they say, judgment is Allah's, they say.

If judgment were Allah's, then in this time we live in, He would remove my partial will from me, take me under His own command, steer me in those actual deeds; then why would He write reward and sin for me? So the verse does not say ‘judgment is Allah's alone’. There is no such verse. Look, there is no verse with the words ‘judgment is Allah's alone’. There is a verse: ‘on that day judgment is Allah's alone’. If you remove that ‘that day’ and say ‘judgment is Allah's alone’, you blame Allah, you attribute guilt to Him. You also ascribe attributes to Allah. So people, because they have no knowledge, say judgment is Allah's.

Judgment is mine; as long as we live, it is the judgment of each of us. By the judgments we make, by the actual deeds we do, we earn reward and sin.

Why does Allah Almighty say: Fe men ya'mel miskâle zerratin hayran yerah. An atom's weight of good, I will write. Ve men ya'mel miskâle zerratin şerran yerah. An atom's weight of evil too I will write. If judgment were Allah's, if He gave my judgment in my place, why would He write my good and my evil? What is the reason?

Know the verses well. Do not quote verses half-way, breaking the bird's wing and making it like a bird flying on one wing.

Yes.

He, Eleysallahu bi-ahkemi'l-hâkimîn, as Judge of judges, gives each soul the recompense of what it earned. So these are the gifts that Allah, the Possessor of judgment, in His judgment, gives people in return for the good and bad deeds they have done. Where? On the Day of Judgment. The earth, He says, another earth. When the sky is another sky, when the earth, He says, is brought perfectly flat, with neither (?) nor rise, watering it with the sea of secret on the sixth level, the cell in people's bodies that neither dies nor decays, with our skeleton down to our fingertips, comes forth and will be joined with our spirit.

We will come face to face. When you come into My presence with a driver, He will say. Allah Almighty, in the verse. We silence your mouths, (?) your feet, make your hands speak, He says. At this time there is no (?), He says. That is, everyone will follow along (?). Where will they go? To the place of gathering. To the Mahshar. And there the mahkeme-i kübra, the great court, has been set up.

O man! Use your reason! Obey the Lord of the worlds, so that you do not suffer there either. First Allah Almighty will send His righteous servants of high rank to their places. The others will wait. Rank by rank He will settle people into their places. So that you join the group of those He welcomes with a smiling face and do not suffer punishment in that place of gathering, in this world be a servant to your Lord and of the ummah of His Beloved; be careful about halal and haram; join the righteous servants, so that on the Day of Judgment, on that Day of Reckoning, your reckoning is done quickly, and in that Paradise you may, in joy and delight, inherit the most beautiful places your Lord has promised.

Yes.

So these are the gifts that Allah, the Possessor of judgment, in His judgment, gives people in return for the good and bad deeds they have done. May you too be worthy of that beautiful gift, those plaques, those certificates of appreciation, so that you are settled in your place first.

That is, these are the verdicts handed to them in return for what they did. And the verdict these evil people receive — what an evil verdict it is. Yes.
