When that day comes, no one can speak without the permission of Allah. Some of them are saddened, some others joyful.
Tafsir
On that day of reckoning, when you are gathered before Allah, the Judge of Judges, in the Court-i Kübra, no one can speak without Allah's permission. Whoever will be called to account will be allowed to speak. When people take their rights from each other, they will be allowed to speak in the presence of Allah, again with Allah's permission. This shows us that decency has a great place among people. It shows that respect, love and reverence for elders will be honored. People will receive their rights from each other, or Allah will grant intercession to those whom He loves. Some intercessors will intercede for some Muslims and save them. The people of Paradise will be happy and the people of Hell will be miserable when they see that Allah's command is true on the Day of Reckoning.
What is said in the video
What does it say? On the day it comes, without Allah's permission no one can speak.
Some sophists say there is no intercession. No station of intercession. What is this? On the day it comes, without Allah's permission no one can speak. The day it comes — what? On that day judgment belongs to Allah alone, He said. When the Hour has come and people are gathered at the place of assembly and called to account at the Supreme Court, on that day it comes, without Allah's permission no one can speak. Except those they permit, it says. No one other than those Allah, Allah permits can speak, it says. Among them some are wretched and some happy, it says. Because however you have proven to yourself what kind of person you are in the world, if this proof of yours lies outside Allah's command, of course you will live a wretched life.
In a never-ending world. And some are happy. Of course, if one submitted to what Allah said and carried out what one's Lord said, since Allah Almighty's promise is true, according to the verse 'Who is as true to his word as Allah?', of the Paradises He promised you He will send you as the heir (?). Yes. On that Day of Reckoning, at the Supreme Court, before the judge of judges, Allah, when they are gathered, without Allah's permission no one can speak.
Those they permit, those they permit at the station of intercession — they too, as far as Allah Almighty allows, according to their rank, from seven people to seventy people — Allah Almighty will give that person the right of intercession. His rank is somewhat lower. He will save seven people. He will save ten people. He will save fifty people. He will save seventy people. That too according to his rank. Yes.
In these rescues, not those deprived of Allah Almighty's mercy. They are without anyone and alone. Not the eternal people of Hell.
Those who went as Muslims but are to enter Hell as guilty. Indeed, according to the verse 'neither a stain nor sorrow touches their faces', by giving the station of intercession for these, Allah Almighty will make them happy. Well, Hodja, where is Allah's justice then? Commit crime after crime, enter Hell. Then let Ahmet or Mehmet save him there. Where is this justice then?
Beside this justice, Allah's mercy surpassed His justice. 'My mercy surpassed My wrath,' as He said. In this case, 'My mercy — in the world I sent one percent of My mercy,' He says. 'Ninety-nine percent I kept for Myself.' 'On the Day of Judgment I will judge My servants with it,' He says. So here, Allah's mercy: to save His servants, what He has granted people — causes.
This is Allah's greatness, our Lord's greatness. Well, now, when we have such a Creator, when we have such a One who gives us life, when we have a Lord who created us from nothing like this as something lofty, so merciful, so compassionate, so providing, and in return asking nothing of us, only wanting His being to be known — can our Lord be betrayed? Can He be met with ingratitude?
In this case, even if man worshipped night and day, to repay Allah's mercy upon us would not even be possible. Yes.
Whoever's account is to be settled will have permission to speak. When people take their rights from one another, before Allah, again with Allah's permission there will be speaking. This shows us that good manners have a great place among people. It shows that respect and love for elders must not fall short in reverence. People will take their rights from one another, or Allah will also give those He loves among people the right of intercession. Some people of intercession will intercede for some of the Muslims and save them. When everyone's recompense for what they earned comes before them on that Day of Reckoning, when they see that Allah's command is true, the people of Paradise will be happy, while the people of Hell will be wretched.
