With the exception of those who desire from their Lord, as long as the heavens and the earth stay, they will stay in that fire eternally. (This is) because your Lord Allah; is the One who does with truth and just.
Tafsir
Those who ask of their Lord, that is, those who believe in Allah and the Hereafter, those who seek Allah's mercy and continue in servitude to their Lord, except those who are miserable, those who disbelieve in Allah and the Hereafter, those who do not believe in the Hereafter and the Day of Reckoning, will abide in the Fire as long as the heavens and the earth endure.
The meaning of the heavens and the earth here is the heavens and the earth in the Hereafter. The fire is the fire of Hell in the Hereafter, as the verse clearly states (they will remain in that fire as long as the heavens and the earth endure). Allah is talking about the Hereafter in this verse. In the forty-eighth verse of Surah Ibrahim, Allah says, "On the day when the earth is made another earth and the heavens another heaven, and (people) appear before Allah, the One and the Almighty, Allah will punish all wrongdoers. This is talking about life in the hereafter.
From this verse, we understand once again that the wrongdoers who deny Allah and the Hereafter will pity their souls by being subjected to the eternal pain and suffering of an eternal life with no salvation and no death.
Allah is the One who does what He wants. Allah is complete and perfect. There is no deficiency in Him. Therefore, when He wills something to happen, He creates it and no one can find fault with it. Allah also creates His creatures under His sovereignty. In the forty-eighth verse of Surah Ibrahim, which says: "On the day when they appear before Allah, the One and the Mighty, He is under the sovereignty of all His creatures, no one can oppose Him, no one is in need of Him, and He does what He wants.

Now we come to our lesson. We had stopped at verse 107 of Surah Hud. (?) our daughter says so. We stopped at 107. On page 1405. Verse 107. This is a verse that has been explained wrongly. Yes, let us read you the wrongly explained part here.
Yes.
It has been explained wrongly. What does it say?
“Except what your Lord wills.”
Yes, “except what your Lord wills.” “The others will remain in that fire forever as long as the heavens and the earth endure. For your Lord does fully what He wills,” it says. When it is “except what your Lord wills”, as we always say, the partial will is removed, the partial will. Allah Almighty would be using His universal will over people, which ascribes an attribute to Allah. In this respect, what do we say? “Except those who wish from their Lord” — that is, why did Allah Almighty create us? He created us so that His Being would be known. Isn't that so? Why did He send us to the world? As far as we learned there, as I have told you, since He created us close to His Being, so that people would not say, “If You had sent me to a (?) realm, I would have worshipped You so well there, I would have been among the believers” — so that they would not say this, He sent us to this realm. Now here too Allah Almighty, separating those who know from those who don't, although He knows, treats everyone with equal treatment, and everyone, with the destiny they had written in proportion to their covenant, in proportion to their own will, with their desire and wish, by asking their Lord — Allah Almighty creates causes, we said, and under these causes everyone proves what kind of person they are.
In this case, Allah Almighty's willing is not over people. By the judgments people make, they become subject to reward and sin. What does Allah Almighty say? “Did you think you would die without proving what kind of person you are?” Then, according to this verse, there would be no need at all for us to prove ourselves. Because He would put us into Paradise or Hell by Allah's will. What need was there for us to prove ourselves? So if this were made up by a human, there would be many words in it that do not agree with each other, per the verse. It contradicts these. They contradict each other. Or in this respect too, the Quran, sir, people have constantly explained wrongly. In this case too they have ascribed attributes to Allah Almighty. God willing, with our efforts we are trying to correct these.
We reported it to the relevant places. We (?) an answer from them too. They will prepare a conference again. God willing, we will go to that conference (?). If Allah (?), we will try to explain the truth to them too. Yes. So “except those who wish from their Lord” — who will wish? Those obedient to their Lord, those who know their Lord as Lord — these, except these who wish, because Allah set apart two places for those who know His Being and those who don't, one Paradise, one Hell; those who know His Being He made heirs of Paradise, and to those who deny His Being, despite feeding them and giving them drink so much, despite granting them a life, He will grant the place of punishment. Everyone will see the recompense of what they earned.
The recompense of what they earned. Yes.
Those who wish from their Lord, that is, those who believe in Allah and the Hereafter.
Those who believe in Allah and the Hereafter, who, seeking Allah's mercy, continue in servanthood to their Lord — these are excepted. Those wretched ones, who deny Allah and the Hereafter, who do not believe in the Hereafter and that Day of Reckoning, will remain in that fire forever as long as the heavens and the earth endure. The heavens and the earth. So what does this mean? Eternal. It is endless. And in a verse Allah Almighty says that they, after burning there for many thousands of years, will neither feel nor taste, that is, as fire logs, as wood logs they will remain there. What does this mean? Allah Almighty: they will neither feel nor taste; that is, if they will remain there as wood logs, since wood does not feel and does not taste, again Allah Almighty will extend His mercy to them, extend His mercy to them; after those nerve senses are removed, they will neither feel nor taste.
Like wood logs in the fire, they will remain as fire logs. Yes. The meaning intended by the heavens and the earth here is the heavens and the earth in the realm of the Hereafter. As is clearly evident in the verse, “as long as the heavens and the earth endure, they will remain in that fire forever.” Its saying this — since the heavens and the earth in the world will not stand forever, since the Day of Judgment will (?) — the heavens and the earth standing forever is in the realm of the Hereafter. Allah Almighty means that place. And the fire is the fire of Hell in the Hereafter. In this verse here Allah speaks of the realm of the Hereafter.
In Surah Ibrahim, verse 48, too: the earth is turned into another earth, and the heavens into other heavens. On the day people appear before Allah, the One, whose power cannot be withstood, Allah will punish all the wrongdoers. In the verse, verse 48 of Surah Ibrahim decrees this. Here the life in the realm of the Hereafter is spoken of. Yes. So from this verse we understand once more that the wrongdoers who deny Allah and the Hereafter, an eternal life without salvation and without death, its eternal suffering and pains — how? They will ruin their own breaths. “Attaining”, it says, they will ruin their own breaths.
Yes. Attaining the eternal suffering and pains of an eternal life without salvation and without death, they will ruin their own breaths. So what is breath? The breath a person takes in life expresses his aliveness, his being alive. “He ruined his breath” means he ruined his own self. We say it in the sense of “he ruined his own life”. Allah Almighty does fully what He wills. Yes. Allah is complete and perfect. There is no deficiency in Him. Therefore, when He wills something to be, He creates it, and no one can find a fault in it. Allah also creates what He creates under His rule. In verse 47 of Surah Ibrahim there is also “whose power cannot be withstood”; in the verse where He says “the day they appear before Allah”, that all created beings are under His rule, yes,
Allah Almighty does fully what He wills. Allah is complete and perfect. There is no deficiency in Him. Therefore, when He wills something to be, He creates it, and no one can find a fault in it. When He wills something, that is, when He says it, whatever He desires, He creates it. Now here we used the word “o”. That is, it does not happen at once with sound and (?). For example, when Allah Almighty is going to create something — just as people, an engineer, make a plan, draw it and bring it to life — Allah Almighty too, since He knows it down to the finest detail, creates it within a project in that way.
And this relates to a time. For example, what does He say? “We created the heavens in two days, the earth in two days, and what is between them in two days,” He says. “We created all of them in six days,” He says. So it did not happen just by saying with sound and letter “Kun”, “Be”. Especially before this worldly life was created — since a thousand years of the world are like one day of the Hereafter — not yet according to world days; of course, when He went on to create, by the days of the Hereafter, Allah Almighty is probably saying it. He created these realms in six thousand years. Yes.
That all His creatures are under His rule, that no one can oppose Him, and that He needs no one, that He does fully whatever He wills — with His verses Allah Almighty informs us of this.
Yes.
