Translation

We tell you all the incidents of Prophets with which We console your heart. Here, the knowledge of truth and an advice and warning for the mu’min has come with this.

Tafsir

Allah (swt) shows miracles to the Prophet (pbuh) in this way, by narrating the lives of the Prophets of the past and the calamities that their people suffered. He announces his Prophethood to the people with his Verses. By narrating this true information to the Holy Prophet (PBUH), his heart is satisfied by learning about the Prophets who lived in the world before him. Since he himself was a witness to all the Prophets, he also learns about their actual deeds in their lives. The Prophet (PBUH) is (vema erselnake illa rahmeten lil alemin). He is superior to all human beings and Prophets. In this respect, Allah (swt) conveys this information to the Prophet (s.a.w.), as he will also testify to the Prophets.

It is also an admonition and a warning to the believers. Because if Allah is the eternal and the Lord of His creatures, and if Allah (swt) informs people with His Verses why the people who perished perished, it is so that the believers can take lessons from them and fulfill their duties of servitude to Allah (swt) as they should. The Qur'an is a warning.

What is said in the video

We have come to verse 120 of Surah Hud.

Of the news of the prophets, every account by which We will satisfy and calm your heart, We tell you. In this, the knowledge of the truth has come to you, and to the believers an admonition and a warning, it says. Yes, it says, of the news of the prophets, every account by which We will satisfy and calm your heart, We tell you. For the Prophet (peace be upon him) they insulted, and they called him possessed and mad. He would be very saddened by this. And Allah Almighty, what had been done to the prophets in the past, to the Prophet, by telling it, since He knew that they too suffered torment and hardship from such people, by informing the Prophet of it, would satisfy his heart too, the Prophet's heart, and bring him to calm.

Yes, in this the knowledge of the truth has come to you, and to the believers an admonition and a warning, it says, meaning it is also a warning and an admonition to the believers. For example, those who stand against us with falsehood although we tell the truth, these (?), explaining the words of the verse wrongly, standing against us in this way, thank Allah, they probably understood, they understood, understood the truth, woke up, probably they have now given up opposing, it seems to me. For against what we say, there are also some people of rank who, for their own interests, or on the basis of the knowledge they learned, those superstitions, to spread falsehood over the truth, resist.

Yes, in this case we are of course saddened by this, but with these verses we are (?) and comforted. In the verses a warning has come to the believers too, to us too. If it was done to the Prophet, it will of course be done to us too.

Yes.

Allah Almighty, by telling the Prophet (peace be upon him) the lives of the past prophets and the calamities their peoples suffered, in the Prophet (peace be upon him) shows miracles in this way.

He proclaims his prophethood to people through His verses. By telling these true accounts to the Prophet (peace be upon him), the Prophet, about the prophets who lived in the world before him, receiving knowledge, is satisfied in his heart. His heart is satisfied.

Yes. There are extra words there too.

Since he himself is a witness over all the prophets, what they did in their lives, their actual deeds, he has also learned. The Prophet (peace be upon him) is superior to all people and prophets. Since he will bear witness over the prophets too, for this reason Allah Almighty conveys this knowledge to the Prophet (peace be upon him). It is also an admonition and warning to the believers. Because if Allah is everlasting and the Lord of the created, and Allah Almighty, why the destroyed peoples were destroyed, makes known to people through verses, then the believers, taking a lesson from them, are to carry out their duties of servanthood to Allah Almighty as they should; that is why. So the Quran is a warner.

Yes, the Holy Quran is a warner, and Allah Almighty also calms the hearts of the believers in this way. To those prophets and those who follow the prophets, such immoral people, or such people who overstep the limits of Allah's religious rulings, when they insulted that prophet and those who followed the prophet, Allah Almighty shows us how they were destroyed as an example in the Holy Quran, and the verses of the Quran are made known to people as a warning. It is seen as a light and proof before them.
