Translation

Did you see the one who has adopted his evil desires as a deity? Can you be a protector for him?

Tafsir

Have you seen those who disbelieve in Allah and the Hereafter, and in their disbelief take gods from Allah's creatures, and associate partners with Allah, and take pleasure in their ego, and follow the desires of their ego, and make their ego their god? They will never follow the truth and obey the truth.

Because when they made a covenant with Allah at Kalu Bela, they disbelieved by not recognizing Allah. This disbelief was destined for them. O Messenger of Allah! You know that there is no one who can change the destiny of people except Allah. And Allah has spoken in the past. I will fill hell and heaven with people.

So those who act under the mercy of Allah and obey Allah and His Messenger will be in Paradise. And whoever flees from the mercy of Allah, denies Allah and His Messenger, tries to extinguish the light of the Qur'an before him, and continues to follow a path of darkness and mire, he will reach Hell. O my Messenger! You cannot be a guardian over those who are destined to be disbelievers. Nor can you change their destiny. And let not their denial of you and of Allah cause you to be disillusioned.

O Habibim! Do your duty. Invite people to the truth. Allah will not hold anyone to account for what He has not announced. Mercy is from Allah. Surely Allah will complete His light until the Day of Resurrection. Even if the polytheists and disbelievers do not want it.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Furqan, verse 43, the 43rd verse.

Have you not seen the one who takes his evil feelings as his god? it says. How beautifully Allah Almighty puts it. He sent His verse in a language everyone can understand. Have you not seen the one who takes his evil feelings as his god? That is, here a person, making his own nafs divine, and what his own nafs desires (?), a person makes himself a god in this situation. He indirectly makes himself a god. That's what it says anyway: the one who takes his evil feelings as his god, it says. Takes as his god. If he did not take it as god, what he wanted, what he desired, iron, stone, let me say, grass, or the things our Lord created, would he worship them as god?

Can you, My Messenger, be his guardian, can you be his guardian? That is, of a person who can take himself, his evil feelings, as god, can you be the guardian?

Why can't he be his guardian?

Because everyone has a covenant with Allah Almighty, and in return for that covenant the characters they received, their destiny written according to those characters, and the programming of these worlds according to that destiny — so no one has the power to go outside that program. Cannot get out. It is impossible. Those who deny Allah and the hereafter, who within this denial take Allah's creations as gods, who associate partners with Allah and who take pleasure in these feelings, in their nafs, who, following the whims of their nafs, take their nafs as their deity — have you seen such people?

They will never come to the true path, nor will they obey the truth. Because at Kalu Bela, when they made the covenant with Allah, by not recognizing Allah they denied Him. This denial was written for them as destiny. O My Beloved! You too know that now, other than Allah, there is no one who will change people's destinies.

What does it say? There is no one other than Allah who will change it. Here a verse also comes to my mind. If We do not will, you cannot will, it says. What does this mean? That is, all these worlds, in proportion to your desires and wishes, and I too, in proportion to My creations, programmed them. No created being has the power to change this program. Only that power, He says, is in My hand. In My hand. Only if I will do I change it, He says. However, here He adds a but. But a word had already gone forth from Allah. I will fill hell and paradise with people.

Yes. That is, with Us there is a book that is kept in the Preserved Tablet. Nothing is later added to it, nor is anything taken from it, it says. What is this? Which book is that? The Quran.

Once, one of them tried to mock us, two people. That is, he said, now there are doctoral books of three thousand pages, four thousand pages, there are. There are two-thousand-page physiology, physics, chemistry books, whatnot books. There are volumes upon volumes of books. Now the knowledge of all of them is in this, is it, he said? To me. I said, let me get them used to this little by little. I said, look, the word of Allah Almighty is built on letters. For example, we cannot know what it means. We cannot know what it means. There are formulas, I said. When these formulas come together, I said, they open up.

And from them, I said, something creative comes about. That is, an invention comes about. So Allah Almighty, with this Quran, through formulas, also shows us a way. Those books of yours that were written are all events that opened up as the counterparts of these formulas. All of it is in here. Because the Prophet: whatever there is, wet or dry, is in the Quran, he says.

How do you know, he said, how do you know. Is there proof of this, he said. When I saw he didn't understand this either — one man had said this: If a person does not believe in the Quran and hadith, don't answer him at all, don't talk, end it, he says, I said. Well then, goodbye from me.

Yes.

So, other than Allah Almighty, any power or strength to change these worlds — there is none. But a word had gone forth from Him too.

With Us there is a book that is kept in the Preserved Tablet. Nothing is later added to it, nor is anything taken from it. What does this show? That Allah Almighty is complete and perfect, that He created the worlds without deficiency, and that in His creation there is not the slightest error. If there had been an error — today we pick up our phones, we look, what is an update? They see their errors, they update. They find their deficiencies, they update. The deficiencies will never end until the Day of Judgment, because the human mind is deficient. But Allah Almighty has no update. What does this mean? It means He is free from all deficient attributes.

It means He created His creations strong and firm. He says it anyway: We created what We created firmly.

So those who act under Allah's mercy, who obey Allah and His Prophet, will attain the gardens of paradise. And whoever flees from Allah's mercy, denies Allah and the Prophet, tries to put out the light of the Quran before him, and on a deviant path of swamp and darkness keeps advancing, he will reach hell. So, O My Beloved! Over those who had their destinies written as deniers you cannot be a guardian. Nor can you change their destinies. Do not let these people's belying you and Allah, their calling you liars, cast you into despair.

Do your duty; invite people to the truth. Allah does not hold anyone accountable for what He has not made known. Mercy is from Allah. Surely Allah will complete His light until the Day of Judgment. Even if the polytheists and unbelievers do not want it. And of this, too, they say it is not what the verse means. Yes, the Diyanet says of this that it is not what the verse means. Why do we say it? Why does it say that? Look, what do we say? What do we say? Allah will complete His light until the Day of Judgment. This is not the verse, it says. Why does it say this? on what basis does it say it? Brainless. If it had any sense, any knowledge of the Quran, would it say this?

As if the Quran came incomplete and He will complete it until the Day of Judgment. Well, if the Quran came incomplete, the Seal of the Prophets, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), why did He make him the Seal of the Prophets? If it's incomplete like that, He would have to send prophets until the Day of Judgment to complete it. Prophet — if you are the last prophet, and if you completed the verses with the last prophet, then after that, if people adopt as their banner deviant paths that run counter to the Quran, to the Quran's way, and try to sprinkle falsehood over the truth, then Allah, until the Day of Judgment, will complete His light. He will never remove it.

What will He do? He will raise scholars. He will raise qutbs. He will raise mujtahids. In this way Allah will complete His light until the Day of Judgment. He will let no one lack anything. What does it say, after all?

Even if the unbelievers do not want it, even if the polytheists and unbelievers do not want it. Aren't they against it? You know: let's get rid of Islam, let's Christianize it. So? Well, how will this be completed? This will be completed through you and me. Well then, since no prophet will come again, they have slipped (?) in between. How will it be cleansed? Allah will raise scholars, and heirs of the prophets He will raise, and through them He will make the truth, His light, heard until the Day of Judgment. If this isn't a verse, what is it?

I'll rub it in their faces.
