Translation
After this, aside from a small amount that you will save, seven years of scarcity will come that will consume and finish what you saved for those years.
Tafsir
Then there will come seven years of famine for the coming years of drought, which will devour what you have saved, except for this little that you have saved for seed.
Here, seven weak cows devouring seven fat cows means that you eat the crops you have accumulated during the drought years. This is the interpretation of the dream.
What is said in the video
Then after that, except for a small amount of seed from what you store, seven years of famine will come that will eat up what you gathered for those years. In the verse Allah Almighty, in the 48th verse, tells us so beautifully what Joseph said. Then after that, except for a small amount of seed from what you store, seven years of famine will come that will eat up what you gathered for those years. Then, except for this small amount you gathered as seed, (?) seven years of famine will come that will eat up what you gathered for the years of drought. So the seven weak cows eating up the seven fat cows means that you eat the crops you gathered in the years of drought.
This is the interpretation of the dream, he says.
