If you don’t bring him to me, there is no more measure (provisions) on my side to be given to you and don’t approach me.”
Tafsir
Hadrat Yusuf 'alaihis-salâm' addressed his brothers: Look, I believed in you, and I gave you a camel load of provisions and provisions, and if you do not bring it to me the next time you come, I will not consider you as truthful and I will not give you provisions again. Don't come near me again.
Seeing this warning, his brothers give Yusuf 'alaihis-salâm' the benefit of the doubt. Because the person in front of them does not know them according to their meaning, but he trusts their words and gives them a camel load of provisions. So, in order not to be ashamed of such an honorable person, they should prove what they say against this kind person.

Verse 60 is where we come to now.
If you do not bring him to me, there will be no measure of provisions for you with me anymore. Do not come near me at all. That is, if next time you come and say, no, my brother did not come, I will give you no provisions whatsoever, he says. Joseph (peace be upon him), addressing his brothers: look, I believed you. That is why I gave you a (?) of provisions and supplies. If you do not bring him to me on your next visit, I will not count you among those who tell the truth, and I will not give you provisions again. And do not come near me again, he says. Seeing this warning, his brothers inwardly agree with Joseph (peace be upon him).
Because the person before them, (?), does not know them. Yet trusting their words, he gives them a camel-load of supplies. So, in order not to be shamed before such an honourable person, to this (?) person they must prove what they said. Yes.
