Yusuf 65: When they opened their load, they saw that their payment had been given back to them. They said, “oh our father! What else do we want? Here, our payment has been given back to us. (With it) we can bring food for our family, protect our brother and bring an additional camel load since this (what we brought this time) was a small amount.”

When they opened their load, they saw that their payment had been given back to them. They said, “oh our father! What else do we want? Here, our payment has been given back to us. (With it) we can bring food for our family, protect our brother and bring an additional camel load since this (what we brought this time) was a small amount.”

Tafsir

In the meantime, the sons of Ya'qub 'alaihis-salâm' untied their loads, and when they saw that the money they had given for the provisions had been returned to them, their joy increased even more and they took courage and said to their father, "O our father! O our father! What more do we want, here is our capital returned to us. We will bring food for our family again with it, we will protect our brother and we will take a camel load more). In other words, if you send Benjamin with us, we will take what is due to him. Otherwise we are forbidden provisions. Then the first time we went there we were strangers, but now there is a vizier who welcomes us well. We can talk well with him. Send Benjamin with us so that we can prove to him that we are the righteous ones and buy more provisions.

What is said in the video

Joseph's (peace be upon him) 65th... Surah Yusuf, verse 65: when they opened their belongings, they saw that their capital had been returned to them. They said: O our father, what more do we want? Look, our capital has been returned to us too. With it we will again bring food to our family, protect our brother and get one camel-load more. Because what we got this time is a small amount. Meanwhile the sons of Jacob (peace be upon him) untied their loads, and while putting away the provisions, when they saw among them that the money they had paid for the provisions had been returned, their joy grew even more, and emboldened, they say to their father: O our father, what more do we want?

Look, our capital has been returned to us too. With it we will again bring food to our family. We will protect our brother and get one camel-load more. That is, if you send Benjamin with us, we will get his share too. Otherwise provisions are forbidden to us. Also, on our first trip we were strangers there. But now there is a vizier who receives us well. We can talk well with him. And send (?) with us so that we can prove to him that we are among the truthful, and get more provisions, they say.
