It is Allah who knows what each female will bear, and by how much the wombs fall short or exceed. In the sight of Allah, everything is with a measure.
Tafsir
Since all these worlds were created with a program, Allah knows what each female and each flower will be fertilized, what each womb will conceive. When fertilization begins in the womb, Allah knows whether it will be a boy or a girl. Because when the time comes for the soul to come to the world from the world of Berzah, Allah, who placed it in the womb with the permission of Allah, will send a female or a male. This knowledge is with Allah.
Some commentators say that Allah knows what is in the womb, meaning that Allah knows whether a woman will give birth to a male or a female. However, today this has been solved and when a woman is examined, it is known whether she will give birth to a male or a female. If Allah knows something that people cannot know, He gives examples that are unique to His Essence, in order to show Allah's greatness and that He is Allah and knows everything, so that Allah's greatness can be revealed. It is in Allah's knowledge whether He will send a male or a female from the realm of Berzah to the womb. The meanings in this verse are also very profound. There are so many miracles that cannot be imagined by the mind of a human being that our Lord knows what will happen in the remotest corner of the universe, who will come to life and who will die. This is how Allah informs people of His verses by inviting them to contemplate and think. He gives examples because He wants to introduce the greatness of His Essence to people.
Allah knows what the uterus lacks and what it can add. For example, in some births, malfunctions occur in children and other creatures. Deficient formations occur. Sometimes these formations are excessive. For example, a child may be born without hands or arms. In addition to this, a finger or a similar limb may be excessive. Allah knows where and what will happen to all these creations. Everything is measured in Allah's sight. He does not burden anyone with a burden that he cannot bear and He does not cut off the sustenance of any of His creatures during their lifetime. Provision is not what people accumulate. It is what one eats, drinks, wears and wears out. Other than that, it is the wealth that will be inherited in the hereafter and the sustenance that others will use. So, even in the tightest of times, Allah opens new doors and provides opportunities for people. In return for the care of crippled people, Allah increases the sustenance of such people, and all the good deeds done by unbelieving people will be in vain.

What the Wombs Diminish and What They Increase: Surah Ar-Ra'd, verse 8: What every female conceives, what the wombs diminish and what they increase, Allah knows. With Him everything is by measure. Now here, in the tafsirs, they wrote:
Allah knows what is in the wombs. What does it say? Allah knows what the wombs diminish and what they increase.
They wrote this as "Allah knows what is in the wombs."
Because he has no knowledge of the Quran, he will write it that way. Because that is as far as his mind reaches. Yet today, when one looks with technology, doesn't it tell you on the screen whether it is female or male?
Well then, isn't Allah's word refuted by this? If only Allah knows what is in the wombs, that means people cannot know what is in the wombs. But today we know. Well then, Allah Almighty would have fallen short in this verse.
This is how, if the human mind insists on Arabic and makes up the words according to Arabic, they talk nonsense like this.
Not what is in the wombs. Look what it says now. Allah knows what they increase. Allah knows what they diminish and what they increase. Of the wombs. What they diminish, what they increase. Can you know this, its meaning? The people who made a covenant with Allah Almighty at the address "Elestü bi Rabbiküm" were raised to the barzakh. Whether the soul whose time has come is female or male as it is taken from there, Allah knows. No one can know this. This is within Allah's power and knowledge. Is that soul to be taken from the barzakh female or male? And whom Allah will give to whom, so that this person is tested with the one to come in the best way, my Lord knows. Only Allah knows whether a female or a male will be taken from there.
No one can know this. That is its meaning. What is in the wombs? When it says increase or diminish: male or female? Do the increase and the diminishing mean male or female? Because the male is (?) complete, while the female was created half. That is increase and diminishing. So, to there, to that womb, will a male go, or will a female go? Allah knows this.
All of this is meaningful. So how will you explain this from the knowledge of Arabic? Does Arabic give you the knowledge of this?
A person with a little sense would think about it. Apart from feelings of the nafs. Feelings of the nafs blind a person's eyes. It (?) the world to him. It fills his nafs with grandeur. Satan has put the halter on his neck. He is not aware of it. Where he stands, he thinks himself a scholar. These are the whims of the nafs. In this case, whoever falls into the passion of being the head loses his own head; he becomes the person that hadith speaks of. Yes.
What every female conceives, what the wombs diminish and what they increase, Allah knows. With Him everything is by measure. That is, in this measure, the one coming to the wombs, that female or male: with which people, with its own nature, its way of thinking or its characters, will it be tested best? And with whom do they better prove themselves in their lives? Allah knows this. He gives people to one another accordingly.
Yes. And by being a test for one another in the best way, people in this world prove what kind of person they are. In the verse it says: Did you think you would die without proving what kind of person you are?
Since all these worlds were created with a program, every female's and every flower's fertilization, what every womb will conceive, Allah knows. When fertilization begins in the womb, whether it will be a boy or a girl, this knowledge is with Allah. Because when the time comes for the soul whose time has come to come from the realm of barzakh to the world, Allah, who places it in the mother's womb by Allah's leave, will He send a female or a male? This knowledge is with Allah. Not what is in the wombs; that has already come to the wombs. A commentator: afterwards one knows what it is. Some commentators say that "Allah knows what is in the wombs" means: whether a woman will give birth to a male or a female, Allah knows this, they say.
Yet today this has been solved; when women are examined, whether they will give birth to a male or to a female is known. Right? Right. They know. If there is something people cannot know, Allah, by saying it, to make known Allah's exaltedness proper to His essence, and that He is Allah and knows everything, gives examples so that Allah's exaltedness becomes manifest. So, will Allah Almighty send a female from the realm of barzakh to the mother's womb or a male? This is in Allah's knowledge. The meanings in this verse are also very deep. So many miracles appear that a human mind cannot imagine, that in an instant, in the universe and in the remotest corner of the universe, what will happen, who will come to life and who will die, our Lord by His own knowledge knows. So Allah, inviting people to reflection and thought, makes known His verses to people.
Since He wants to make the grandeur of His essence known to people, He gives examples. If Allah gives something that people could know as an example particular to Himself, then Allah would become in people's eyes more ordinary, that is, He would become smaller. Like what?
"Look, You said I know this, but with the invention I have made today I too know what it is." That's what you're saying. But whether a woman will give birth to a boy or a girl, at the very first moment how would you know? You cannot know. The woman has become pregnant. Is the soul coming from the barzakh female or male? How would you know? You cannot know. This is in Allah's knowledge. So which person will be a better test for which person, and so that they prove what kind of people they are, through Allah Almighty's knowledge proper to His own essence, people are given to one another; so with themselves, with the deeds they have brought about, with those persons, people prove themselves better to Allah Almighty.
In this case, whether a male or a female will come to her, this knowledge belongs to Allah. People cannot comprehend this, nor are they capable of it. And this proves Allah's exaltedness to us.
What do the wombs diminish?
Because we wrote this here for the general public, a word we first said we used in another meaning. What did we say here? Allah also knows what the wombs diminish and what they increase. For example, in some births, whether in children or in other creatures, defects occur. Incomplete formations form. And sometimes these formations are in excess. For example, a child may be born without hands or without arms. Besides that, a finger or a similar limb may be in excess. Allah knows, of all these created things, where and what they will be. With Allah everything is by measure. We proved this part in this way too.
Actually, because it was written for the public and this suits people's minds better, we wrote it this way, but the meaning here is the meaning I explained just now.
He loads no one with a burden they cannot carry, and for none of His creatures, within its lifetime, does He cut off its provision. Provision is not what people save up. Provision is what one eats and drinks, what one wears and wears out. Possessions beyond that are possessions that will in the end be left as inheritance. And provision that others will use. So even in people's tightest moment, Allah opens new doors for them and provides means. And in return for the care of the disabled people He gives to people, Allah increases such people's provision, while all the pleasant deeds of people who do not believe go to waste.
