(Oh My Messenger!) If We had desired, We would have sent an admonisher (Messenger) to every nation.

Tafsir

Surely if Allah had willed, He would have sent a warner to every land. Allah (swt) has sent Prophets and Books in parts. He sent the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as a Prophet to the worlds and gave Islam as a religion to mankind with him. The reason why He has done so is that since the souls of all indirect human beings were created from the soul of the Prophet (pbuh), He has made the Prophet (pbuh), whom He created first, the last Prophethood of the Prophet (pbuh) to end his Prophethood and to link religions with Islam, to keep the Prophet (pbuh) alive and to glorify the glory of the Prophet (pbuh) until the Day of Judgment.

In this respect, Allah has revealed His existence to the disbelievers and polytheists who disobey and disobey Allah's command, to those who follow any ideology other than the religion of Islam, to those who cling to their self-created tales as religion, and to those who deny Allah. Those who have written down for themselves the fate of those who obey Allah and those who do not obey Allah, bear witness to themselves, to those around them and to Allah by the deeds they commit in the world of their own will. Against those who would say that there is no better order and order than the order and order established by Allah, and that if only a warner had been sent to us, we would have followed this warner, Allah has sent scholars who are the successors of the Prophets as warners, and has publicly proved that He will not hold anyone to account for what He has not announced. Allah (swt) does not send a warning Prophet to every town. In this case, the glory of the Prophet (SAW) will endure until the Day of Judgment.

What is said in the video

My Messenger, had We willed, surely We would have sent a warning prophet to every land, to every land; one after another Allah Almighty would have done it. Well, Allah Almighty has the power to create. By His creating He creates what He wills in the way He wills; it is not hard for Him. But since He created His creatures without any minus side remaining, the matter of sending a prophet to every people like this has also been removed. In this case, had He sent a prophet to every people, what would He have done? To France the religion of Islam, (?) a prophet. Isn't that so? To England again a Quran, a prophet.

To America a Quran, a prophet. To every people a Quran, a prophet. So what did we say? We would send these down; or if from one prophet to the worlds we had (?). Wouldn't we say? We would. Allah is, well, (?) from superfluous things too. So what does He say? My Messenger, had We willed, surely We would have sent a warning prophet to every land. Surely, had Allah willed, a warner to every land He would have sent. Allah Almighty sent books with prophets part by part.

Since He would send no more prophets, the Hâtemü'n-nebiyyîn, that is, the one who brings prophethood to an end, Muhammad (peace be upon him), He sent to the worlds as a prophet. With him He gave people the religion of Islam as their religion. The reason He did it like this: since, from the spirit of the Prophet (peace be upon him), indirectly, the spirits of all people were created, the first He created, the Prophet (peace be upon him), as the very last, the one ending prophethood, and by binding the religions to the religion of Islam, keeping the Prophet (peace be upon him) alive, so that the Prophet's glory would (?) until the Day of Judgement.

Therefore, to the unbelievers and polytheists who oppose Allah Almighty's command and do not obey, to those who are in any ideology other than the religion of Islam, to those who cling to their own invented fables as religion, to those who deny Allah, Allah has made His existence known. Those who had the intentions of those who obey Allah and those who don't written as their own destiny, with the deeds they have done of their own will in this world, make themselves witnesses over themselves, both to those around them and to Allah. Since there is no finer order and harmony than the order and harmony Allah established, against those who will say: if a warner had been sent to us too, we too would have followed this warner, Allah has sent warners, the scholars, who are the heirs of the prophets; since He will call no one to account for a thing He has not made known, He has proven His Being (?).

So Allah Almighty does not send a separate warning prophet to each land; the Prophet (peace be upon him), his glory will thus (?) until the Day of Judgement.
