It is Allah Who has settled two oceans divided from each other. One fresh and quenches thirst, the other salty and bitter – and there is an impassable barrier and veil between them.
Tafsir
This is how Allah (swt) proves the existence of His Essence with knowledge, and how this universe was created by Him and how He created His creations, and that these events will occur with superhuman power, only with Allah's knowledge of creation, and that the Holy Qur'an is addressed to the future ages, and that with the development of knowledge over time, the meanings of the verses are found with knowledge, and that Allah (swt) inevitably exists. It also shows that the Qur'anic verses are miracles.
The fact that the water of these two seas, one bitter and one sweet, was insufficient at the time of the Prophet (PBUH), and that one thousand four hundred and twenty years after the time of the Prophet (PBUH), in the Strait of Gibraltar, where the two seas, one ocean and one Mediterranean Sea, meet, fresh water and salty water coexist, which caused Captain Cousteau to shout that he had found it, and that he discovered this event while exploring the seas, are miracles of the verses of the Holy Qur'an. The fact that Allah informs people about His creations and that people find them out over time is proof that the Holy Qur'an was sent by Allah Himself. Thus, if the Qur'an were a human fabrication, Allah (swt) says, you would find in it many words that do not agree with each other. Every single verse is a miracle. In addition, Allah (swt) proves His Essence with each and every verse. If people still do not believe in these events and miracles, but follow their nafs and turn their backs on Allah, then they are aspiring to the worst of places, according to the verse, "What a man earns is the reward of his own two hands".
What is said in the video
We have come to verse 53. Surah Al-Furqan, verse 53.
One with water sweet and thirst-quenching, the other salty and bitter: He is the One who let loose the two seas and placed between them a barrier, an impassable boundary, it says. at first people did not understand this. But Captain Kutlu, Kutlu presumably, yes, Captain Kutlu shouts: I found it in the Strait of Gibraltar. What did you find? Here is fresh water, here is salt water. There is no barrier in between, yet they don't mix with each other, he says. What you are saying, it says, Allah wrote in the Holy Quran 1400-odd years ago. Yes.
Can you imagine? Fresh water and salt water, the same water, don't mix in the sea. A miracle. Allah shows you His existence through all kinds of events. So Allah Almighty, through knowledge, the existence of His Being, and that it was created by this universe (?), and how He created what He created, that only by a superhuman power, by Allah's knowledge of creating, these events would come to light, the Holy Quran addressing future ages, and in time, with the development of knowledge, the meanings of the verses being found through knowledge, Allah's (?) existence our Lord proves with verses. At the same time it shows that the verses are each a miracle.
That of these two seas the water of one is bitter and of the other sweet: in the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him) knowledge was insufficient, yet 1420 years after the Prophet's time, of the two seas He mentions, one being the ocean and the other the Mediterranean, at the Strait of Gibraltar where they join, this made Captain Cousteau shout: I found it. The fresh and the salt water being together, and this being brought to light while exploring the seas: these are miracles of the verses of the Holy Quran. Allah informing people about what He created, and people finding these over time, is proof that the Holy Quran was sent by Allah Himself.
So, had the Quran been a human fabrication, Allah Almighty decrees, many mutually contradicting words would be found in it. Each verse emerges as a miracle. Besides this, Allah Almighty proves His Being with each of His verses. If man still does not believe in these events and miracles but follows his nafs and turns his back on Allah, then according to the verse: what man earns is the return of his own two hands, in this case they will have sought the worst of places.
