Translation

Allah is the One Who has created a man from water (from semen) and Who has made (relations of) kin by blood and kin by marriage. Your Lord is All-Powerful.

Tafsir

Allah (swt) creates a human being from the cells found in human semen. He shapes the fetus in the womb and makes sure that it is nourished in the womb for nine months for girls and nine months and ten days for boys. Then, as a result of being born as a baby, it enables the mother and father to become close to each other in physical familiarity, in kinship ties, although they have no ties with each other in the hereafter.

Some of them do not marry, and some of them do marry, and this is a gift of Allah to human beings. As a result of people marrying people with whom there is no Nikah, children are born disabled as a result of blood incompatibility, even though these people have no relation with each other in the Hereafter.

It is in this way that Allah, who brings people close to each other in the world through the bonds of kinship, introduces His Omnipotence to people by making Himself known to them in every verse of the Qur'an.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Furqan, verse 54: From water, it says, that is, the One who creates a human from semen and turns him into lineage and in-law kinship, the closeness born of blood and marriage ties, is He. Your Lord has power over all things. There is so much (?) here as well. One: in a drop of semen, under a microscope, magnified a thousand times, there are normally 70-80 thousand sperm, sperm cells.

When it falls below 45 thousand, the risk of having a child does not decrease.

In this case, in that water, from a lowly water, He will magnify human semen a thousand times in a drop of water, into those 70-80 thousand sperm cells all its organs, its cells, all its limbs He will work in, to it He will give life, and at a certain stage, from a blood clot to a skeleton, and with flesh wrapping the bone, so as to go around the world (?) forty thousand kilometres, into that person's body the blood vessels He will place.

Gentlemen, our minds cannot grasp this. This is only the Creator's power. What does it say? Creating a human from water, from semen, and making him lineage and in-law kinship, and also, separately, as to lineage, for example: Adam's wife, our mother Eve, gave birth every year to two, to twins. The next year with twins: this year's boy with last year's girl, that year's boy with this year's girl would marry. Here too there is a separation of lineage. Lineage, that is, there is separation in nature, in the genes. That is how He creates. After this genetic state has reached a certain level, after that, normal marriage begins.

It says: maternal aunt, paternal aunt, sister, mother, grandmother, let me say, these close ones, these relatives cannot marry each other.

He has also set the separations of lineage. Allah Almighty creates the human from the cells found in human semen, shaping him in the mother's womb, and with the soul entering this embryo He has girls nourished in the womb for 9 months, boys for 9 months and 10 days.

After having girls nourished in the womb for 9 months, boys for 9 months and 10 days, as a result of its coming into the world as a baby, although the mother and father and these have no bond in the hereafter, bodily, in a bodily intimacy, by being bound to one another with ties of kinship, He has brought about their closeness.

Now, when a person has intercourse with their spouse, at that moment of desire, with the ejaculation of the semen, imagine, 60 thousand, 70 thousand, 80 thousand sperm shoot out. Allah Almighty has adjusted the womb in the woman in such a way that, just like a camera's shutter that in sunlight quickly opens and closes, and in the dark, turning on the light, you know, the shutter stays (?) a little so as to take the image of that object inside, He has placed the most beautiful, unavoidable form of that system in the mother's womb. When that semen shoots out, the womb in the mother's body opens for an instant, within seconds, catches one and closes.

Catching one and closing. Sometimes it can catch two or three, but that happens because it has a somewhat loose shutter. Normally all people give birth to one. One. Now you think about how this shutter, that is, that womb, works. This is one too, yes.

Among them, marriage is not permitted to some and is permitted to others. By their creation, it is a grace of Allah to people. As a result of people marrying those they may not marry, although these people in the hereafter have no closeness to one another, in worldly life, through such a marriage, as a result of blood incompatibility, children are born disabled. So Allah, who brings people close in the world with ties of kinship, that He has power over all things, with every verse of His, as existing, He thus makes Himself known to people. Yes.
