They are the ones who gave to Allah a beautiful covenant (in the address of Alastu-bi-Rabbiqum), they show loyalty to their word.
Tafsir
This verse refers to Elestu bi Rabbikum itself. The people who use their minds in that Elestu bi Rabbikum address, the people who have written their destiny in obedience to Allah with a beautiful covenant they have given to Allah (swt), cannot go beyond their destiny when they come to this world.
No human being can go beyond the covenant he has given to Allah (swt). Because according to the verse of Allah (swt) that says, "You cannot wish unless We wish," the order of the worlds has been established, and there is no change in this programmed program ever again, according to the verse of Allah (swt) that says, "What has been written has been written, what has happened has happened, and there is a book in Our sight that is preserved in the Levh-i Mahfuz, and no addition or omission is made to it. Since no human being can go beyond the destiny that Allah (swt) has written, people who fulfill their covenant well do not fall behind in the remembrance of Allah (swt).
These are the people who value taqwa, who distinguish between halal and haram, who observe human rights, who look out for the interests of others as much as they look out for their own interests.
What is said in the video
This verse has been explained wrongly, Surah Ar-Ra'd, verse 20 has been explained wrongly.
First we read the wrong one. They are those who fulfil Allah's covenant and who break the promise they gave. Allah Allah!
They are those who fulfil Allah's covenant and who do not break the promise they gave. Who do not break the promise they gave. Who? It says this about the (?). Is there any power that could break Allah's covenant? Is there any force? If Allah bound the pact, if Allah took the covenant from people, if He wrote their wishes and desires, their aims, for them as destiny, is there any power that could break this? But in other verses it says, look, they went back on their word.
So Surah Al-A'raf, verse 172: as long as people keep that verse closed, they will never find the truth. Never. They cannot find the truth properly.
Now let us tell you the correct version of this part. They are those who give Allah a good covenant at the address "Elestü bi Rabbiküm". Such people are faithful to their word. Being faithful to one's word is good. According to their covenant.
They are those who fulfil Allah's covenant and do not break the promise they gave. It has nothing to do with it.
Where was it?
Yes. Here it is.
Twenty.
look now Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Ellezîne yûfûne bi ahdillâhi ve lâ yenkudûne, yenkudûne'l-mîsâk: he bound the pact, it says, bound it in his covenant; that pact, in the covenant he gave from Allah to Allah, they are the ones who show faithfulness, it says. Faithfulness, that is, they fulfilled what they said, because they gave Allah a covenant in that way. They bound their covenant in that way.
They give Allah a good covenant. Ellezîne yûfûne bi ahdillâh. They gave Allah a good covenant. Yes. Ve lâ yenkudûne'l-mîsâk. They are faithful to their word. They stand firm in their pact. They stand firm. What have we written? They are those who give Allah a good covenant at the address "Elestü bi Rabbiküm". Such people are faithful to their word. Faithfulness. Otherwise, Allah Almighty again says in His verse:
If We do not will, you cannot will.
Now you can open this verse up in all sorts of ways. Ah, of course, if you can't know it. You can steer it in whatever direction you want. Its meaning is: when He made the covenant with people at the address "Elestü bi Rabbiküm", Allah Almighty took that person's wish and desire and, as destiny for him, wrote it. This, He says, if there is any force that can change it, it is Me, He says. Because your aims, your wishes and desires, as destinies for you, He says, We have inscribed.
If We do not will, you cannot will. So We do not will, He says. Why? Why does He not will? Whatever His servants wanted, He gave them that within their own will. With Us there is a book that is preserved in the Preserved Tablet. After that, nothing is added to it nor taken from it, it says. So the writings have been written. And the pens have been broken.
That is why no person can change his own destiny. So, according to whatever covenant was given to Allah, Allah Almighty praises those who gave their covenant well. Those who gave it well. In this verse, "Elestü bi Rabbiküm" itself is meant for us. Those who used their reason at that address "Elestü bi Rabbiküm" and, with a good covenant given to Allah Almighty, had their destinies written as obedient to Allah Almighty, cannot go outside their destinies when they come into this world. No one can, in any case.
No person can go outside the covenant he gave to Allah Almighty. Because, according to Allah Almighty's verse "If We do not will, you cannot will", the writings to be written have been written, what was to happen has happened. With Us there is a book that is preserved in the Preserved Tablet. After that, He made no addition to it nor any reduction. And according to the verse, the order of the worlds has been set up. Of these programs, the program will never change again. It's as if we wrote this, read it and are repeating it. We don't come here having studied.
Exactly; look, what they said in all the verses, all of it continues the same way. Because it is a seen world, a known world being described. Now, I was born and raised in Samsun. I mean, I was there until I was sixteen. I know it down to its streets. Down to its streets. However much changes, as long as the houses stay the same, I know those places. Now if I had described it fifty years ago, it's the same, and if I describe it now, it's the same. So, because those worlds have been seen, whenever verses come about them, since that place is recalled, what is told is the same. It doesn't change. Yes.
No person can go outside the covenant he gave to Allah Almighty. Because, according to Allah Almighty's verse "If We do not will, you cannot will", the writings to be written have been written, what was to happen has happened. With Us there is a book that is preserved in the Preserved Tablet. According to His verses saying "After that, no addition nor any reduction was made to it", the order of the worlds has been set up. These programs, the program will never change again. This programmed program, He says, will never change either. So, since no person can step outside Allah Almighty's destiny, the people who gave their covenant well do not fall behind in the remembrance of Allah Almighty.
These are people who value taqwa, who distinguish halal from haram, who look after people's rights and law, who, just as they look after their own interests, look after people's interests like their own interests.
