(The angels will say); “Peace be upon you in return for your patience! How beautiful is the end of the worldly dwelling (in the Paradise).”
Tafsir
Peace be upon you. Peace be upon those who gain the pleasure of their Lord in their lifetime by being patient with the hardships of this world's life. Peace be upon those who earn Allah's pleasure by spending Allah's sustenance in this world with their wealth and their lives in the way of Allah. They say peace be upon those who spread the justice of Allah in the earth, who do not deviate from it, who do not compromise from the way of Allah, who are on the straight path, and who have the mercy of their Lord, and they praise them.
Because people have come to the world to fight against their nafs and are in a great war. People who are unaware of this warfare, who are deceived by their enemy, the nafs, who follow what it says, who live in peace with it, are people who have turned their backs on Allah and the Hereafter.
Those who are aware of these things, those who put Allah's commands above their own souls, those who take their place on the side of Allah, those who abandon the comforts of their souls, are people who have won a great battle. They are worthy of being praised by the angels in the Hereafter. To such people in the abode of Paradise, angels will call out to you from all sides, saying, 'Peace be upon you.
What is said in the video
The angels, for what you endured patiently — Surah Ar-Ra'd, verse 24. The angels: "In return for your patience, peace be upon you. How excellent is the end of the worldly abode, Paradise," they say.
Yes, peace be upon you. Peace be upon those who, enduring the hardships and troubles of worldly life, have won within their lifetime their Lord's good pleasure. Peace be upon those who spent the provisions Allah gave in worldly life, their wealth and their lives, on Allah's path and so won Allah's pleasure. To those who spread Allah's justice on earth and never depart from it, who on Allah's path, without compromise, on the straight way, attain their Lord's mercy — "peace be upon them," they say, and they praise them.
Because man — yes, people have come into the world to struggle with their nafs; they are in a great war. Those unaware of this war, who are deceived by the nafs, their enemy, who follow what it says, who live at peace with it, are people who have turned their backs on Allah and the hereafter. And those aware of it, who hold Allah's commands above their nafs, who take their place in Allah's ranks, people who give up the comfort of the nafs, are people who have won a great war. In the abode of the hereafter they are worthy of being praised by the angels. So in the abode of Paradise the angels call out to such people from every side: "Peace be upon you."
Yes.
