Al-An'am 29: They say; “life only consists of our worldly life. We will not be resurrected (after death).”

Surah Al-An'am, verse 29. They said: life is only our life in this world. We will not be raised again. Yes.

Who says this? The polytheists. The idol worshippers. Those who tie everything to the life of this world. (?) themselves as they are, as a body. People unaware of the world of the Hereafter.

What do they say? Life is only this worldly life. That is, after we die, will they raise our rotting bones again? This is a very far-fetched statement, it says. A very far-fetched statement.

Yet for Allah Almighty, who creates from nothing, raising them afterwards is not hard. Is it harder to create something in the first place? Is it harder to bring it into being from nothing? Or is it harder to sustain it after bringing it into being? Of course bringing into being from nothing is harder. Then, so that its sustenance could continue, what a beautiful law Allah Almighty has laid down. What is this law? The fruits, the seeds, the plants, those pollens that will fertilise,

the cells in those milks in people, the sperm cells, human cells. So Allah Almighty has set up the rule. You don't believe that our Lord, the Creator from nothing, created you from nothing, yet the servants that Allah created, you carve them with your hand and worship them, and you (?) seeking help from them; so you also know that there is a creator. In this case people's contradictions with themselves come out.

He both knows that he was created.

Just as he denies Allah, he waits for the Lord of his imagination.

The world is this life, he says. There is no being raised again, he says. If there is no being raised, why do you worship those idols? Why do you seek help from them? If there is no being raised.

That is why these are people in contradiction with themselves, with no peace in their hearts, restless people.

People who do not believe in Allah, the Prophet, resurrection after death and the Day of the Hereafter, who, thinking that life is only in this world, want to believe there is no being raised again, are people who do not use their intellect. Allah Almighty says: do you never use your intellect? Do you never think? Do you never reflect? What is the reason? What is the reason? Every intellect, every intellect knows that it was created by a Lord. Yes. So, if every intellect knows that it was created by a Lord,

that person, if he uses his intellect, must worship his Creator. Obligatory. Not a must, obligatory. If his Creator, that is, that person whom that Lord created, if that person does not worship that Lord, this verse of Allah Almighty becomes manifest upon us. What does it say? If it were not for your worship, what would We do with you?

In that case, did man come to the world aimlessly? That is, living irresponsibly, doing whatever he pleases, carrying out whatever passes through his heart, turning his back on his Creator, he will get every kind of provision from Him, and then be ungrateful to Him and not recognise Him as Lord. Now, the person who carries on living such a life, can you call his intellect an intellect? So however intelligent this person may be, intelligent though he may be, the real intellect, the real intellect is an intellect that prepares for its future. For its future. The life of the world passes (?) anyway.

The person who uses his intellect and knows that he has a creator prepares for the world of the Hereafter. That is the intelligent person. The Prophet says the same in his hadith. The bankrupt of my community is not the one who goes bankrupt in the world. In the world a person goes bankrupt. He cannot use his mind, he makes a loss. He makes a loss. Or he is deceived. Or he is swindled. Sir, the bankrupt of my community, that is, its sinner, or bankrupt means humiliated. Outcast. Not the one who goes bankrupt in the world, he says. The one who goes bankrupt in the Hereafter, he says. So a person who goes bankrupt in the Hereafter, however much his mind, sir, may have worked above people in the world, even if he won this world, since he cannot take a single speck to the Hereafter, if he has gone bankrupt in the Hereafter, this person was unintelligent.

Yes.

If you ask such people who created these worlds, right away they answer: Allah created them. It is a verse.

But that after death Allah will call them to account and the punishment they will suffer for what they did, they do not want to believe in their hearts. In their hearts. If you ask them, it says, who created these worlds, they say Allah, it says. If you say who created you, they say Allah, it says. If you say who owns the worlds, they say Allah, it says. Well then, you know that Allah, yet when it comes to worshipping that Allah, or in the Hereafter; that Allah did not send you to this world to live your own pleasures and delights. Creating you close to His Self, with the duty of being able to serve Allah, He grants you Paradise.

Paradise. Without asking anything, He gives you Paradise. In this case, if you do not use your intellect, if you treat the world of the Hereafter as nothing,

if you also know that Allah exists, then you have given yourself away. Because you know that there is a Lord who created the worlds. Thus, although you know there is an Allah, who created you, he says Allah, he says. Although you know that too, in the world of the Hereafter, although you know in your heart about being raised, because it does not suit you, out of the whims of their nafs, by following the trail of two-legged taghuts, by becoming servants of Satan, these people do not want to accept being raised in the world of the Hereafter. Look, it doesn't mean these don't know. They know. They know.

How do they know? In the answer to 'Alastu bi-Rabbikum', they said yes, it says. Yes. That is, they said: there is a Lord who created me, it says. Yes. But because they saw Allah Almighty like His Self, because they saw Him like themselves, because He manifested in human form, out of their pride and arrogance they did not believe in Allah and waited for the Lord of their own imagination. In this way they betrayed Allah Almighty. My Beloved, don't mind their denying you, He says. In their time they betrayed Me too. They did not recognise Allah. First, in this case, although every person knows that he was created by a Lord, according to what reasoning is there, I wonder, being raised again in the world of the Hereafter?

Will these rotting bones of ours be gathered again?

This world of living is this world, he says. Our world is this world. Nor will we be raised again, he says. Why does he say that? It doesn't suit him. What is it that doesn't suit him? In this there is fraud, in this there is lying, in this there is usury, in this there is fornication, in this there is gambling, in this there is homosexuality. That is, people who go on the path that even animals don't take, that He calls (?) more astray, of course will not accept Allah's command over them, or will not want to accept it. Through Satan's game, by making himself believe that he is on a right path, with mind and heart contradicting each other, these will live this world of theirs in restlessness.

Yes.

Right after that they deny Allah. In this way they deceive their own nafs. In this case people, falling into more restlessness, towards Allah and those who say Allah, increasing their hatred and oppressing them, satisfy their own nafs. Today we see the games played on the Islamic world. Well, Hodja, if Islam had been intelligent, would it have fallen in front of the disbeliever like that? Now this question comes up too. You say Islam is intelligent, you say it is conscious. It has fallen in front of the disbeliever, the non-Muslim; situations where blood is flowing everywhere are being lived. What is the reason for this?

The reason is that the Muslim is very pure and innocent. Pure and innocent. Obey the commander over you even if he is like the stalk of a raisin, it says. In the hadith. What does it say? Obey the commander over you even if he is like the stalk of a raisin. According to the hadith, thinking that the people at their head are Islam, because they obey them, today they fall into this state. When you say the people at their head, what do you mean? I mean that ninety-nine percent, (?) ninety-nine of them are Masons.

From the lower class, for money, for advertising, coming to the head of some, and after that gathering people around there, distributing money, gathering supporters; these poor Muslims, because they see him at their head as a Muslim, are taken in by him and don't even hesitate to give their lives following him. If the people at the head of the groups at their head had been true Muslims, if these had accepted Islam, the leaders of two groups would never fight each other. Because the life, blood and honour of a Muslim are forbidden to a Muslim.

So you make the decision now. Yes.

We said: in this case people, falling into more restlessness, towards Allah and those who say Allah, increasing their hatred and oppressing them, satisfy their own nafs. Here we want to make this point too.

Why are these non-Muslims playing this game?

Allah Almighty says in His verse about them: if He gave them a thousand years of life, it says. A thousand years. They would want to live that thousand years too, it says. In this case their whole paradise, their god, is matter. Because it is matter, matter. He recognises neither Allah nor the prophet nor His book. Exceptions don't break the rule. Not all of those among them. There are also those among them who are Muslims. In this case these, these, in the course of the world, with the tearing of the ozone layer, the melting of the ice at the poles, many places being under water, with the worry of seeking new homelands, these set the underdeveloped countries against each other, crushing them, and install their own men at their head.

A kind of colony. They are in a kind of colonial state.

(?) sir, the freedom of Islam. The men at their head were apparently kings; the kings will change. Democracy will come. Islam's democracy is its own constitution. Its sharia ruling. But in Allah's sharia ruling all the rights proper to people have been given, and in such a way that no person will be wronged, Allah Almighty, with His sharia ruling, has laid down people's laws. Those whom it doesn't suit, those who keep class differences alive, those who secure benefits for themselves, of course will turn the laws in their own favour and play with them as they like, calling it human rights.

For several terms Islam has been governing Islam; those who are disturbed are (?); those who are disturbed, in this case, this power you have seen, the homeland too is trying to find its respect and place in the world. Yes.

Actually in their opportunities (?) such people, because they are anarchy, these can never find peace.

Because the intellect was created knowing Allah, while the nafs stands against Allah and His Messenger, in the person himself anarchy is born.

The person becomes anarchy within himself. What would you expect from such a person? You can expect nothing. Why? Only if you do a deal in line with his own interest, in line with the interest of that anarchy itself, maybe he will hold a light in front of you. Otherwise it is not possible. Their whole aim is to take the world, to shoulder it and live with it. There is nothing beyond that. Yes. What does this resemble?

You are looking for water in a deserted desert, you are left without water.

Allah Almighty lays out pools in front of you. Here, the water. And as soon as you jump into that water, you drown because you can't swim. So, people who, in Allah's ocean, without benefiting from that water, live as dead and, after proving themselves, pass on to the Hereafter. Don't be with the dead, He says. These are the living dead. The living dead within the ocean of Allah's mercy. For this

reason such people, abandoning Allah's friendly right path, run after drink, gambling, lust and debauchery; otherwise he cannot satisfy himself; what will this person do? He feels an emptiness in himself, he feels a void, nothing satisfies him. The only thing that will satisfy a person, bind a person to life and bring a person to peace, if there is one single thing, it means Allah. If you cannot know Allah as Allah, even if you are in Islam, in Islam, out of weakness of faith you will again live restless. But this restlessness is not like the restlessness of a disbeliever. So if you want to find complete peace, you will strengthen your faith. What shall we do? We will rely completely on Allah; just as we see one another, we will believe in the existence of the Hereafter, that we will be called to account in the Hereafter, that we will be raised, in the books, the angels, the prophets we will believe.

Apart from this, each of us just as the mortar-pounder pounds the mortar, strikes, strikes and rises, even if he prays the prayer. He wanders the bazaar and market, he does his shopping, he is heedless of the prayer he performs.

Even if it is like this, (?) on one hand it is still good.

But the Prophet (peace be upon him) says this: Your belief in the worship you perform, that is, your doing it with sincerity; and Allah Almighty gives 1 to 10, 1 to 70, 1 to 700, he says. So, when I strike this like this, if I strike unaware of myself, I still get 1 to 10 reward.

But if I struck like this and felt it, I get 1 to up to 70. If I also know why I struck, I get 1 to up to 700. So faith is like this too: as if you were worshipping before your Lord in His presence; according to the hadith where He says, guard the middle prayer, not like the poor people who make distinctions between prayers, saying the afternoon prayer is the middle prayer; the middle prayer is the prayer one performs as if one were praying in the very presence of one's Lord, affirming with the heart, with the heart, in the presence of Allah Almighty.

Yes. Otherwise there is no difference between the prayers. Every prayer is the middle prayer. Every prayer. If you perform it in your Lord's presence. If you wander the bazaar and market, you won't find the middle prayer.

What they do, many states and acts, are laws that Allah forbade, and these, these trampling on these laws, as if they had done a great thing in front of each other, (?) with each other. Now, I look, there is a saying. On my empty stomach, cool highlands, it says.

A person may come from poverty. From poverty. I too came from poverty. I was orphaned at nine. My late (?) worked, looked after us, raised us. Poverty doesn't matter. Poverty isn't shameful either. But so that they say, sir, so that they say this about me, to show oneself higher than one is, (?) (?). Wearing their trousers tight like this up to their private parts and with boots; as the Prophet said: they, he says, like the manes of yellow camels, he says, in the streets wandering, he says, women on their heads (?), he says, like the manes of yellow camels, he says, they, he says, will wander the streets, he says.

Wandering the streets like this, every kind of Allah's law trampled on, not recognising Allah or the book, the people of our time are approaching those idolaters.

There is a dry faith. He doesn't recognise Allah, he doesn't recognise the book, he doesn't recognise the prophet, he says I'm a Muslim. Easily he says I'm a Muslim.

If you are a Muslim, fulfil its conditions. At least protect yourself. That is, at least protect your chastity. At least protect your honour, your dignity. If you don't know that either, protect your family's honour. That's not there either. To these,

who sets a bad example? Their fathers, their mothers. When those children see it from them, there is no prayer or supplication either; what will these do? They too will, even more than him, satisfy the whims of their nafs; today, as is lived among non-Muslims, no one can interfere with them. He does whatever he does. (?) whatever he does. No one can interfere. He sleeps with whomever he wants.

Since they have no concept of family, although our religion came to give all humanity honour and dignity, because they turn their backs on Islam, they have no concept of family. These break Allah's unity and togetherness in the family. First they break it in the family. The unity and togetherness broken in the family spreads around among them. And they have no unity and togetherness. Are there verses about it, Hodja, he says. There are. There are. Which verse? They, it says, are very severe among themselves, it says.

They are very severe among themselves, towards each other. They are merciless. That is why don't look for peace in them, don't look for unity and togetherness in them. Their unity and togetherness comes from their fears, from their fears, from the breaking of their eagerness to reach a point they imagined. What is the point they imagined? They will unite, they will find new homelands for themselves, new places of gain; if this is broken, if they can't find them, panic starts among them, and they start to unite in their own field, for their interests; but otherwise it is not unity and togetherness, not for Allah; they start to unite, asking how we will earn our worldly goods.

In Islam, very much the opposite of these, they bind together with each other for Allah; like the links of a chain they are tied to one another. Again, although they themselves don't believe what they say, to one another, in carnal swagger and pride, saying: will we be raised again? As those unintelligent people believe, we never believe; they think they deceive themselves; with talk like this, against the existence of Allah, increasing their hatred one more degree, they drag themselves to destruction. So such people neither find peace in this world nor can they be saved from the torment of the world of the Hereafter.
