Translation

And for those who deny Our verses, punishment will touch them due to their sinfulness.

Tafsir

Those who deny the Verses of Allah. Those who turn their backs on Allah and swim in the darkness of shirk, those who eat and drink and do not give thanks for the blessings of Allah, and those who rebel against Allah because of their lack of faith, they are in a state of fısk. Those who spread disbelief, turn people away from Allah, turn people against each other, kill unjustly, want to abolish justice on earth, oppress people because they want to be in charge, will be subject to punishment because of their disbelief, because of this fısk. These are the people of eternal hell. Nor will they escape the torment.

What is said in the video

We come to verse 49.

As for those who deny Our verses, punishment will touch them because of the fisq they committed.

They denied the verses. What is this like? I work in a factory, in the factory the owner of the factory tells me: this job you will do like this. If I don't do that job that way, what happens? They punish me and they dismiss me. And if Allah Almighty is the owner of this world, its owner, and makes His laws known to us through His verses, and we turn our backs on those laws — do you have some power against your owner so as not to carry out what He says? Those who obey Him, and those like you who cannot master their nafs and deify their nafs — do We hold them equal to the one who submits to Allah? He says.

Allah's attribute of justice — if you ever (?) — today, He says, your place is this place of punishment. Go there.

Yes. As for those who deny Our verses, punishment will touch them because of the fisq they committed. Those who deny the verses of Allah Almighty, who turn their backs on Allah and swim in the darkness of shirk, who eat and drink the many blessings Allah Almighty gave and are not grateful, and who rebel against Allah because of their unbelief — they are in a state of fisq. That is, in a darkness of kufr, in a rebelliousness, in it, in a state where they would disturb people's peace on earth and drown it in corruption, where they would soak the earth in blood or set traps for them — because they are in that state, He calls them fisq.

That is, punishment will touch them because of their sins. Because of the sins they committed. This is fisq: drowning everything in corruption, gossiping about people, backbiting, lying and deceiving people, living outside Allah's verses. Fisq.

Yes.

Those who spread unbelief around, who turn people away from Allah, who set people against one another, who unjustly (?), who want to abolish justice on earth, who, falling for the passion to be the head, oppress people — because of this fisq they commit, because of their unbelief, they become subject to punishment. These are people of eternal Hell. Nor will they be saved from the punishment.

Don't Muslims do this? So why did you say eternal punishment?

The meaning of the verse is about those who die without faith.

The meaning of this verse is about those who die without faith. Those who die with faith are struck with that punishment just like them, but in the end they do not fall into the eternal state. Here we say eternal because the meaning of this verse is about non-Muslims who die without faith. What does it say? As for those who deny Our verses, it says. As for those who deny. Even if a Muslim denies, the light of faith in him proves that he is in the swamp of kufr. And it does not stop at making him uneasy. In that case he becomes a sinner too. And if he does not repent, he sees the punishment for it.

But he has the light of faith of the shahada. The other one, however, is a denier. (?) (?)
