Allah is Supreme over Allah’s servants and sends guardian angels to you who write your deeds and guard you. Until the time (of death) comes. Then We send Our angels (angel of Death and the helper angels) to take your soul and they are flawless in their duty.
Tafsir
All these created beings are servants of Allah. Since there is no other God but Allah, He is above His creatures, sovereign over them and Almighty.
Allah (swt) opens two books for people so that they can account for their deeds. The scribes of these books are angels. They are called angels of memory, that is, scribe angels. One of these angels is on the right shoulder and the other on the left shoulder. The angel on the right shoulder writes the good and the angel on the left shoulder writes the evil. In this way, when a person completes his life and passes on to the hereafter, on the Day of Judgment, when people are called to account in the Court-i Kübra, their books are hung around their necks and shown to them.
When the people who live the life of this world complete their lives as a result of the covenant they made with Allah (swt) in Kalu Bela, the angels who will take their souls will take their souls. This angel is called Azrail. They never fail in their duties and never tire of their duties. Because they do not have the nafs, they fulfill their duties as programmed by Allah (swt) without getting tired and weary.
What is said in the video
We come to verse 61. First of all, there is a wrong interpretation here; let's read this part. He is the sole possessor of power and control over His servants. That's not right, it's wrong. He has no control over the servants. these words weigh heavily on people Allah Almighty has no control over me; His creating is one thing, His will is another, but when it says control, it means steering and managing me, doesn't it?
doesn't it mean that? Control: if He made me a vicegerent on this earth, He gave the things in this world into my control. I can spend them as I wish. I can use them as I wish. So if Allah Almighty gave people partial free will, over that, over people, He has no right of control. Yes. And it says: He is the sole possessor of power and control over His servants. I mean, He is the possessor of power, but not the possessor of control. He is the Dominant over His servants, and He sends over you guardian angels who write down your deeds. In the end, when death comes to one of you, the angels We send take his soul. What does it say here?
Then, 'who raises you by day so that the set term is completed', no, wrong, (?). He is the sole possessor of power and control over His servants. He sends protectors to you. He sends protectors. He sends over you guardian angels who write down your deeds.
Finally, when death comes to one of you, Our messengers, the angels on duty, take his life. They do not fall short in their duty. Yes. In the end, when death comes to one of you, the angels We send take his soul. Not his life, his soul. Yes. Because life and nafs are handed over to the soul. In the soul itself. Probably here too it says soul, I don't know.
Wa huwa'l-qahiru fawqa 'ibadihi wa yursilu 'alaykum hafazatan. Yes.
Yes.
The messengers We send, it says. They take their souls. Yes. In this case Allah Almighty has no control over people. Because He has given partial free will to man. If Allah Almighty had control over people, what do we say? If He had control over people, people would not be held responsible for their sins. Because the one with control would be steering me as He wishes. Yes. Verse 135.
I'm on 135.
He is the Dominant over His servants, and He sends over you guardian angels who write down your deeds. What does it say here too?
He sends you protectors, it says. Protectors. Whereas in verse 61:
Wa yursilu 'alaykum hafazatan. Here? Protection? Of course. He sends guardian angels who write down your deeds. Kiraman Katibin. Not protectors. What are the protectors? You are protected by many persons you do not yet know, it says, doesn't it. You are protected by many beings, it says, doesn't it. What does this mean? Perhaps we already said it in our lessons. One must know the verses well. If you can't, you always mix them up like this, you make a soup of them. Within our lifetime, we say; I, for example, am seventy, seventy-something years old; in all these seventy-something years I will not fall victim to an accident within my destiny, I mean outside my destiny; I will never go outside my destiny, I will not fall from somewhere, my leg will not break, no one will run into me.
If it is outside my destiny, when such an event is about to occur, I am protected. That is what He means by: you are protected by many unknown beings. Why does Allah Almighty protect us? So that they do not say: You did not give me such a verse, I met with such an accident; had You protected me from this, I would have worshipped You like this. Allah Almighty is free from any deficient attribute. But truly, those who cannot know these things stand up against us. They stand up against the verses, not against me. They stand up against the verses. Yes. If only they could know the truth of the matter.
So, you are protected, it says. We are not 'protected'. It calls them hafaza. Hafaza, the writing angels, Kiraman Katibin, angels on the right and on the left, He sends. In the end, when death comes to one of you, the angels We send take his soul. Here too, those We sent, mesul, I mean rusul, prophets, of things, the angels' prophets, envoys; envoys, it says. the envoys We send take his soul. Who is this? Azrael (peace be upon him). Yes. And they do not fall short in their duties. Because an order is an order. I mean: let me live a little longer, may he pity me and let me live a bit more, or may he pity me and fiddle around a little in taking my soul.
No. An order is an order. With them such a thing never happens. Favouritism exists only in people's own nafs. Because it pleases them, there is favouritism among people. If you say, would you do it, Hodja? I never show favouritism to anyone. I do not depart from Allah's justice.
