Translation

Say; “When Allah saves you from this (danger) and from sorrow, then again, you associate partners with Allah.”

Tafsir

When people are in danger or distress, they immediately remember Allah. In that case, they make supplication to Allah. Then, when Allah removes this danger from them, they return to their former state and sink into the darkness of shirk, as if nothing had happened.

Say to such people that Allah will deliver you from those dangers and from all sorrow. Surely Allah is able to do all that. But you associate partners with Him. When Allah (swt) makes a covenant with people, Allah (swt) gives them their desires and wishes as their destiny, and He knows what such people will do and say, so He informs them that you will again associate with them.

What is said in the video

We have come to Surah Al-An'am, verse 64.

Say: Allah saves you from those dangers and from every distress. Allah saves, because He is the Creator. Then again you associate partners with Him, it says.

So in a person's nature, as one who denies Allah, those characters from Allah Almighty (?). That denying person goes on with his denial again. I told you about it in past lessons. We sat and talked with a Jewish man. A Jew. Recently, wasn't it? It had been quite a while. "I was driving down below," he says, "down below." "The car," he says, "rolled into the ditch," he says. "Suddenly 'Allah' came out of my mouth," he says. "Allah. I found myself in the hospital," he says. "When I came to, I was thinking about this," he says. "I didn't recognize Allah," he says. "(?) I used to deny Allah," he says.

"What was the power that made me say this?" he says. He says this. What was the power that made me say this?

However much you explain,

if tar boils, does it become sugar? (?), it takes after its kind. as long as those characters are in him, he will do the same thing again. The same thing. Yes. Well, Allah saves you from those dangers and from every distress. Then again you associate partners with Him. When people fall into danger or into hardship, they immediately remember Allah. In that situation they plead to Allah. Then, when Allah releases them from this danger, as if nothing had happened, they return to their old ways and sink into the darkness of shirk.

As I described a moment ago, that cracked earth, as the summer rain runs off it, the earth's return to its former state.

The earth is scorching, heat inside, inside the earth, the sun above, suddenly it is as if no rain had fallen, again the earth (?) its former state. People are in the same situation. So to such people too, say to those people: Allah saves you from those dangers and from every distress. Surely Allah has power over this. But still you associate partners with Him. Allah Almighty, who, when He made the covenant with people, gave them their wishes and desires as their destiny — since He knows what such people will do and what they will say, He tells them: you will still associate partners, this He makes known.

There is not a single living being to come until the Last Day, He says, whose doings We do not know.

Yes.
