Translation
And We have blessed him (Abraham) with Isaac and (with Isaac’s son) Jacob; each of them was among those who have attained guidance. And before, Noah and David, Solomon, Job, Joseph, Moses and Aaron from his offspring were also among those who have attained guidance. This is how We reward the muhsineen (those who commit the best of acts).
Tafsir
From the eighty-fourth verse to the eighty-seventh verse, Allah (swt) shows that Allah (swt) raised His Prophets in degrees because of their obedience and obedience to Allah (swt), and that Allah (swt) raised His Prophets in degrees because of their faith, and that these Prophets were examples for people because of their faith.
After declaring that Hazrat Ibrahim's closeness to Allah (swt) gave him high positions and degrees, He declares that He has elevated the people of his descendants, who followed the same path, because of their closeness to Allah (swt), and has given them Prophethood. In fact, when they were created, they were created as Prophets. Because Prophets are the first to be created. The souls of their people are created from the souls of their Prophets.
These people were Isaac, the son of Ibrahim, and Isaac's son Ya'qub was given to Ibrahim as a grandson. Allah (swt) has granted them guidance because of their devotion and worship towards Allah (swt) and because they know Allah (swt) as one.
Before them were Noah and his descendants David, the son of Ilisha, and Solomon, the son of Solomon, and Ayyub, the grandson of Ishmael, the son of Emus, and Joseph, the son of Ya'qub, and the grandson of Ya'qub, the son of Imran, The fact that We bestowed prophethood on Moses and Moses' brother Aaron, who was one year older than Moses, and that We bestowed prophethood on them because of their obedience and knowledge of Allah as one, indicates that Allah raises those who love Allah and help His religion to higher degrees.
Whoever serves Allah and does not associate partners with Him, Allah will bestow great degrees on such people. Blessed are such people.
What is said in the video
I won't go on to another verse again. So verse 84, this too is one of the wrongly interpreted verses. First, let us read the wrongly interpreted one.
We gave him Isaac and Isaac's son Jacob as a gift. Correct. We guided them all to the right path.
Before that We had guided Noah, and from his descendants David, Solomon, Job, Joseph, Moses and Aaron to the right path. This is how We reward those who do good, it says. Moreover, We bestowed on Abraham his son Isaac and Jacob, and each of them was among those who attained guidance. Before that, Noah, and from his offspring David, Solomon, Job, Joseph, Moses and Aaron too were among those who attained guidance. This is how We reward those who do good. See how beautifully it says it. He rewards those who do good in this way. So they did it. They became worthy of it. By people's own being, by their own will.
That is, if we pin it on Allah here, since Allah would do this among His servants, then, well, let Him guide you to guidance too. Let Him guide me too. Well, let me guide you, but by people's own wish and desire. Let Him guide Ahmet and Mehmet too. Let Him abolish Hell, they are Allah's servants after all. So we have come for a test. Within our own will we will prove what kind of person we are. All the decisions and judgments are ours. We will not blame Allah. This is how we ascribe attributes to Allah. Yes.
Allah Almighty, from verse 84 up to verse 87, says that because the prophets obeyed and worshipped Allah Almighty, Allah Almighty raised His prophets by degrees, and that because of these prophets' faith, they must be shown to people as examples. Yes.
Although the first created ones, by our Lord's will, were created, to them: I will send you as the elders of your peoples and as prophets to your peoples. Do you accept? He says. To them. And they say yes. (?) Yes, they say. And I, He says, am your witness. Allah suffices as a witness, it says. Because nothing else has been created yet. These are the first prophets. There they make a covenant. Yes.
After declaring that because of Abraham's closeness to Allah Almighty He gave him high positions and ranks, that the people who (?) the same path and who are (?) too, because of their longing for Allah Almighty, He raised them too and to them gave prophethood, to declare this. In fact, when these were created, they were created as prophets. Because the prophets are the first created. The souls of their peoples were created from the souls of the prophets. As for these people, it declares that Abraham's son Isaac and Isaac's son Jacob were given to Abraham as a grandson.
As for these people, that it was Abraham's son Isaac, that Abraham's son Isaac and Isaac's son Jacob were given to Abraham as a grandson, it declares. These, Allah Almighty, in their obedience and worship towards the Almighty, (?) (?), and because they knew Allah as One, Allah Almighty granted them guidance. Because before that they had also borne witness to one another.
Those He guided before them: Noah, and from his offspring David son of Jesse, and his son Solomon, and the grandson of Ishmael; Job, son of Emus; and the son of Jacob (peace be upon him), Joseph; and the son of Imran, who was the grandson of Jacob (peace be upon him), Moses, and Moses' brother Aaron, one year older than him; to them, for their obedience and for knowing Allah as One, We granted prophethood. His saying this declares that whoever loved Allah and helped His religion, Allah raised them to their ranks. To their ranks.
So whoever becomes a servant to Allah and does not associate partners with Him, Allah grants these people great ranks. How blessed are such people, we have said. Yes.
