Translation

When they (those servants) spend, they are neither wasteful nor miserly. They choose a path between the two.

Tafsir

These righteous servants of Allah not only give charity to others from their earnings, but also save some of their wealth for their own needs. In this way, they are obliged to pay zakat, which is a pillar of Islam, and they fulfill the command of Allah by giving zakat to His servants in need. They also perform the pilgrimage that Allah has made obligatory on those who find the way.

Satan frightens man with stinginess. Man covets his wealth out of fear of lack. In this case, man commits two sins. Firstly, he does not submit to the sustenance that Allah will give to people. For fear of lack, he clings to the world and does not want to part with it. In the second, instead of relying on Allah, he forgets Him and relies on the material that Allah has given him.

However, the righteous servants of Allah set aside some of their wealth for the future, knowing that the orphan, the poor, the destitute and the wayfarer have a right to the rest of their wealth, and they give to them. Allah (swt) increases the wealth of such people according to their good deeds. These people win both the world and the hereafter.

Allah (swt) says in His verse (I mentioned in the Psalms after the dhikr that my righteous servants will inherit the world). We have explained this verse in the previous lessons. If we mention it here, the person who cannot take an iota of the world to the Hereafter is the person who buys paradise in the Hereafter in exchange for the wealth of the world by giving away and giving away the wealth of the world.

The righteous servants of Allah do not overstretch their hands and become needy, nor are they stingy and spendthrift, withholding their wealth from the servants of Allah. They keep a moderate path between the two. On this path, they always seek Allah's pleasure.

What is said in the video

We continue our lesson. Those servants, when they spend, are neither wasteful nor stingy. Who are they? The believing servants. They are neither wasteful nor stingy. That is, they waste nothing in vain. They preserve. They are not stingy, they give to those in need. They give. They keep a middle path between the two. Yes.

These chosen servants of Allah both give charity to people from what they earn, and save a portion of their wealth for their own needs.

Saving: does it befit a person, that is, a Muslim? Who knows you'll make it to tomorrow?

So distribute it, right? Give it, I mean. Give what? Give what exceeds your need. Take precautions, leave the decree. Leave the decree to Allah. In this case, if Allah Almighty had said to you, don't save, He would not have made zakat obligatory. Give zakat (?). If He had not said "don't save", He would not have said: death is certain, inheritance is lawful.

How beautifully it says it. They took a path between the two anyway.

These chosen servants of Allah both give charity to people from what they earn and save a portion of their wealth for their own needs. In this way they are bound by zakat, which is a pillar of Islam. By giving zakat to Allah's servants who are in need, they also fulfil Allah's command. Moreover, the duty of hajj, which is Allah's command to people and which He made obligatory for those who find a way, they fulfil. Satan frightens people with stinginess.

Out of fear of poverty, a person becomes greedy for his wealth. In this case a person commits two sins at once. In the first, he does not submit to the provision Allah will give people. Out of fear of poverty he clings to the world and does not want to part from it. In the second, instead of trusting and relying on Allah, he forgets Him, trusts the material things Allah gave him and stays with them. Yet Allah's righteous servants set aside some of their wealth for themselves for the future, and that on the rest of their wealth lies the right of the orphan, the destitute, the poor and the stranded traveller, this they know. They give them charity.

These people win both this world and their hereafter. In His verse, Allah Almighty: after the Reminder, I mentioned it in the Psalms too, the righteous servants will inherit the world.

Do you know what this verse is?

If you ask these scholars, the unbelievers will disappear, and the Muslims will inherit the world. Bravo to you. You yourself slept. Let the unbeliever work. Let Muslim blood be shed all this time. (?) the Muslims will inherit the world. What did you do with the unbelievers? Is Allah unjust? He prepared lands for them too. We have shared out the world among you equally, it says in the verse. Don't they have a right? Then what is the meaning of this verse? The meaning of this verse is: whoever transfers the world to the hereafter, it says. (?), it says. In return for what they gave, inheriting the world, in the hereafter Allah Almighty will grant him great favours in Paradise in return.

So he has inherited the world.

Yes. It is not that they will lose and the Muslims will inherit the world.

Yet Allah's righteous servants set aside some of their wealth for themselves for the future, and that on the rest of their wealth lies the right of the orphan, the destitute, the poor and the stranded traveller, this they know, and they give them charity. And Allah Almighty increases the wealth of such people, according to their (?) to people, more and more. These people win both this world and their hereafter. In His verse, Allah Almighty: after the Reminder, I mentioned it in the Psalms too, My righteous servants will inherit the world. We explained this verse in past lessons. If we touch on it briefly here as well: People who cannot take a single atom from this world to the hereafter, by giving charity from their worldly wealth, are the ones who buy Paradise in the hereafter in exchange for worldly goods.

Whoever buys Paradise with their wealth and their lives. His verse. They buy Paradise with their wealth and their lives. So Allah's faithful servants neither open their hands so wide that they fall into need themselves. And what does the verse say? Even if they are your children, when giving to them would leave you unable to stand on your own feet, don't give to them, it says. Don't give. See how beautiful; I say all of it based on explicit verses. So Allah's righteous servants neither open their hands so wide that they fall into need, nor are they stingy, withholding their wealth from Allah's servants and becoming greedy for the world.

They keep a moderate path between the two. On this path they always seek Allah's pleasure.

For example, if I have three kuruş, and someone asks me for money,

if you give to him seeking Allah's pleasure, what state will I be in? If I don't give, what state will I be in? If you do this reckoning with your own conscience between you and Allah, you get off the hook. If you don't do the reckoning and act on carnal feelings, then you're done for. Yes.
