Translation

Verily, your Lord, Allah knows the one who has gone astray from Allah’s path. And Allah knows the ones who are on the right path.

Tafsir

(Surely your Lord) The meaning of the expression "your Lord" here is that the Prophet (PBUH) was the first to create the Prophet (PBUH) before the creation of the worlds and created the worlds from his light and the human beings from his spirit, so the Prophet (PBUH) became vema erselnake illa rahmetin lil alemin. Since all the worlds were created from his light and human beings were created from his spirit, he used the word 'your Lord' to mean 'your Lord', referring to all creation from mote to sphere. (Yes, He knows best those who deviate from His path.) Allah created human beings and made a covenant with them. He wrote the destiny of these covenanted people according to their will. He created all His creations within His sovereignty and programmed them to His Essence. Whether or not these creatures or people will deviate from Allah's path will be revealed in their destiny, and Allah knows best when they will be on the right path, when they will deviate from the right path, and how they will pass on to the Hereafter. Because He is Allah. Who does not leave His creations to chance and encompasses them all in His knowledge. He is the one who made the program of the universe and sustains the worlds within this program.

What is said in the video

He knows best those who are on the right path, He says.

All (?) your Lord, in a way that people can understand, we have written. But when it says your Lord, is He not the Lord of the others? Doesn't it mean that? To the Prophet (peace be upon him) too it says your Lord. Well, is He not the Lord of the others? Is He not the Lord of the worlds? Instead of your Lord, could it not have said the Lord of the worlds? Is Allah Almighty not being described here?

When it says your Lord: He created from his light. Then He gave from His spirit. The worlds too from his light. And He created people from His spirit. He sent him to the worlds as mâ erselnâke illâ rahmeten li'l-âlemîn. When it says your Lord, it means the Lord of the worlds.

Yes. (?) for your Lord. The Lord of the worlds.

Yes, He knows best the one who strays from His path, He says. The one who strays from His path. Because He, at the address Elestü bi-Rabbiküm, when He made a covenant with people, gave them their desires and wants, their wishes, as their destiny; Allah of course knows best the one who is on His path and the one who departs from His path.

When interpreting in another sense, we had interpreted it like this. We interpreted it in a way everyone can understand. Of course, once we interpret it like that, then according to a higher meaning it looks lacking, as if wrong. Since we interpret it in the higher meaning, it is not actually wrong. Now we will interpret this part too. Surely your Lord: here, in the expression your Lord, the meaning is: whoever knows Allah as Creator, believes in Him and is with his Lord, from his Lord that He is with him emphasising, emphasising that our Lord too is with him, the expression your Lord it has used.

Here, whoever is with Him, is He not the Lord of the others? In this world His mercy is for everyone, in the hereafter only (?), so if there, in the world of the hereafter, He cuts off His mercy from them, (?) them as people of eternal Hell and leaves them there, yes, then He is the Lord of the believer. The Lord of the Muslim. He becomes the Lord of the one who believes. Here we interpreted it like this, giving it this meaning. We did not go on to the other meaning. Yes. The verses open up, deepening meaning by meaning. Then, yes, He knows best the one who strays from His path. Allah Almighty created people and made a covenant with them.

Where did He create them? In (?), and then at the address Elestü bi-Rabbiküm He made the covenant. As we said a moment ago, their desires and wants, their wishes, He gave to them as destiny. There is not a single living being that will come until the Day of Judgement, He says, that We should not know what it will not do, according to the verse.

Since Allah Almighty knows the secrets of hearts, what we need and what lies in the remotest corner of our heart while we live unaware of it, our Lord's being aware of it shows that He is closer to us than we are. Indeed in the verse He says: We are closer to you than your jugular vein. Yes. And beautiful. Through the verses people see here Allah's majesty, greatness and power. How harmonious everything is (?). Yes. Allah Almighty created people and made a covenant with them. To these people with whom He made the covenant, He wrote their destinies (?) of their wishes. Creating all the beings He created within His decree, He programmed them to His Being.

Since whether these created beings or people will depart from Allah's path or not will appear within their destinies, yes, who will enter the right path when, who will stray from the right path when, and how each one will pass on to the hereafter, He knows best. Because He is Allah. He does not leave His creatures to chance; He encompasses them all within His knowledge. He is the one who made the program of the universe and sustains the worlds within this program. Yes.
