Al-An'am 138: Following their superstitions (false beliefs), they said; “For these animals (that are spared for their false deities), crops are forbidden. No one other than the ones we desire can eat from them. And these are the animals that are not permissible to ride on.” And there are some animals that they don’t mention the name of Allah upon by making slander against Allah. For the slander they are making, Allah will punish them.

Tafsir
The polytheists, the idolaters, make decisions about crops and animals in Allah's place, saying that these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden, these crops are forbidden.
People who wander in the darkness of shirk, and their deeds appear to their own souls to be adorned, then they are candidates for the punishment of Allah.
Of these animals, they have forbidden the meat and milk of the animals they call bahira, saiba, wilayah and ham to anyone other than themselves. We have described the condition of these animals in the one hundred and third verse of Surah 5, and it is worth mentioning them here.
What is Bahira? In the time of ignorance, people used to break the ear of a camel that had five calves and the fifth calf was a male, and let that camel go. They would never make use of that camel again. Such a camel was called a bahira.
Saiba are camels sacrificed on behalf of idols. They would make a request to the idols and in return, when their request was granted, they would donate a camel to the idol. When the wishes of these people were fulfilled, they would release the camel and forbid themselves from using it ever again. This was called saiba.
Vasile is a sheep dedicated to idols. If a sheep gave birth to a female, it would belong to its owner, and if it gave birth to a male, it would be sacrificed to idols. If a sheep gave birth to a male and a female, they would say that the female was reunited with her brother and they would not sacrifice the male sheep.
Ham is a male camel from whose offspring ten camels were born, whose back was forbidden. That is, they would let him go free and not burden him. Every pasture and water was free for it. And when he died, they would eat his flesh, both male and female. Allah (swt) has not legitimized such things. These people invent religions according to their own minds, and in fact, they are making decisions in Allah's place, so that they can live according to their own wishes and desires. Such people are slandering Allah with lies.
Moreover, when these people slaughtered their animals, they did not mention the name of Allah, but slaughtered their animals by mentioning the names of the idols they had made with their own hands. Their behavior has increased their injustice towards their own souls and they have become sinners in the sight of Allah.
Allah (swt) says to such people in His verse that Allah (swt) will punish them for slandering Allah with lies. Allah's punishment is both in this world and in the Hereafter. His punishment for people in this world is misfortune and a painful torment in the Hereafter. There is no human being who can go outside the promise of Allah. He can live outside his destiny. He can change his destiny by breaking his covenant with Allah (swt). This is not possible. Neither can he escape death, nor can he live without the need of Allah's creatures. Since this is not possible, every soul will be held to account for the slander it has committed against Allah.
What is said in the video
Surah Al-An'am, verse 138, reads:
According to their absurd thinking they said, who are they? The idolaters.
According to their absurd thinking they said: these animals set aside for the gods and crops are forbidden.
The crops are set aside for the gods, so they are forbidden to them.
Yes. No one may eat them except whom we wish. They themselves set them aside for the gods. It is made forbidden to those animals. They themselves will eat. And these are animals that may not be ridden. And there are some animals over which, falsely claiming that Allah commands so, they do not mention Allah's name. Allah will punish them for the lies they invent, it says.
The idolaters, the idol worshippers, about whatever crops and animals they wished, deciding in place of Allah, say: these crops are forbidden, these may be ridden, these may not be ridden, their milk is for the idols they worship, and so decide about them without any knowledge. These decisions are really to satisfy their own carnal feelings. In reality there is no such thing. Since there is no such thing, with their own carnal feelings they fulfil their wishes and desires. And Satan lays very fine traps for them. He satisfies people on the side of the nafs. Because the nafs always wants to see itself as right.
In this case these people, living by their own carnal feelings outside Allah's command, overstep Allah's limits and associate partners with Allah.
People wandering in the darkness of shirk, whose deeds seem adorned to their own nafs, these are the ones who seek Allah's punishment. Yes.
When the truth is told to them, they say this:
We found our forefathers on this path, they say. And Allah Almighty addresses them in the verse: Even if your forefathers knew nothing? Will you still, He says, follow the same path? Even if your forefathers knew nothing? Then your denying the truth that came to you is nothing but the whim your nafs has given you, He says. Yes, they seek Allah's punishment, by putting themselves above Allah's commands. Of these animals, those they called bahira, saibah, wasilah and ham, their meat and milk, by their own wish, they forbade to others. Yet Allah Almighty has given no animal called bahira, nor saibah, nor wasilah, nor ham, none at all.
These are animals they made up themselves.
By their own wish they forbade them to others. The situation of these animals we explained in the 5th surah, verse 103. It is useful to explain it here too. What is bahira? Bahira: in the age of ignorance, of a camel that had given birth 5 times and whose 5th young was male, people would slit the ear and set that camel free. It would give birth five times, and if its fifth young was male, when they slit that camel's ear, in this case, in this case, this camel they would not ride, they would set it free.
(?) in the age of ignorance, of a camel that gave birth five times and whose fifth young was male, people would slit the ear and set that camel free. They would no longer make any use of that camel. Such a camel they called bahira.
We come to saibah. What is saibah? Camels vowed in the name of idols. They make this vow in the name of the idols. A wish was asked of the idols, and in return, when their wish was granted, to that idol they would donate a camel. When these people's wishes were fulfilled, they would release that camel and forbid themselves to make any use of it again. This was called saibah.
If what that person wished for is within his destiny, it is given to him by Allah anyway. And he says, that wretched thing he made with his own hand, unaware even of itself, that idol gave it to me, he says. And he releases that one too.
Wasilah are sheep dedicated to the idols. If a sheep bore a female, it belonged to the owner. If it bore a female, to the owner. If it bore a male, it was sacrificed to the idols. If the sheep bore a female and a male, they said the female has joined her brother, and that male sheep too they would not sacrifice. The female has joined her brother.
What things they make up! The age of ignorance.
And ham is a male camel from whose loins 10 camels were born, from whose loins 10 camels came, that is, sir, from whose loins 10 camels were born; its back was considered forbidden. That is, they would set it free. They would not load it. Every pasture and water was free to it. When it died, women and men ate of its meat. When it died. They did not kill it themselves. So they eat carrion. They eat carrion. Yes.
Allah Almighty did not make such things lawful. These people invent religion as they please and, really, so they can live out their own wishes and desires, decide in place of Allah. Such people slander Allah with lies. With lies.
Are there no such people in this time? There are. By slandering people, by slander, and by slandering their brother in faith, without knowing, without knowing his worth, they slander. They too slandered Allah in this way. These are the ones who slander, without knowing them, people who explain Allah's verses.
Also, these people, when slaughtering their animals, do not mention Allah's name over them. And what does Allah Almighty say? Animals over which Allah's name is not mentioned are forbidden to you. Animals not slaughtered in Allah's name, He says. That is, those dedicated to idols, those slaughtered in the name of idols.
They slaughtered their animals mentioning the names of idols they made with their own hands. Such behaviour of theirs increases their wrong against their own selves, and they are sinners in the sight of Allah. Yes.
Allah Almighty, to such people, as in His verse, for their lying slander against Allah, Allah will give them their punishment. Allah Almighty's punishment is both in this world and in the hereafter. His punishment for people in this world is afflictions. In the hereafter, a constant, open torment. There is no person who can step outside Allah's promise. It is impossible. Whatever Allah promised will happen. He cannot step outside it. Or live outside his own destiny. He can step neither outside Allah's promise nor outside his own destiny. What was Allah's promise? Death is true, He says, he will die.
The Day of Judgement will come. In the hereafter, He says, you will be resurrected again. You will be gathered again at the gathering. Allah Almighty's promise. I will fill paradise with the good and hell with the evil, He says. Allah's promise is true. Who is truer to his word than Allah, He says. Yes.
Or live outside his own destiny. Change his destiny by breaking the covenant he gave to Allah Almighty. That is impossible. He can neither flee and escape death, nor, without needing what Allah created, live.
Come on, without eating the vegetables, fruits, water and animals Allah created, try living. Yes, since this is impossible, every soul will be called to account for the slanders it has made against Allah, He says. What does He say? That it was ham, (?), sir, this and that, (?) since this is slander against Allah, He says, since it is slander against Allah, since this is impossible, He says, since Allah did no such thing, every soul will be called to account for the slanders it has made against Allah.
