Translation

Verily, those who kill their children ignorantly due to their lack of knowledge and make the provisions that Allah gave to them forbidden (to women) by making slander against Allah, they are in a loss. They have surely gone astray, and they will not be able to find the right path.

Tafsir

The pagans went so far in associating partners with Allah that they began to bury their daughters alive in the ground because of their ignorance and stupidity. They started killing their daughters out of fear of poverty or out of pride and arrogance. They also removed the value of their women from among people and pushed them aside, using them like rags. Those who, out of their own self-importance and ignorance, were carried away by the love of those who said, "Look how he buried his daughter in the ground without blinking an eye, look how so-and-so killed his child because he was so fond of his pride, because he did not want his daughter to be in the world of debauchery, that's the man," those who were dragged after glory and fame, pride and arrogance, dragged themselves to destruction. And Satan made their deeds look good to them.

Allah, who created the universe, created it according to a program. Everyone's sustenance is with Allah. No one can prevent Allah's sustenance. If a person's sustenance is cut off, his life is over. That person will die. If he has life, Allah is the guarantor of that person's sustenance. Until the end of his life, He will give him whatever is appointed for him in his sustenance. Therefore, slaughtering children or abandoning them because of poverty, because of Satan's temptation, or leaving them behind, would be disobeying Allah or making decisions for Allah (swt), and people would be sinners.

(Those who forbid women the sustenance that Allah has given them, slandering Allah, are surely losers). Allah (swt) does not know whose sustenance He gives to whom. So, if people in a family say that a girl eats this and it is forbidden for girls and women, or if a man withholds the sustenance given to women and says that it is forbidden for women, or if he does not give it to them and uses it for his own self, they are usurping the rights of women, and they will suffer loss and loss.

(They are indeed astray and will not find the right path.) Allah (swt) says that such people are those who deviate from the path of Allah, who put their own desires and wishes above the commandments of Allah, who slander Allah in their own desires, and who flatter their ego by pretending that what they have invented is the law of Allah, and they are indeed astray. Nor can they find the right path. If Allah says that those of the pagans who will not find the truth will never find the right path, then they will never find the right path. Because Allah has given them what they ask of Allah as their destiny. If they are destined to pass on to the Hereafter in rebellion against Allah, then Allah says clearly and unequivocally that they will not be guided.

What is said in the video

We have come to verse 140 of Surah Al-An'am.

Those who, out of their ignorance, foolishly kill their children, and who, slandering Allah, forbid to women the provision Allah gave them, look how beautifully He says it, those who forbid it to women have surely lost. How beautifully He protects women's rights here. How beautifully He protects women's rights. Did I distinguish between women and men, He says. Did I tell you this forbidden thing for women, this lawful thing is forbidden to women, He says. Yes.

They have surely lost, He says. They have truly gone astray and they will not find the right path, He says. They have truly gone astray. They have truly gone astray, and they will not find the right path either; when He says this, the One who knows how and where they will go, in this case He addresses them saying they will not find the right path either. For among them there were also those who turned back. Didn't some of the idolaters turn back? They did. They turned back from that darkness of shirk. Yes.

These (?) went so far in associating partners with Allah, so far, in associating partners with Allah. Beyond shirk even, this time with their own words, as if Allah had said so, making laws; they took themselves so far (?) that, haven't you seen the one who deifies his nafs, people who deify their nafs and see nothing other than themselves, other than their nafs?

Out of their ignorance and foolishness they began to bury girls alive in the ground. Alive.

Fearing poverty, or out of pride and arrogance, they began to kill girls. And the one who killed his daughter, when he returned to his people, with great pride and arrogance: this is what I do. That is, who are you, for the trust Allah gave him? You give me this. Take it! he goes to his people so proudly, as if he had done a great deed. By the deception of Satan. Together with his own two-legged partisans, the taghuts.

They also took away their women's value among people, using them like rags, and pushed them aside. Yes. That is what they said. We use them, have our pleasure, and turn around and throw them away, they said. That's woman. Woman, he says. What is a woman, he says? Yes. Those carried away by (?) in ignorance out of their own self-importance, look, so-and-so, because he was so attached to his pride, because he did not want his daughter to be in a world of debauchery, killed his child. Those carried away by the love of those who say, that's a man; those dragged along after fame, pride and arrogance dragged themselves to ruin.

And Satan made what they did look adorned to them.

Some, too, said these girls tomorrow, their own daughters, look, so-and-so's daughter. Sir, they would take them and make them dance in places of entertainment. They would live a world of debauchery among themselves. A world of debauchery.

The people of Lot committed debauchery among men. They felt lust for men. Allah Almighty destroyed them. These too, not valuing these women, among themselves a world of debauchery with women and girls they would live.

Isn't there anyone living like this in our time? Look, there still are. There still are. Yes.

Allah, who created the universe, created it according to a program. All these worlds, according to people's wishes and desires, what they would do, from time to time, Allah Almighty these, these worlds programmed. Everyone's provision is with Allah. Allah Almighty, (?). You, out of fear of poverty, for in the verse it says so, your children, it says, do not kill. Out of fear of poverty. Everyone's provision belongs to Allah. Yes. He even gives a very beautiful example. In the mornings, it says, don't you see the birds flying out to the plains with empty crops? In the evenings, it says, they return to their nests with full crops.

In the verse Allah Almighty gives very beautiful examples. In this case, if a person is alive, if he is alive, Allah will surely give him his provision. If he has no provision, he will die anyway. It means his lifespan is over. I witness some people when they are about to die.

He lies there. We cannot put a morsel in his mouth.

All right. Eat, then. It won't go down, he says, it won't. It won't go down the throat, he says.

Sometimes he lives two days, three days, four days. Right? The provision is finished, the provision. I see it. He can no longer eat. The provision is finished. But the time is not yet finished. He will live out his time. That hour and minute will come. Not an hour earlier, not an hour later, it says. That hour and minute will come.

I have witnessed this kind of thing with several people. With such people. Yes. Huh? I understood. Now he's a traveler, there's no coming back from this, I would say. Because it won't go down anymore. The provision is finished. But you can't tell anyone. Especially the relatives. Even though they're my relatives too, for the soul that hasn't left, hope (?), everyone is waiting, of course. Death comes right behind provision. Death is behind one's provision, that is. When the provision ends, he goes. Of course, when the provision ends he will go anyway. Death is behind one's provision, of course.

Allah, who created the universe, created it according to a program. Everyone's provision is with Allah. No one can block the provision Allah gives.

For example, someone says, he blocked my provision. It was going to be blocked anyway. It wasn't going to come to you. It is within your destiny. By blocking this provision, he will go to kufr or fall into sin. He will increase his own injustice. All of these are within us being witnesses to one another. (?) Now one of them says this.

The oppressor's (?), it says, a single sigh cuts. Whoever cuts your provision, Allah cuts his provision, it says. This is a proverb. What do we understand from it? That people should show respect to one another. That they should always give charity to them, even from their own interests, even if little, and since Allah created us as brothers, that we carry one another on our backs, this emerges. (?) Yes.

If a person's provision is cut off, his lifespan is over. That person dies. If he still has lifespan, Allah guarantees that person's provision. Until the end of his life, whatever has been assigned to a person within his provision, He gives him that. Yes. You know, they say, they also explain the verses incompletely here. Incompletely, wrongly they explain them. I now call that wrong. Allah gives provision abundantly to whom He wills. And sparingly to whom He wills. He reduces it. Allah is not unjust, to make (?) among His servants. Here, even though the verses come in Arabic that way, they cannot grasp the meaning, the wisdom here.

Allah, within their destinies, whatever those people wish for, He gives it abundantly within their destiny, or cuts their provision and gives little, and tests them within that provision. Well, if you say Allah gives provision abundantly to whom He wills and little to whom He wills, then according to the verse where Allah says He does not lay on your back a burden you cannot bear: if You gave me abundant provision and I became spoiled, and then said You gave me more than the burden I could bear and so I went astray, would Allah not be given attributes? Haphazardly, they explain the verses as they please, and then, do you know what they say?

This man, they say, found three hundred, they say, wrongly explained verses, on his own whim, they say, he explained them all wrong, they say. Not three hundred, I say, five hundred, five hundred, not three hundred, five hundred, there are even more, even more, we have now recorded them there that way too. So that you don't say, well, it has a double meaning, what's wrong with that.

Yes.

Now when you explain this verse I mentioned correctly, have I said something false and wrong? Which verse would this correct thing I said contradict? But what you say contradicts many verses. Then you give attributes to Allah. And you also slander Allah's word. What does it say? If this were a human fabrication you would find in it many words that do not agree with one another. You abolish the word of the verse. You slander Allah.

So do not put your finger on places you do not know.

Look, we are talking here, you are listening (?). We talk this much; does anything I have said, this much, contradict any verse? Does it? And do these things you have said create contradiction with one another?

In this case a person should use his reason a little.

False and wrong verses, verses unrelated to the subject, in the old days the hodjas would say them, and the person in front of them, an ignorant person of course, didn't know; to adapt what he himself said to people, as if this were the meaning of the verse, he would cite a verse. So the hodja efendi is telling the truth. The verse says this, he would say. And he (?) verses to me that have no basis. That have no basis in fact. (?) me to the other hodjas. And I will do (?). I am doing tafsir of the Quran. The Quran. Who do you think you are talking to? I am doing the tafsir of the verses. Let me also say this. Look, I do both outward and inward tafsir.

These are interpretations that will not fit in your mind. Can't you think a little? Can you say to me, Hodja, you explained this verse like this, but it is not so? Show me one verse and I'll come and kiss your hand. Look how nicely I'm saying it. I'll come and kiss your hand. But without showing any verse, with the blackness of your heart, with the hatred of your nafs, you slander people. With words. This man said this, that man said that. This man explained three hundred verses and they don't agree with one another. That is, he explained them falsely and wrongly. Then say, this verse is wrong according to that one, my blessed man.

Say it like that. Look, I always speak with verses.

Who are you? Who are the people to explain the verses? Wake up, wake up. Wake up a little. Yes.

If he has lifespan,

Allah guarantees that person's provision. Until the end of his life, whatever has been assigned to a person within his provision, He gives him that. So killing children because of poverty, through the temptation Satan gives, or abandoning them and leaving, is going against Allah or making rulings in place of Allah Almighty, and people become sinners. Some also abandon their children and leave.

Those children are a trust given to them. You asked, Allah gave. He says, I asked for my (?), Allah gave. So that trust Allah gave you, even if it came without your asking, if your Lord gave it to you, you will look after it as a gift from your Lord. This is a gift from Allah.

Also, those who forbid to women the provision Allah gave them, slandering Allah, have surely lost. Allah Almighty, whose provision does He give to whom? A person cannot know this. So if people within a family say, a girl eats this, this is forbidden to girls and women, or perhaps the provision given to women men withhold from women, say it is forbidden to women, or don't give it and use it for themselves, they will have usurped women's rights, and they will meet loss and ruin.

They have truly gone astray and they will not find the right path either. Because these are people who made such a covenant against Allah Almighty. They have truly gone astray. Nor will they find the right path unless they return to Allah. Allah Almighty, such people, straying from Allah's path, holding their own nafs, wishes and desires above Allah's commands, within their own desires slandering Allah, presenting what they invented as Allah's laws, are the ones who fatten their nafs; truly these are astray and cannot find the right path; if Allah says of the idolaters who will not find the truth that they definitely cannot find the right path, then these can never find the right path.

Because Allah Almighty gave them as destiny the wishes they asked of Allah. If in their destinies there is passing to the hereafter as rebels against Allah, then concerning them Allah declares clearly and definitely that they will not find the right path either. Yes.
