Translation

Until they reach an age of maturity, approach the wealth of orphans only in the best manner. And be just in measure and weight. We only load everyone with which they can carry. When you say a word, even if it is your closest ones, be just and fulfill the covenant (word) of Allah. And Allah Commands you with these so that you will contemplate.

Tafsir

People who are guardians of the orphan should utilize the orphan's property in the best way for the benefit of the orphan until the orphan reaches the age of puberty. He should put them to work so that the zakat does not eat them up. If the guardian of the orphan is in need, he can work the orphan's property and eat as much as he needs.

(Do the measuring and weighing with justice) The meaning of the measure is to fulfill everything with a comparison and justice, do not go beyond the limits in justice by saying that you are a relative, a close relative, do not exceed the limits in justice, and respect the right and law among people. Keep the scales precisely, Allah does not burden anyone with more than he can afford.

And when you speak, do not do injustice to protect people, even if they are your relatives, even if they are your father. Give the right of the righteous to him, and do not victimized people by doing otherwise. Keep in mind that you have made a covenant with Allah. The covenant you made earlier in the spirit world has been closed to you in the realm of property. So contemplate, check your own traits, are you on the bad path or the good path? Since your covenant is closed in the realm of property, always turn towards the good, because you do not know the covenant you have given to Allah, by doing good deeds, by avoiding the commands and prohibitions of Allah (swt), you will attain the mercy of Allah (swt) and you will be saved.

(This is what Allah has commanded so that you may ponder.) Allah's command on mankind is to know His Essence and not to associate partners with Allah in any way. Allah makes His Verses clear to people. It is possible that people will think and find the truth.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-An'am, verse 152. Until he reaches maturity, approach the orphan's property only in the best manner, He says. Until the orphan reaches maturity, that is, comes of age, approach his property in the best way. Uh, now we'll explain this part, of course.

Measure and weigh with justice. We burden everyone only with as much as they can bear. When you speak, be just, even if it concerns your relatives.

Fulfill Allah's covenant, His word. This is what Allah commands you so that you may reflect well, He says. What are we doing? May Allah be pleased with you. How nice. I brought it just in time.

Until he reaches (?), approach the orphan's property only in the best manner.

When the child comes of age, return his property to him, and when returning it, have witnesses present. And until maturity, until his mind matures — when you see he can manage his property, give it to him. Until then, in the best way, approach it only in the best manner, He says, in the best manner. For example, what does this mean? I'm poor. I'm in need. I'm the orphan's guardian. He has property and possessions. But he's a child, of course. He can't manage his property. Put it to work, He says. Put it to work. Look what it says in the verse. In another verse: put the orphan's property to work so that zakat does not eat it up, He says. How nicely Allah Almighty puts it.

put his property to work, He says. In this case, I'm poor. I'm the orphan's guardian. I put his property to work. I both give him his sustenance and also eat as much as I need. Allah Almighty permits this. Take as much as you need, He says. The rest is his. You put it to work, after all. Because you'll also be paying its zakat. Yes. Allah Almighty loves people very much and protects them very much. In this case, test the orphan after he reaches maturity, that is, comes of age, He says. If he is able to manage his property, return his property to him before witnesses, He says. "And what will become of you, Hodja?" Ah, what will become of me? My sustenance belongs to Allah.

If He keeps me alive, if this life is in me, He'll give my sustenance from somewhere else this time. Allah Almighty needs no cause. The keys of the unseen are in His hand. Yes.

Measure and weigh with justice. Do not take anyone's right and due upon yourselves.

You, spread truth and justice on earth, He says. Truth and justice bring people, on the straight path, the sirat al-mustaqim, to Allah. Truth and justice. Yes. We burden everyone only with as much as they can bear. What does this mean? We don't put on your back a load you can't carry. Which load can't I carry? I can't carry a load outside my destiny. I carry what is within my destiny. Because that is my covenant and my wish. My wish became my destiny. That is, We burden everyone with the destiny they can bear, He says. When you speak, be just even if it's your relative, He says, just. If you are always on Allah's side and are people who speak the truth, who speak justly, you will be known among people as trustworthy persons, He says.

Because you conform to the purpose of mankind's creation and act in accordance with Allah's attribute of creating you, your rank rises in Allah's sight too, says Allah Almighty. Yes.

Fulfill Allah's word. That is, what is Allah's word? The sharia rulings. Do not go outside them, He says. Allah does not burden you (?) what you can bear. So perform the prayer, give the zakat. If you have money, then make the Hajj too. If you are able. Uh, do not depart from honesty. Always tell people the truth. Stay away from vices like alcohol, gambling, adultery, vices like interest. Always tell people about the good. The good. Yes. This is what Allah commands you so that you may reflect well, He says. Yes, so that you reflect well. That is, Allah Almighty, man, whom He made an addressee of His essence, to His essence, and them He left free in their will.

Within this will, to those who fulfill Allah Almighty's word, great rewards He will promise, He announces; if you, He says, your reason use — since there is no one as faithful to his word as Allah — He will make you attain the sovereignty of the eternal abode of bliss, He says. If your word, Allah's word, you fulfill; if not, you are ungrateful, rebel against Him, fall to your nafs, follow the trail of the taghut and Satan, then you will be oppressive toward your own nafs.

People who are guardians of an orphan, until the orphan reaches puberty, should use the orphan's property in the best way, in the orphan's favor. Let them put it to work so that zakat doesn't eat it up. If the orphan's guardian is in need, by putting the orphan's property to work he may eat as much as he needs. Measure and weigh with justice.

That is what he was saying to the people of Salih. When taking, he says, you take in full; when giving, you weigh short, he says.

Weigh the measure with justice, he was saying.

And they always trample the oppressed, always (?). Although Prophet Salih told them the truth, "O Salih, for the future, (?) of hope we used to see you. If it weren't for your tribe," he says, "we would have killed you," he says.

That's what they say, regarding his tribe. They fear his tribe, not Allah. But what happens? All of them are destroyed by a single blast. Prophet Salih and those who believed in him are saved. It was as if, He says, they had never dwelt in their land, He says. They collapsed to the ground on their knees, says Allah Almighty. Yes. Measure and weigh with justice. The meaning of measure: carry out everything with comparison and justice. Saying "he is a relative, he is close," do not overstep the bounds in justice. Among people too, respect right and law. Keep the scale full. Allah Almighty does not burden anyone with more than they can bear.

and when speaking, even if it is someone close to the people, and perhaps even their father, to protect him, by doing wrong do not act unjustly. Even if it's your father, tell the truth. Don't fear your father. Or, because you love your father, thinking harm may come to my father, protecting him, because you enjoy his love, don't lie without fearing Allah. If you love most, love Allah. If you love Allah more than your father, you will tell the truth. You will tell the truth about your father. If you fear Allah more than your father, again you'll tell the truth. While saying this, while bearing witness, while testifying, and while telling the truth among people, how will you say it correctly?

Your words, in the light of the verses, you will see. You will fear Allah, being responsible for everything you say. For everything you say. And "Will my Lord call me to account for what I said?" — with that fear, even while telling people Allah's command, living it, if you tell it living this feeling, the truth you will always tell. Will you never lie at all? You won't say anything wrong. Look what Allah Almighty says. Someone who explains the truth, explains the truth sincerely, even if he says something wrong, We inspire it as correct into the heart of the other person, He says. Correct. Thus Allah Almighty protects that servant of His.

Because he explains the truth sincerely, explains what is right. In this case Allah Almighty protects that servant in this way. When he says something incomplete or wrong, He says, We, to the listeners, to the other side, inspire the correct thing into their hearts, He says. Yes, that those on duty are protected by Allah — a sign of it. And because they always fear Allah and love Allah very much, since they do not step outside Allah's verses, according to the verse "deeds depend on intentions," our Lord too protects them. Yes.

And when speaking, even if it's someone close to people, even their father, to protect him do not do wrong, do not commit injustice.

Hand over and give the due of the one who has the right to him. By doing otherwise, don't make people victims. Yes.

Do not forget that you made a covenant with Allah.

That is, that at the address "Elestü bi Rabbiküm" we made a covenant with our Lord, and that to Him our will and wishes, our intention for ourselves, became destiny for us — let us not forget this. Yes. The covenant you gave earlier in the world of spirits was closed to you in the material world. So reflect. Check your own traits. Are you on a bad path? Or are you on a good path? Since your covenant is closed in the material world, always turn to good, so that, since you don't know the covenant you gave to Allah, by busying yourself with good deeds, by being mindful of Allah Almighty's commands and prohibitions, you may attain Allah Almighty's mercy and He may grant salvation.

Yes. That is, He closed us off in this world. Since we don't know our covenant there, we will reflect on our covenant with our Lord. Since we made a covenant — what kind of covenant did I make, I don't know. Then what does my Lord say? Do this, this and this. Don't do these, these and these. If I do them, presumably, if what my Lord said I carry out, presumably I'll be saved, you say. If you always think of your covenant this way, you will have shown loyalty to Allah. Yes, this is what Allah commanded so that you reflect well.

Allah Almighty's command over people is that His essence be known and that nothing in any way be associated with Allah. Allah declares His verses clearly to people. So that people may think and find the truth. Yes. People will think. To find the truth, they will immerse themselves in reflection. And sometimes people, instead of chit-chatting in their free time, will remember Allah. They will remember Allah. If you know nothing, recite La ilahe illallah to yourself. La ilahe illallah. Say it, that is. What's the problem? Or say Allah. Allah, Allah, Allah. Instead of picking at Ahmet and Mehmet, backbiting him, saying lying words, say Allah.

At one time, at one time I came to such a state that while talking with people, while talking, I was both remembering Allah inwardly and also with the person talking. I was even racing with my breath. With my breath. The breath I took in was Allah too. The breath I let out was Allah too. If I couldn't keep up, I felt stifled. Like this. I lived through such states. Yes. Well, even if you don't do it like that, (?) in your free time, when you remember Allah, remember Him. He is your owner. Yes. We — our Creator.
