Translation

Then, to expose their intimate parts (which were covered) Shaytan (Devil) whispered to them and lied by saying; “Your Lord has forbidden this tree to you only to prevent you to become like angels and to remain eternally.”

Tafsir

With the temptation given by the angel, he gave temptations to Hadrat Adam and Hadrat Eve in order to show them their closed places of decency to each other, saying that he forbade them to do so because they would become angels or eternal people. In this way, he deceived Adam and Eve and managed to get close to the forbidden tree and make them eat from it.

They could not have done this if Allah had willed it. Because these events, as I have repeatedly explained, are people playing out their written destiny according to their desires and wishes. Allah has created these events in order to explain to people that Allah is exalted from all imperfect attributes, that they cannot live without Allah and that Allah is the owner of the worlds and that He is omnipotent with His omniscience and omnipotence. This occurrence of these events will be emphasized in the twenty-fourth and twenty-fifth verses of this Surah that Allah (swt) has programmed these worlds with a program and that these events are parts of the programs.

What is said in the video

Then, to show them their shameful parts hidden from one another, Satan whispered to them. And: your Lord has forbidden you this tree only lest you become angels or become among those who abide forever, he said. And he swore by Allah too. And with the temptation he gave, to show them their private parts hidden from one another, he tempted Adam and our mother Eve: lest you too become angels or among those who abide forever, He forbade it, he said. In this way, by deceiving Adam and our mother Eve, he managed to make them approach the tree forbidden to them and eat from it.

Had Allah willed, they could not have done this. Impossible.

He says so from the start anyway. This is your enemy, He says. Do not be deceived by him. So, had Allah Almighty willed, would He have given his enemy that opportunity? Is it possible? And everyone plays, within their own scope, a part of that adventure of the written scenario.

For these events, as I keep explaining, are people playing out their destinies, written according to their wishes and desires. That Allah is free of deficient attributes, how everyone, within their wish, within their wish, making mistakes, cannot live without Allah, and that Allah is the Owner of the worlds and has power over all things through knowledge and might — to explain this to people, He created these events. Yes, one cannot live without Allah. For the Owner of these worlds has set up a certain order. Within that order, people, through their own lives, how human they are will prove. Yes, how everyone, within their wish, making mistakes, cannot live without Allah, and that Allah is the Owner of the worlds and has power over all things through knowledge and might — to explain this to people He created these events.

No human can live without Allah.

He is the Creator, the One who feeds and gives drink. clearly, as I said before, if Allah were (?) from the worlds, (?), if He drew back, if He also lifted death from you, today (?) those who moan and groan at doors, find no cure for their ailment and wait for death, those who find release in death — and imagine there were no death: if you writhed in those pains in a wretched state, begged for death a thousand times, and death did not come, how would you long for that Allah? Do you know how you would long for the One who created you? That is why Allah Almighty gives such examples. What obedience to Him will, from His own Being, gi- ve those people, and that if He is not obeyed He will punish them — how beautifully He tells us this. Yes.

That Allah Almighty programmed these worlds with a program and that these events are each a part of the programs will be stressed in verses 24 and 25 of this surah. In verses 24 and 25, that these are each a program, that these worlds are each a program — look what it says in verses 24 and 25: first, Allah said: Go down as enemies to one another; for you on earth there is a dwelling and enjoyment for a time. There you will live, there you will die, and from there you will be raised and brought forth, He said.

Yes.
