Say; “My Lord has ordered justice. Whenever you prostrate, turn your faces to Allah and worship Allah with sincerity in religion. You will return to Allah as you were created the first time.”
Tafsir
Allah (swt) says to the people: Say: My Lord has commanded justice. By justice Allah commands that people should get along as brothers on earth. If a people does not pay attention to justice and pursues unjust deeds, that people is in danger to its existence and sovereignty. In this respect, justice reinforces, unites and endears people to each other.
Whenever you prostrate, turn your faces to Allah alone: This means: The pagans used to prostrate themselves before people or idols, bowing down to them. So when you prostrate to Allah, prostrate in remembrance of Allah, the only One, the Lord of the worlds, and turn your faces towards Him, and invoke Allah alone, making your religion exclusive to Allah. There is no other god besides Allah that you may ask of Him. Only Allah, the One and only Lord of the worlds, has a special religion. All other faiths and beliefs are falsehoods, the creations of Allah. Do not turn your faces to others besides Allah and do not ask for anything from them. Allah is the owner of everything.
(When Allah, the Creator of all the Worlds and the owner of the universe, insists that there is no being worthy of worship other than Himself, and says, "As He created you first", it is a proof that there is no other God but Him. And in fact, when He says that you will be returned to Him, according to the verse, "All souls will taste death," He means that all human beings will die, the judgment will break, the place of judgment will be established and the day of reckoning will come. Allah is constantly guiding people with His Verses and at the same time declaring that His Word is the truth.

Allah commands that people live together on earth like brothers with justice. A people that does not value justice and runs after unjust deeds puts its own existence and sovereignty in danger. In this respect, justice binds people to one another, unites them and makes them love each other. At every prostration, turn your faces to Allah alone. What is meant by this: the idolaters would bow down before people or idols, bending to the ground, and prostrate to them. So Allah says: when you prostrate, the One, the Lord of the worlds, Allah, remember Him and turn to Him as you prostrate, and making your religion sincerely Allah's, pray to Allah alone.
There is no other god besides Allah that you could ask from. Only the religion of Allah, the One and Lord of the worlds, is pure. Other faiths and beliefs are false. They are Allah's creations. While Allah is there, do not turn your faces to anyone other than Allah, and do not make requests of them. Allah is the Owner of everything. Yes, the Owner of everything.
As He created you at first, so you will return to Him. Allah, who created all the worlds and owns the universe, insistently saying that no being other than Himself is worthy of worship, and saying: as He created you at first, is His proof that there is no other god besides Him. Since we explain this here to the general public, we have passed over it only briefly. Yes, what are we saying? Well, it is His proof that there is no other god besides Him. As He created you at first. And when He says you will be returned to Him again, then according to the verse every soul shall taste death, all people will die, the Last Day will come, the place of gathering will be set up, and that true Day of Reckoning will arrive.
So with His verses Allah constantly both guides people and thus declares to them that His word is the truth.
