Say; “My Lord has only forbidden open and secret evil deeds, sins, unjust transgression, associating things as partners to Allah about which Allah has not sent down any proof, and saying things about Allah that you do not possess knowledge about.”
Tafsir
Allah has forbidden hidden and open evils. Nothing is hidden from Allah that He is not aware of it. Therefore, people who commit evil deeds, that is, those which Allah forbids, secretly and openly, are sinners. Allah has forbidden these evil deeds. People who commit them are sinners. Allah has forbidden those who transgress unjustly, that is, those who resort to unlawful means to obtain what is not rightfully theirs, those who spread immorality, those who bribe people to gain worldly benefits in a way that Allah does not want, those who usurp people's property unjustly, and those who take lives unjustly.
Allah (swt) has forbidden those who worship the creations of Allah (swt) as gods and associate partners with Allah (swt), while Allah (swt) has not sent any evidence about them.
It is forbidden to say what you do not know about Allah. It is forbidden and sinful for them to impute a crime to Allah by saying that Allah and His Messenger said this, when Allah and His Messenger did not say it.
These are the laws of Allah revealed to mankind. Whoever obeys the Ayat of Allah, they will be among the people of salvation. And whoever disobeys Allah is unjust to his own soul, so that for the sake of a little worldly gain they will turn the abode of eternal bliss into torment.
What is said in the video
We continue with Surah Al-A'raf, verse 33. We continue. Say: My Lord has only forbidden indecencies, open and hidden, sin, and transgressing the limits unjustly, and that you associate with Allah something for which He has sent down no proof, and that you say about Allah what you do not know, it says.
In the verse it says: my Lord has only forbidden indecencies, open and hidden.
He does not like you to tell them.
He has forbidden this.
The reason: Allah Almighty
is pardoning and forgiving. He will forgive sins.
Suppose you repented, and Allah Almighty covered your sin. With His attribute Al-Ghaffar He forgave it. With His attribute As-Sattar He also covered it.
Now, in this case, if you go ahead and disclose your sin, Allah Almighty had forgiven your sin. Well, now you make people witnesses that you committed your sin. In this case Allah Almighty forbids you behaving in this way. He does not like it. He does not want you to reveal the sin you committed in secret either. Because a person, by what he does, earns one sin, and if you take pride in what you did and disclose it, if you make it a matter of pride and arrogance, Allah Almighty gives you another sin besides, because you have led the way to evil. You are leading the way to evil. You are encouraging people to evil.
Now, in this case, Allah Almighty has forbidden the disclosure of hidden and open sins, He has.
Sin and transgressing the limits unjustly; unjustly, so a limit can be crossed rightfully. It can be crossed rightfully. Unjustly. Transgressing the limits.
For example, a person carries a nafs. A person has a (?) state. Killing a man is like killing all people. To kill one soul, it says, is like killing the other souls. Whoever saves one soul, it says, is as if he saved the other souls, it says. In this case, if you kill a person unjustly, you have transgressed the limits unjustly. unjustly. But when there are very obvious reasons and you could not bear it, went into a frenzy and killed, in that state of frenzy, based on certain reasons, based on certain reasons, you may have killed that man. For example, now, people hardly understand my saying this, but you understand, you understand; those with outward knowledge may say: look how this man explains Allah's laws; so let me open this up for you a bit.
When a person kills a person, in our religion that person (?), that is, he is killed.
if a pardon is given, if a pardon is given by the guardian's (?) side, then the pardoned person pays blood money to the victim's side. He pays blood money. In this case,
whoever transgresses the limit outside this agreement has done injustice. Now, apart from this, apart from this, in what we call civil law, civil law, there is no retaliation. Let's say they killed my father. Legally, I too want the man who killed him, I want the man to be killed. But civil law does not allow this. It gives him a light sentence. It puts him away lightly for a few years. He gets a pardon. God bless him, he walks out. (?). Now in this case, I, I am giving an example from myself anyway, if I cannot control my nafs, if I cannot control my nafs, this man, (?), (?), when I get the chance and he falls into my hands, as we say in our language, I would kill him.
Retaliation for retaliation, because I was my father's (?), his representative. I wanted him dead; the state did not kill him, so I killed him. But now here, here, although I have transgressed the limit unjustly, I am in the right, but I will have thrown this verse behind my back. It becomes a blood feud, and Allah Almighty has abolished the blood feud. The Prophet (peace be upon him) too says: I am the first to abolish the blood feud. And the blood feud is under my feet, he says. Now in this case, if a person could not control his nafs and without turning his back on that verse, (?) Allah's other verse, (?) the verse of retaliation, kills the person, that is why it says: transgressing the limits unjustly.
Here it is not unjust; there is a share of being in the right. A share. Although the blood feud has been abolished, still in this, the person's nafs not having reached perfection,
like the application of retaliation, some person's, the representation a person holds, for example in retaliation, by the (?) side, either (?) is pardoned, that is, if (?) wishes, that killer gives his head. In this case, according to these verses, if a person follows his nafs and cannot control himself and also kills the person who killed his father, to some degree he is in the right. In the right. So transgressing the limits unjustly, that is, killing a man when there is no process at all, or in other kinds of events, it appears. Since Allah Almighty values morals and manners very highly, and when immorality reached its peak Allah Almighty destroyed those peoples, for example the people of Hud, a people who were homosexual, and in our time, with it going even further, those who marry the same sex, they are the ones who transgress Allah's limits.
Well, since Allah Almighty, for the Beloved of the Almighty, the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad (peace be upon him), lifted the destructions, Allah Almighty gives them, every year, calamities two or three times. We see these too. Well, so, about it, sin and transgressing the limits unjustly, this too becomes a case of transgressing the limits unjustly. They go outside the noble ruling laid down by Allah Almighty. Something for which He sent down no proof: for example, I, without any proof, without having anything, that is, without (?) a light, a proof, a power of attorney or a document, without, without a proof, I defend falsehood according to my own mind.
Falsehood. It pleases my nafs that way. I defend falsehood. Yes. For which Allah Almighty sent down no proof. For example, idols, idolaters; well, there is no proof about them. For example, the Jews say: we, for years, we will burn in the fire of Hell for two or three days, they say. Well, we are the sons of Allah or His close ones, they say. Well then, is there a proof for Allah's proofs, He says. What is this like? Those who speak unjustly though they have no proof in their hands, then that you associate partners with Allah and that you say about Allah what you do not know. For many people, among Muslims too, as I said before, about Allah Almighty say many things they do not know.
That they do not know. Yes.
Now in this case, about Allah Almighty, things they do not know, people talking loosely, this too has been forbidden to people. For example, again I will give an example from myself, because the events experienced, Allah Almighty's manifestation in man and His appearing within forms, may Allah grant it to you. Those who saw the address Alastu bi Rabbikum, may Allah grant it, I say. What is told from there, those who relate what happened, since their minds cannot take it in, they go to denial though they have no proof in their hands. For although we prove it with the proofs in our hands, the verses, under (?) of the verses, with proofs, those (?) minds, those small minds, though they do not know any proof about Allah Almighty, these talk loosely about Allah.
For example, again I will give an example. From the talk of those (?). This man speaks of Allah as (?). That is, in human form, he says.
Why do you speak of a proof of His that you do not know? Do you have a proof in your hand?
Now you can say this. The proof in your hand: I am as My servant thinks of Me, you say. As he thinks of Me. You cannot present this proof as a proof either. You cannot present this proof as a proof either. For example, as he thinks of Me. You thought Him a tree, God forbid. Fine. You thought Him a stone. Fine. How shall I put it. Let's say you (?) an image in your mind. That too is fine. But what are you saying? What are you saying? He resembles nothing. He resembles nothing. Well, like a light from afar, like a sun or something, (?). Like this, about something for which there is no proof, your talking brings you, brings humiliation on your nafs.
This too is forbidden to you. Look, I am speaking.
As one who could not endure my Lord, my Lord's punishment, and who fears Him, I speak about this verse. Because I have proofs in my hand. What is my proof? I show you the verses. Within the verses I say: look, what did I say earlier? If you pay attention to my words, I said: I am as My servant thinks of Me. That is, you accepted Him as a stone. Well, you accepted Him as earth, you accepted Him as a tree. Fine, you are in your thought. You accepted Him as fire, you are in your thought. But you accept nothing, you say. You accept nothing. That is, formless, you say. He has no shape. Allah Almighty has no shape, and His saying (?): do they have a speaking tongue, a holding hand, a hearing ear, a walking foot? What do they have, He says.
Yes. Even though He manifests in me too, even though I fear my Lord, even though I say nothing that I have not seen, even though I do not say it, even if you do not see it in the light of the verses, even though I speak with proofs if there is a proof in hand, if you oppose this, if you speak without any proof in your hand, in the religion of Islam you spread superstitions and, in proportion to your own mind, you will have made the religion of Islam fit your own mind. Yes. This verse is very meaningful. I read it once more. Say: My Lord has only forbidden indecencies, open and hidden, sin, and transgressing the limits unjustly, and that you associate with Allah something for which He has sent down no proof, and that you say about Allah what you do not know.
So, things you do not know about Allah means there are also things He has made known. Yes. There are also things He has made known. If you did not know what He made known and you oppose it, that is forbidden to you, and you will have wronged your own nafs.
What He has made known, what He has made known about Allah, what is it? The verses. That is the proof. The verses. Well, if I support verses with verses, and this does not fit into your mind, if you are a Muslim, you will sit down and think a little.
You will not immediately oppose the truth and attempt to throw (?) onto the truth. You will use your reason.
Allah Almighty has forbidden indecencies, hidden and open. Nothing remains hidden in Allah's sight, so that Allah would not know of it. So people who commit indecencies, that is, what Allah has prohibited, secretly and openly, are sinners.
Allah has forbidden such things in which evil is committed. People who do these become sinners. Sinners. For what they did knowingly or unknowingly, if people do not repent, do not ask Allah Almighty for pardon and forgiveness, and pass on to the hereafter in that state, even if they went on the religion of Islam, their sins will be given to them as torment, as a punishment. But if his good deeds exceed his sins, he gets off. If his sins exceed his good deeds, that is, if his income is more and his expenses less, he gets off. If his expenses are more and his income less, he is in debt. And of that debt, Allah says in His verse: the place of punishment.
Straight to punishment. Yes.
Those who transgress the limits unjustly, that is, those who resort to the haram to obtain what is not their right, those who spread immorality, those who, in a way Allah does not want, secure worldly benefits by bribing people, those who unjustly seize people's property, those who unjustly (?) lives, Allah has forbidden.
While Allah Almighty sent no proof about it, people, with their own hands, (?) what Allah created and worship them as gods, those who associate partners with Allah, Allah Almighty has forbidden.
Saying about Allah what you do not know is also forbidden. Although Allah and His Messenger did not say it, attributing to Allah what they invented by their own minds, saying Allah and His Messenger said so, ascribing guilt to Allah, is forbidden and a sin. These are Allah's laws that He has made known to people. Whoever obeys Allah's verses will be among those who attain salvation. And whoever rebels against Allah has wronged his own nafs, and for a little worldly benefit has turned the eternal abode of bliss into torment. Yes.
