Oh Children of Adam! When Prophets come from among you who explain My verses, for those who abstain (from disobeying Me) and correct themselves, there is no fear for them, and they will not be saddened.
Tafsir
If a Prophet comes to the people from among themselves and explains to them the Verses of Allah, and the people obey Allah and His Messenger, and realize that what they did in their ignorance was sinful, and renounce their evil deeds, even if it was for their benefit, and repent and ask for forgiveness, and break the evil traits of their nafs, and reform themselves, then there is no fear for such people. Allah will give them rewards. They will not grieve or be sad.
A question may arise in our minds, why should they be sad when Allah has rewarded them with degrees? These are the people who have reformed their souls for the sake of Allah, while they were in the worldly realm, by holding fast to the Ayat of Allah, by obeying His commands and prohibitions, for the sake of Allah. These are the righteous servants of Allah. Allah will give such people the position of intercession in the Hereafter. Such people will intercede for people from seven to seventy people according to their rank. These people will surely feel sorry for those among their loved ones who will be punished by Allah's justice. Because Allah loves this servant, He will make His servant happy by forgiving the person who will be punished for his sake. This intercessor will rejoice and not grieve for helping his loved ones.
What beautiful doors of opportunity Allah opens for people. As long as man breaks his ego and submits to Allah. He should not engage in gossip, backbiting, lies, sedition and hypocrisy among the servants of Allah. He should not approach openly and secretly the vices such as drinking, gambling and adultery. He should not eat interest or reach out his hand to haram. When he speaks, he should always speak of good. Invite people to good and try to prevent them from evil. These are the people who are friends of Allah. No fear or sorrow will come upon them.
What is said in the video
O children of Adam! When prophets from among yourselves come to you to tell you My verses, whoever guards against opposing them and reforms himself, upon them there is no fear and they will not grieve, says Allah Almighty. What did He say? O children of Adam! When prophets from among yourselves come to you to tell you My verses, whoever guards against opposing them and reforms himself, upon them there is no fear and they will not grieve. Who are these? Those who obey the Prophet. In fact, obeying the Prophet is obeying Allah. To Allah. Scholars are the heirs of the Prophet. Scholars, for scholars to attain the attribute of scholar, they must be the person corresponding to this verse.
One:
the scholars of whom it is said: your scholars' passing to the hereafter is like the sun going and darkness coming. These scholars are the people who live the hadith corresponding to this hadith, corresponding to this verse.
The friend of Allah of my community is like a prophet of the Children of Israel. Ah, now look. The Prophet says: scholars are my heirs. Heir. What is an heir? One who comes to own his rights.
His rights. The one to whom what he earned is left behind as inheritance. There is only one difference between them.
One single difference. The difference between the scholar, that heir, and the Prophet. One is a prophet. Allah's messenger. The scholar is not a messenger. The scholar is not a messenger.
The scholar will be an heir. How will he be an heir? Revelation comes to the Prophet. Revelation. Revelation does not come to the scholar. The scholar does not receive revelation. Revelation is the verses; verses come to the prophets. Now, within this difference: one is a prophet, the scholar is not a prophet. Second: revelation comes to the Prophet, and in correspondence to the revelation, in correspondence to the revelation, that is, the inspiration which is the correspondence, the explanation of the verse, comes to that scholar. A verse comes to the Prophet, if his community does not know its meaning, the Prophet opens it up, explains it with hadiths, that is, that becomes hadith.
He reads the verses to people and explains them.
The scholar: the meaning of the verses that came to the Prophet, Allah Almighty gives through inspiration into the person's heart. In this case the scholar becomes exactly a person like a prophet of the Children of Israel. But he is not a prophet. So such scholars must be obeyed too. Because they tell people Allah's verses. Allah's verses. Because they separate truth from falsehood. And they try to direct people to Allah. They try to make people love Allah and His Messenger. By removing the superstitions in religion, by removing the superstitions in religion too, by serving Allah's religion they become heirs of the Prophet.
Yes: O children of Adam, when prophets from among yourselves come to you to tell you My verses, whoever guards against opposing them and reforms himself, upon them there is no fear and they will not grieve. So scholars too, since they tell people Allah's verses, as heirs of the Prophet, and those people too, if they hear those verses and are ruled by them, then upon them, He says, there is no fear and they will not grieve.
What does this mean? They will not grieve. If they obeyed that scholar, that Prophet fully, according to what? According to the verses, if they obeyed, I will also give them the right of intercession according to their state, He says. The right of intercession. Because they will not grieve. That word 'will not grieve' points to the right of intercession. Yes.
Prophets come to people from among themselves and tell them Allah's verses. And people obey Allah, Allah and His Messenger. He understands that the deeds he did in ignorance are sins. He gives up the bad deeds he did, even if they were to his benefit. He repents and asks forgiveness. He breaks the bad traits of his nafs. If he reforms himself, upon such people there is no fear. The period of ignorance: a person's reason being deficient, and our Lord's creating him faulty, knowing it from His creating, since his reason is deficient, His creating him faulty is from creating his reason deficient, otherwise He does not create the body faulty.
He does not create him faulty in body. Yes.
So these will not be saddened and will not grieve. A question may come to our mind: although Allah rewards them by giving them ranks, why would they grieve at all? These people, while in this world, held tightly to Allah's verses and, observing His commands and prohibitions, reformed their nafs for Allah's pleasure. These are Allah's righteous servants. In the hereafter Allah will give such people the station of intercession. So when He says they will not grieve, when He says there is no fear upon them, this word 'will not grieve' points to intercession.
These are Allah's righteous servants. In the hereafter Allah will give such people the station of intercession. Such people, according to their ranks, will intercede for from seven people up to seventy people. These people, for those among their loved ones who will be punished by Allah's justice, will surely grieve. For those who will be punished by Allah's justice. There is room for us to add this word here. For those who are Muslims and yet will be punished. We need to add this here. For those who are Muslims and yet will be punished, they will surely grieve. For example his mother, father, paternal aunt, maternal uncle, maternal aunt, elder brother, sibling, nephew, whatever, a relative he knows, his kin, his friend, of course he will grieve for them.
So when Allah Almighty says no sorrow will touch them, there is no fear upon them and they will not grieve, He will give those persons the right of intercession for seven up to seventy people, and with that right of intercession those persons will save them from sorrow, from grief. They will take their spouses and friends; this is Allah Almighty's: of My mercy I sent one percent to the earth, ninety-nine percent I kept for Myself, He says, to judge My servants Myself. And here I say that one's hair stands on end before this ocean of mercy; truly the bones of my nose ache. Our Lord loving people this much and showing this much compassion, this much, Allah Almighty, out of His mercy to man, in order to save them, creating (?) and trying to save them through those means: towards our Lord how can a person turn his back on Him, how can he be ungrateful for what He gives, and how can he, putting on airs against Him, deifying his own nafs and its whims, go outside His command? This is not possible, I mean.
As a human being, for a human being this is not possible. Such behaviour does not befit him, I mean. Yes. Man is the noblest of creatures. From our Lord's compassion, man is endowed with His traits. Because He gave him a part of His spirit. In this case, instead of man being on the side of his nafs's evils, knowing his helplessness, knowing he was created, and having those feelings that are on the side of his Lord's mercy, if he lived intertwined with it and attained his Lord's mercy, what would happen, I mean? It won't happen. Why not? Because he will deify his nafs. Because he will satisfy his nafs.
Because for the sake of that benefit he will do every kind of (?). Because he sees his nafs as superior in his life, when Satan too makes alluring to him the states that will flatter his nafs, his Lord's commands feel heavy to him. And for this reason he turns his back on his Lord. But that person does not think that for a short time in this passing worldly life he will suffer torment in his eternal life; if only he could think. If only he could think. If only he could use his reason. If only these people, as tiny beings created by Allah, attaining their Lord's mercy, and in the most beautiful way, knowing they will return to Allah Almighty, if people knew this and knew they would be sultans of the hereafter.
If only. Yes.
So we say: what beautiful doors of opportunity Allah opens to people. Yes. What beautiful doors of opportunity Allah opens to people. As long as a person breaks his nafs. Let him submit to Allah. Among Allah's servants let him not gossip, backbite, lie, stir up strife or be hypocritical. Let him not go near traits like drink, gambling and fornication, open or hidden. Let him not consume usury, let him not reach for the haram. When he speaks, let him always speak good. Let him invite people to good and try to keep them from evil. Such people are the friends of Allah. Neither fear nor sorrow touches them.
These are the righteous servants. These are the heirs of the Prophet. These are the people of whom it is said: when your scholars pass to the hereafter, it is like the sun going and darkness coming. So the hadith: the friend of Allah of my community is like a prophet of the Children of Israel, the people it speaks of are these. Yes.
