These are clear verses of the Book (Qur’an).
Tafsir
Allah (swt) has sent the Qur'an in such a way that every human being can understand it. Allah is exempt from imperfect attributes. Allah sent man to the realm of property, a realm of the unseen where His Essence is not visible. In this unseen realm, He sent the Torah, then the Psalms, then the Bible, then the Holy Bible, then the Holy Qur'an with the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH), according to the capacities of the human mind according to the ages, so that man would not say, "I was unaware of Allah's creation of me, He should have introduced Himself to me, He should have sent me messengers and books". He gathered these three Books in the Qur'an and sent the Qur'an as a guidance and a proof to the whole human world.
In this case, the Qur'an, which is sent to human beings, addresses each person according to the capacity of his intellect. He has sent His Verses in a way that every human being can understand, with all the explanations and allusions, and the proof of His Essence with examples, so that people can know their Lord. That is why Allah says: "These are the Verses of the clear Book".
What is said in the video
In Surah Ash-Shu'ara, verse 2, Allah Almighty says: These are the verses of the clear Book. Tilke âyâtü'l-kitâbi'l-mübîn. These are the verses of the clear Book. That is, verses that, speaking to us, hold a light before us. Allah Almighty sent the Noble Quran with a speech that every person's mind, every mind can grasp. In one verse He also says this: Allah Almighty says He does not refrain from making comparisons with a mosquito and what is greater. What does "a mosquito and what is greater" mean? That is, the person who uses his mind least, let's say a shepherd, or someone who has never studied, never seen a school or madrasa, who grew up in a place without work, such a person. From him to the most learned, in a way the learned can understand, He does not give up making comparisons, giving examples.
Yes, the Noble Quran, with a speech every person's mind can grasp, Allah Almighty has sent. Allah is free from deficient attributes. Allah, to the realm of mulk, to the world, an unseen realm where His essence is not visible, sent man. Why did Allah Almighty send him to the world? Here Surah Ta-Ha, verse 134 comes to my mind. If We had destroyed you before the Quran, He says, destroyed you with punishment, you would have said this, He says: If only You had sent us prophets and books, so that we would not have fallen into this (?) and disgrace, you would have said, He says. So here it is like this.
Because Allah Almighty gave people from His spirit, because with the attribute of essence He appeared to people in human form, people there say to Allah Almighty: Yes, I was created, but You too are like me. I do not recognize You as my Lord, they say. And there they wait for the Lord of their own imagination. There they are divided into three groups. The three groups He means: in Surah Al-Waqi'ah, verse 7, in the verse, ve küntüm ezvâcen selâseh, all the pairs, coming from one another, three classes, He says. Fe ashâbü'l-meymeneti mâ ashâbü'l-meymeneh. O you of the right, glad tidings to you. Ve ashâbü'l-meş'emeti mâ ashâbü'l-meş'emeh.
O you of the left, woe to you. Ve's-sâbikûne's-sâbikûn ülâike'l-mukarrabûn fî cennâti'n-naîm. A third group, the group of the foremost (sâbıkûn), He says. These are the group of the saints, the prophets, the martyrs, the (?). Now, in this situation, since Allah Almighty is free from deficient attributes, people, in the realm of mulk, people who had the script of their covenant there written, that is, people who made a covenant with Allah Almighty at the call Elestü bi-Rabbiküm, in the world, the continuation of the script they had written, play their script as actors. And what kind of person he is, man, here, without seeing Allah Almighty, although our Lord, with His commands, with the books He sent and with the prophets He sent, with the scholars, Allah Almighty makes His essence known to people, just as in the realm of the hereafter he gave his covenant to Allah Almighty, so in the world too, by playing out his covenant, he proves what kind of person he is.
For Allah Almighty says in the verse: there is not a single living being to come until the Day of Judgment of which We do not know what it will do. Yes.
So that in this unseen realm man would not say: I was unaware that Allah created me; had He made His essence known to me, had He sent me messengers and books, according to the ages, according to the capacities of the human mind, the Torah, then the Psalms, then the Gospel, and then, at the time when minds came into play and He would send neither a prophet nor a book again, through the Seal of the Prophets, our master Muhammad (peace be upon him), He sent the Noble Quran. Gathering these three books in the Quran, He sent the Quran to all of humanity as a guidance and as a proof. In this case, the Quran sent to people speaks to every person according to the capacity of his mind.
So that people may know their Lord, with all the necessary explanations and comparisons, with examples, with the proof of His essence, in a way every person can understand, He sent His verses. That is why Allah Almighty declares: These are the verses of the clear Book. Of the clear Book. Yes.
