They are the oppressors who prevent (others from) the path of Allah and try to corrupt it. They are the ones who deny the Hereafter.
Tafsir
These people of Hell have turned their backs on Allah while they were in the worldly realm with their egoistic behavior, their pride and arrogance, their self-aggrandizement, their pride in their lineage, their boasting of their tribes, their pride in the multitude of their clans, and their taking Satan, their enemy, as a friend and following him. These are the people who prevent people from the path of Allah and oppress and persecute them. They are also the wrongdoers who want to bend and twist Allah's sent religion, His commands, that is, they mock the Verses with their tongues, they belittle the Verses, they make fun of Allah's word by making light of it.
The people of Hell are those who do not believe that they will be resurrected after death and deny the Hereafter. They are also ungrateful and cruel people who eat and drink Allah's blessings, turn their backs on Allah, the Giver of these blessings, associate partners with Allah, and worship idols that they have made with their hands, idols that do not even benefit themselves, and believe that Allah's blessings come from idols.

These are people who bar others from Allah's way and (?) pressure and oppression on them. And they are the wrongdoers who want to (?) the religion Allah sent, His commands, that is, with their tongues, mocking the verses, belittling them, taking Allah's word lightly and making fun of it.
These people of Hell are people who do not believe they will be raised after death, who deny the hereafter. Moreover, they eat and drink so many of Allah's blessings, yet turn their backs on Allah Almighty who gives them, associate partners with Allah, and by worshipping idols made by their own hands, which are of no use even to themselves, they deny the blessings Allah has given.
And they are ungrateful and unjust people who believe that the blessings Allah has given come from idols.
