Translation

Verily, your Lord is Allah Who has created the heavens and the earth in six days, Who has then established Allah’s Own Self beyond the Throne, and Who has created the sun, the moon and the stars, the day chasing night, all of them obey Allah’s rule. Know that creation and Command belong to Allah. Exalted is Allah, The Lord of (all) the Worlds.

Tafsir

Allah (swt) declares in this verse that the universe was created with knowledge. He declares that He created the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them in six days. This verse shows us that Allah (swt) did not say "be" and it did not happen with a sound or a letter. By referring to a time, He declares that He created His creation in a time.

Some commentators say that He created it in six cycles, but this is wrong. (fi sitteti eyyam) shows that He is referring to six days. We understand from the following verse that these days are not the days of the world, but the days of the Hereafter, that the world had not yet been created when Allah began to create, and that these days are the days of the Hereafter, the days in the sight of Allah. In the forty-seventh verse of Surat al-Hajj, it says: "Surely a day with your Lord is like a thousand years of what you are counting". So, if Allah created the heavens and the earth and everything between them in six days, that makes six thousand years according to the worldly day. Allah did not create this universe with sounds and letters. He created it in relation to a time. Here, Allah's will states that He has the knowledge to create whatever He wills.(Then He ascended from the Throne), i.e. He ascended from the Throne and established His sovereignty outside the Throne in a place that has no time or space, that does not need His creatures, and that is only for His Essence; from this the attribute of life of Allah (swt) is revealed, which means that Allah (swt) is free from His creatures, that He does not need His creatures, but that all creatures are created in such a way that they need Allah (swt), and that they find life from Allah (swt).

It can also be understood as He encompasses the Throne. Surrounding the Throne means that He encompasses it, is under its presence and possesses it. We can understand it like this. Imagine a building, a building with twenty, thirty apartments. You can multiply the apartments in this building in your mind. This building is, make no mistake, let's say Mr. Ahmet's building. But there are tenants in it. This building is not called by the name of the tenants. It is Mr. Ahmet's mansion and the tenants are transient people.

So when Allah created the Throne and encompassed the universe with His Throne, Allah, who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, automatically becomes the owner of His creation, and when the Throne of Allah is mentioned, it is understood that Allah is the owner of the universe. According to the verse, human beings are in a temporary stay in this world, and after all souls taste death (the inheritance of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah), after the entire universe and the living beings above it have perished, the entire existence will be left to Allah, and in this respect Allah is the absolute power in His property (the ownership of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah).

According to these verses, Allah, who encompasses the universe, is the owner of all His creations, and He makes it clear that there is no other God but Him. This is what He means when He says that He encompasses the Throne, that is, He declares that He is under the sovereignty of all beings. In this verse, some commentators also use the word 'invaded' to mean 'occupied'. This is a very wrong word. It means that Allah has brought His creation under His dominion after it has defied Allah and Allah has fought with it, and such words, God forbid, lead one to disbelief. Allah creates His creatures under His sovereignty and in such a way that they cannot deviate from His will.

(With this verse, he proves that the Qur'an is a treasure of knowledge and proves its existence with the miracles of the verses over time. The magnet masses it placed on the south and north poles of the earth, with the same poles pushing each other, rotating the earth around its axis for twenty-four hours without stopping, how precisely it placed these magnets, and how it placed these magnets with a precise calculation, it has never been seen that the earth has rotated around its axis for thousands of years, neither one second forward nor one second less. At the same time, He placed the lunar calendar in the sky with the solar and lunar system. Just as the rotation of the earth around its own axis has created day and night, it has completed the earth's course around the sun in three hundred and sixty-five days and six hours, neither more nor less, by creating the seasons with the rotation of the earth around the sun. Allah, who created these things with this power of knowledge, thus proves His Essence to human beings.

He continues with the following verse, "It is Allah who created the sun, the moon and the stars in submission to His command." There is no life in the sun, moon and stars that they should submit to Allah's command. By demonstrating His power of creation, Allah declares that His creations are not out of His will and that He has placed each of them at the service of mankind on a mission, so there is no disorder in His creations and they are not out of His will.

(Know that to Him belongs the power to create and to command.) No being other than Allah has the power to create. Humans can only invent an object from created beings with some knowledge. But when it comes to creating out of nothing, they cannot create even a particle. Because Allah has programmed the universe in this way. If He had programmed humans to come into existence out of nothing, He would have created beings equal to Himself.

And it is for Allah to command. For when Allah commands, He commands for people's own benefit, in order to give them life. But when people command, they command to serve themselves. Also, when Allah commands His creatures, the command is for Allah. What are humans to create out of nothing that they should command them? In this respect, the commanding is for Allah. Because His command is the Creator's Shari'ah decree to His creatures. Glorified is Allah, the Lord of the worlds. He is the owner of mercy and justice. He is omnipotent.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-A'raf, verse 54 Indeed, your Lord, who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then rose above the Throne, which here used to say "seized the Throne". Seizing: for forty years and more we have cried out with our tongues before: Allah, the Throne, is there life in the Throne, is there a soul, did Allah create an enemy to Himself in His creation so that He seized it, why would He wage war on it, saying this again and again, they changed it to istiva, that is, to the correct form. Istiva, that is, withdrawing from there too, separating from the Throne, from time and place. Yes. Who rose above the Throne, the night that ceaselessly pursues it covering and wrapping the day, yes.

It is Allah who created the sun, the moon and the stars subjected to His command. There are great meanings here. Allah Almighty is showing His power here now. He shows His greatness and His ocean of knowledge. Where does He show it? Look. Indeed your Lord created the heavens and the earth in six days. These earths and heavens. When He says these earths and heavens, it is the seven layers of heavens. Seven layers of heavens. He created them part by part. Then He covered them with the Throne of Allah. That is, you built a building, floor by floor, seven floors. Then you put a roof on it. Whose is it? Ahmet's, Mehmet's.

Now take these seven layers of heavens, the heavens and earths, as that. Take its roof as the Throne of Allah. The Throne of Allah. That is, from the atom to the globe, within that Throne, that every single atom of the seven layers of heavens remaining there was created by the Lord, by our Lord; the heavens and the earth and what is between them (?) the remembrance of their Lord, with that verse. Just as He signified to us that there is no god but Allah, from now on too, look what He says now: who created, then rose above the Throne. We created, and to it to show people that We do not need it either, We withdrew from among what We created, He says.

To where? To a realm without time and place. Yes, We withdrew. Who rose above, the night that ceaselessly pursues it, covering and wrapping the day, that is, He created the world in such a way, He says, alif: creating it in the shape of an alif; He could have created it round. Creating it in the shape of an alif. That ocean of knowledge is such a reference point that whichever way you turn, wherever you go, it comes to the House of Allah. Search for the qibla in your homes, He says. Search for the qibla. If you cannot find it, turn to the direction your mind settles on; every direction is qibla, He says.

That is the center. This is one. As the sun turns around its own axis, and as the earth turns around the sun, because it is in the shape of an alif, the seasons arise as it approaches and moves away from the sun. The seasons, and after that, look what more we will say now, who makes the day pursue the night and the night the day, that is, the earth turning around its own axis and in 21 hours covering 40,000 kilometres, at 1666 (?) per hour, the earth turning around its own axis and bringing about night and day, which is a great force, a power. And for it to turn around its own axis, the magnetism of the north pole and the magnetism of the south pole: like poles repel each other, unlike poles attract each other. With like poles repelling each other, the earth around its own axis, how precisely those masses have been calculated, that magnetic mass, so that the earth, never changing itself by a second, for so many thousands of years in 24 hours, around its own axis keeps turning in the same seconds.

He created the mountains in such a way that they are jagged, and those mountains being created jagged like that, exactly like the sounds made by pressing the keys of a piano, high and low, you know how they write do re mi fa sol la si do, like a musical note: when the world turns at 1666 kilometres an hour, those mountains too, like the sounds a piano makes, you know, Mawlana's ney sound that the heavens make, it makes exactly that sound. Harmonious. He created nothing in vain. Nothing is empty. Everything is harmonious, everything is orderly. Yes. And after that, this power, this knowledge, by proving that it is superhuman, that no being could do it, look what more He says next: covering and wrapping the day, the sun, the moon and the stars subjected to His command, Allah who created them so.

Which, by turning around each other's axes, He has made subject to His command. That is, they neither come closer to each other nor move away, and these beings I created within a knowledge that I made: in the sky a lunar system, a moon system, the day and night following one another, the seasons following one another, the earth completing the year by turning around the sun in 375 days and 6 hours, and creating (?) in the sky, the months (?). Can a human do this? Since science has solved this today, come on, (?). Fine, you believed that Allah exists, but go on now, don't obey that Allah: then where will you go?

Into whose presence will you go? Yes. Does an intelligent person know Allah's existence and not submit to that Allah? Yes.

Know that creating and commanding belong to Him alone, Allah says. Yes. Because He has limited people's minds; a partial mind He has given people. That universal mind, Allah Almighty: creating belongs to Him alone. It belongs to Allah alone. The (?) they have created can create nothing. Hodja, Hüseyin invented electricity. So what did they do? What did they create? They didn't create. They did not create. As much as our Lord made known, as much as He made known to Adam (peace be upon him), as much as He said "tell of the names of those things", these people will find these sciences. Finding knowledge that did not exist is an invention.

The new discovery of knowledge about the materials created in the world is called invention. For a person to be able to create something, he himself would have to create, apart from what Allah created, out of nothing, something. Only then would it be creating. No human can create anything out of nothing. They can only find knowledge in what Allah has created and make inventions. Yes.

Commanding also belongs to Him alone. It belongs to Allah alone. Because the command: we are obliged to listen to His command. If we do not listen to His command, we will have wronged our own selves. Commanding belongs to Him alone, He says. If we, as servants of Allah, if someone says someone else also commanded, then we would have to obey someone other than Him, and then gods would come into being. So when He says commanding and creating belong to Him alone, only what Allah says is to be done, He says. Commanding belongs to Him. Well, you do it or you don't. If you don't, you suffer your punishment.

If you do, you attain His mercy. Yes. Because when He says commanding belongs to Him, when He says creating belongs to Him, with this verse He also signifies that there is no god but Him. Yes. Outside of what I say, that is, outside the religion of Islam, the sharia ruling, no one's word has any validity over anyone, He says. This validity is from Me. It is My command. What is it? The religion of Islam. What is it? The sharia ruling. Yes. How exalted is Allah, the Lord of the worlds, He says. Look how beautifully He says it now. How exalted is Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Indeed, the Lord of all these created worlds, besides whom there is no god, Allah who created them: how exalted is His glory.

How exalted His knowledge, His existence,

His justice, everything, with everything, the most exalted of the exalted. Allah Almighty.

Yes. There's actually no need to read it anymore. We're explaining it, I suppose, but let's read the (?) too. With this verse Allah Almighty declares that the universe was created with knowledge. That He created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six days, with the verse He makes known. This verse shows us that when Allah Almighty said "Be", it was not with sound and letter. Yes, here too, in a way everyone can understand, how nicely it's written, that is. We've taken it from another angle here. For instance, it says "kun": He said "Be" and it was. When we say it doesn't happen at once, they accuse us of heresy.

Well then, since it is not with sound and letter, Allah Almighty says it here. I created the heavens in two days, the earths in two days, the earth too in two days, what is between them in two days, He says. I created all of it in six days, He says. So it is not that He said "Be" and it was. That is, it was not with sound and letter. Its meaning, "kun", that is, His saying "Be": He makes that plan, makes its program, and everything within order and arrangement He begins to create. Whatever He wills, He creates that. Whatever He wills. That is the meaning of "kun" here. His will. So, since He is the Creator, He creates whatever He wills.

It is not sounds and letters. To us this verse shows that if Allah Almighty said "Be", it was not with sound and letter either. By subjecting it to time, He declares that He created His creations within a period of time. For instance, when there was no worldly life yet, if a day of this world, a thousand years, is like one day of the hereafter, Allah Almighty is telling us the situation from before this worldly realm was set up. How do we understand this? The heavens in two days, the earth in two days; He creates the earth too, there is no concept of time yet. He also creates what is between them in two days.

In that case it makes six thousand years; He created it in no less than six thousand years. Six thousand by the worldly realm; by the hereafter, Allah Almighty creates it in six days. By that measure, by that realm, in six days. Though some exegetes say He created it in six periods, that is wrong. What is this "six periods"? His saying "fî sitteti eyyâm" shows that it refers to six days. Fî sitteti eyyâm; sitte is six in Arabic. Sir, where do six periods come from? There is no "period" here.

That these days are not worldly days but days of the hereafter, that when Allah began to create, the world had not yet been created, that these days are days of the hereafter, that they are days with Allah, we understand from this verse. Yes, in Surah Al-Hajj, verse 47, it says: truly, a day with your Lord, a day with your Lord is like a thousand years of what you count. If it was created with your Lord, if these worlds were created with our Lord, a day with your Lord, of what you count, is like a thousand years, He says. From this it emerges that it was created in six thousand years. What beautiful verses. They always support each other, confirm each other.

Yes, of course, if there is knowledge and you know it, if the verses keep supporting each other with knowledge, a person becomes an ocean.

Yes. In Surah Al-Hajj, verse 47, it is said: truly, a day with your Lord, of what you count, is like a thousand years. So if Allah Almighty created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six days, by the days of this world it makes six thousand years. Yes.

So Allah Almighty did not create this universe with sound and letter. This is the proof of it. It was not created with sound and letter. He created it by tying it to a period of time. But because our people, in a period of ignorance, were without knowledge, but let's not say in ignorance, let's say because they were without knowledge, from their faith: "kun", you know, He said that, and Allah creates, it is. No need for time, that is, He creates and it happened at once. They say it from their faith, from their (?) toward our Lord. And we explain these things with knowledge. But this time they stand up against us.

Superstitions. We call that a superstition then. If only they didn't stand up against us and said "yes, this is right", we would say fine. Yes, every person can be mistaken in some places. Look, he grasped it at once. But if he stands up against you, then he tries to throw falsehood over the truth, so that his shameful parts show even more. Shameful parts. Now an example comes to mind. As the sheep jumped over the stream, its tail of course lifted and its backside showed. The goat laughed too. It laughed at it, "hee hee". "Why did you laugh?" it said. "Well, your backside showed." "Yours is on show all the time." Now when they try to (?) truth over falsehood, those superstitions they may resort to. Come on, think a little, use your mind a little.

What is this man saying? Look, this man is reciting the verses. Which verse am I relying on to say this like this? No, he doesn't think. So what does he think about? "Well, I heard it this way, learned it this way, read it this way." "I read it." You know how it says of the ancients: I found my forefathers on this path. Well, He says, even if your forefathers knew nothing, will you still follow the same path, He says? Even if your forefathers knew nothing, right? Will you still follow in your forefathers' footsteps, He says. So, outside the verse, Ahmet and Mehmet say this, and still saying "Ahmet and Mehmet say this", will you turn your back on Allah's verses?

Look, this man is explaining the verses. Think a little. Think. Say: so we knew it wrong. Return to the verse. Return to the verses, to Allah's verses. Don't return to the words of Ahmet and Mehmet.

A person may interpret a verse differently. It may seem right to your mind too. With this partial mind, people may take wrong things as right. But if a verse supports a verse, if without any word of Ahmet or Mehmet the verses confirm and support each other, return to that, listen a little. By tying it to a period of time He did not create it. That is, when He said "kun", He created it by tying it to a period of time, we say. He created it by tying it to a period of time. That is, it was not that He said it with sound and letter and it was at once. Here, that Allah Almighty possesses that will, the knowledge to create what He wishes, it makes known.

Then He rose above the Throne. That is, He rose beyond the Throne as well. Outside the Throne, where there is no time and place, not needing His creations, and only in the place unique to His essence, He established His sovereignty. Now when I say this, look, look, they say, he says Allah established a sovereignty. Well, where? Where is Allah Almighty?

Doesn't Allah Almighty say it Himself? Outside of time and place. But present and all-seeing everywhere. There is nothing He does not see, know or hear. So if He says He rose above the Throne too, if He withdrew, where is His sovereignty? For this whole realm... you know, a state has a president, and he has an office. His mansion. America's White House. England's Royal Palace. Where is Allah Almighty's sovereignty? Will the Owner of the worlds not have a sovereignty? Where is the Bayt al-Ma'mur? The Bayt al-Ma'mur. The Bayt al-Ma'mur. Yes. Even though it is in paradise, Adam used to walk around it in tawaf.

Sir, there too, where people cannot reach, that is, where His creations cannot ascend, He established His sovereignty, and there, present and all-seeing in everything, the Owner of the universe, that is, its Governor, its Director, the Owner of the universe. Yes.

From this, Allah Almighty's attribute al-Hayy emerges, we say, and here, what is al-Hayy? All creations are in need of Allah. Allah, however, gives life to His creations, gives life to His creations, but does not need His creations: the attribute al-Hayy emerges. Now, He created the seven layers of heavens. The verses fit together so beautifully anyway. He created the seven layers of heavens. He surrounded them with the Throne of Allah. He rose above it from there. He gives life to His creations. But He does not need His creations. Yes. How beautifully, one after another in order, Allah Almighty lays them out like this about His existence.

Yes. Allah Almighty is free of His creations, not in need of His creations, but all that is created, created in a state of needing Allah, it means that they find life from Allah Almighty. It can also be understood as "He encompassed the Throne". Encompassing the Throne means covering it, taking it under His being and owning it. Owning a building. As I explained earlier, the building's floors upon floors, its roof and outer walls, the Throne of Allah, take it as that. So these seven layers of the realm are surrounded by the Throne of Allah. The Throne of Allah. What is inside it is Allah's (?). From the atom to the globe. There is no god but Him.

Because He created all of it. Yes. We can understand it like this. Take a building. A building of 20 or 30 flats. A building's... in this building you can multiply the flats as you like in your mind. In this building (?), there's no mistake. Let's say it is Ahmet Bey's building. But there are tenants inside. There are tenants inside. This building is not called by the tenants' names. It is Ahmet Bey's property. The tenants, however, are people passing through. Yes. You in this world, sir, people in this realm are temporary, exactly like a tenant: a place to stay. But the world is Allah's. From the atom to the globe, it is Allah's.

With what does Allah Almighty say this? Or do you own even an atom of the world? That is, it shows that the Owner is Allah. If that were so, you would not be given (?) anything at all. You would see to your own needs yourselves and not need Allah, He says. So, if from the atom to the globe everything belongs to Allah Almighty, we are temporary travellers staying on it, or tenants. People staying on it for a set time. Yes.

So Allah created the Throne. When He encompassed the universe with the Throne, Allah, who created the heavens and the earth and what is between them, automatically becomes the Owner of His creations, and when "the Throne of Allah" is said, it is understood that the Owner of the universe is Allah. In the verse, that people are in the worldly realm for a temporary stay; after all souls taste death, the inheritance of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah. According to the verse, after the living beings on the whole universe and creation perish, all existence remains to Allah, so in this respect Allah is the absolute power in His dominion.

The ownership of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah. Every soul shall taste death. The inheritance of the heavens and the earth will remain to Allah, He says. The inheritance of the heavens and the earth will remain to Allah. Because what He created will again remain to Him. So we too are temporary beings. If a person does not turn to Allah, who created this realm, but embraces His creations, lives intertwined with them, and feels desire for those created things and turns his back on the one who created them, can this person's mind be called a mind? Those people are truly foolish-minded and addicted to the desires of their own selves, people who have turned their backs on Allah and are oppressive toward their own selves.

Yes.

But this: according to these verses, Allah, who encompasses the universe, by being the Owner of all His creations, besides Him there is no god, it explains clearly and plainly.

His saying "encompassing the Throne above" declares that all beings are under His rule. In this verse some exegetes also use istiva in the sense of "seized", Allah protect us. Seizing.

What is seizing? A place, a land that opposes him, by using force bringing it under his command. Using force, he seized that place.

Allah has no need to seize. His creations, apart from humans and jinn, all His creations, He created submissive to His essence. That is, it is not that they had life and soul too and submitted to Him like that with life and soul. With His knowledge, whatever He willed, what He said "kun", "Be" to, all beings, in order and arrangement, around each other's axes, in unity and togetherness, He created. So He did not seize; making them submit to His command, that is, as the one who creates whatever He wills, He created. This is a very wrong word, we said; that is, His saying "encompassed the Throne", that is, all beings being under His rule, it declares.

In this verse some exegetes use istiva in the sense of "seized" as well. This is a very wrong word. It implies that something Allah created opposed Allah and, after Allah waged war on it, He brought it under His rule; Allah protect us, words like these lead a person to kufr. Allah creates His creations under His rule and such that, beyond Allah's will, they cannot go, cannot go out of it.

The night ceaselessly pursuing it, covering and wrapping the day: with this verse, that the Quran is a treasure of knowledge, over time, with the miracles of its verses, it proves His existence. The magnetic masses He placed at the south and north poles of the earth: like poles repelling each other turns the earth around its own axis without stopping, in 24 hours; He placed these magnetisms with such a precise calculation that in the earth turning around its own axis for thousands of years, it has never been seen to turn a second ahead nor a second short. Hodja, if you say "well, now it is being seen", now everything has an end.

An end. The Doomsday will come. Look what Allah Almighty says. We create what We create firmly, He says. What We create. And you will bring about the Doomsday with your own hands, He says. How beautifully He says it. He created it firm. He created it firm. If we pierce the ozone layers with perfumes, with perfumes, if we erase the magnetism at the north pole with the sun's (?) and (?), and this magnetism decreases and the repelling force of the south pole turning toward the north pole grows stronger, certainly, the earth around its own axis, as long as the north pole's repelling, its magnetism decreases, as the earth turns around its own axis it will get shorter by seconds.

Then it will get shorter by hours. Then it will come to zero point. To zero point. That is, the sun will set in the west, rise in the west, it will start turning backwards. In that reverse turning, the earth, left adrift, will have its balance disrupted. With the south pole pushing the north pole's (?), it will start turning backwards. Such a turning will happen, such a turning, that as the earth turns around its own axis, the earth will burst from centrifugal force. You know what it says: when the mountains pass like clouds, when the seas swell, when the earth throws out what is inside it, when the sky flows like molten metal, how beautifully He says it. He created with knowledge, everything will end with knowledge.

When the seas swell: that magma layer's sea, those lavas, when those lavas touch the sea, when they touch the water, of course it will swell. Yes.

That our Lord, with His ocean of knowledge, created this universe in a way that no being, only Allah, could create, that there is no other god besides Allah, that by that power and might of His essence being known, by His command being obeyed, great rewards will be attained in the hereafter, and if His command is opposed, one will be among those who harm their own selves in the hereafter, He makes known to us. Yes.

Explaining the sciences like this, the night and day like this: the exaltedness of His essence, His greatness, that He created with knowledge, that He has power over everything, it is to tell us this.

According to this verse, "the night ceaselessly pursuing it", Allah, who encompasses the universe, all being the Owner of His creations, we said. Yes.

The night ceaselessly pursuing it, covering and wrapping the day: with this verse, that the Quran is a treasure of knowledge, over time, with the miracles of the verses, it proves His existence. The magnetic masses placed at the earth's south and north poles: like poles repelling each other turns the earth around its own axis (?) in 24 hours; He placed these magnetisms with such a precise calculation that in the earth turning around its own axis for thousands of years, it has never been seen to turn a second ahead nor a second short. At the same time, with the sun and moon system, He placed the lunar calendar in the sky.

Just as the earth turning around its own axis brings about night and day, so too with the earth turning around the sun He brings about the seasons, and the earth's course around the sun He makes run in 365 days and 6 hours, so that, neither less nor more, it has completed its course. So Allah, who created these with this power of knowledge, proves His essence to people in this way. Continuing with the next verse: the sun, the moon and the stars subjected to His command, Allah who created them, He says. There is no soul in the sun, moon and stars that they should submit to Allah's command. Allah, displaying His power to create, declares that His creations, without stepping outside Allah's will, have each been put at people's service with a duty, and that therefore there is no disorder in His creations and they are not outside His will.

Know that creating and commanding belong to Him alone. No being besides Allah has the power to create. People can only invent knowledge from created beings. But when it comes to bringing into being from nothing, they cannot create even an atom. Because Allah programmed the universe this way. If He had programmed people too to bring into being from nothing, Allah would have created (?) to His essence.

Commanding also belongs to Allah alone. Because Allah commands in a way that gives life to those He commands, in people's own favour. But when people command, it is to make others serve them that they command. Moreover, when Allah Almighty commands His creations, the command belongs to Allah alone. What will people create from nothing that they could command it? One must create from nothing so that it would be under one's own command. Commanding belongs only to Allah. Allah commands. He directs what He created. You would have to create something to command it and direct it. Yes. For this reason commanding too belongs to Allah alone.

How exalted is Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Allah, free from deficient attributes, is the possessor of mercy and justice. He has power over everything. Allah Almighty has power over everything. Yes.
