Those arrogant ones said; “And we are the ones who deny that which you believe in.”
Tafsir
Deciding to cross the line, these people replied. We are the ones who deny what you believe. So where is this Allah that you say. If there were such a God, He would hear us and prevent us from doing what we do, or He would show Himself to us and say, "He is telling the truth, I am your Lord," and we would believe. They said, "Since there is no such thing, then you are a liar and a man of imagination, and you are following a liar and a man of imagination in vain.
This is the most important part of the matter. If Allah (swt) appeared in the realm of property and acted according to the wishes of people, the heavens and the earth and everything in between would have been destroyed. Also, even if these people saw Allah as Allah, they would still not believe. For they did not believe (in Kalu Bela) so that they may believe here. If they had been believers in the past, they would have taken their place in the ranks of believers in the world.
In this way these people, like the tribe of Ad, became disbelievers in their defiance of Allah and were included in the group of transgressors. Allah will bring a public prosecution against those who exceed the limits and will wipe them off the face of the earth.
What is said in the video
Look now, the arrogant ones said: We too deny what you believe in. That is, now they transgressed the limits; Allah they denied. Yes. These people who decided to transgress the limits gave this answer: We too deny what you believe in. Yes. That is, who are you? Look, we have this much wealth. If anyone were to believe, we would have believed. While we have all this wealth, you, in poverty, felt compelled to believe in something, and with that short mind of yours you went and, leaving so many idols, set out to believe in him. That is, you set out to believe in someone who says, I am a prophet. If you had any sense, you would be people of wealth.
As if we would follow you and agree with you. Pride and arrogance, you see. Yes.
That is, where is that Allah you speak of? If there were such an Allah, He would hear us, stop what we do, or say: he speaks the truth, I am your Lord, and show Himself to us, and we would believe. Since there is no such thing, you are people who follow a liar and a person who produces fantasies in vain, they said. Yes, to (?) them from Allah's path they do everything they can. Today there is no need for that at all. Why? People, seeing (?), stray from Allah's path quite nicely. They are competing, rather, may Allah protect us. Yes, the most important side of the matter is right here. If Allah Almighty appeared in the visible world and acted according to people's wishes, the heavens and the earth and what is between them would fall into ruin.
Moreover, even if these people saw Allah as Allah, they still would not believe. Because at Kalu Bela they did not believe, so how would they believe here? There they saw, and yet they denied. If those possibilities of theirs, those (?), have become their destiny, they would never step out of their destiny; even if in this world Allah Almighty had outwardly appeared to them, they would still have denied. Since Allah Almighty is free of all deficient attributes, the reason He asks in the unseen world for our faith in the unseen: we already saw Him there. That is, while in the world of spirits, in the form of spirits, we already saw Him there.
So that a person may not say: You created me like Your essence; had You sent me to the unseen world, I would have known You there. Anyway, in this state, had Allah Almighty, who sends man to the unseen world, sent His essence here too, he would still have accused Him of lying. He still would not have believed. Because destiny is like that too.
Because at Kalu Bela they did not believe, so how would they believe here? Indeed, if they too had been believers (?), in this world these people would, in the ranks of the believers, have taken their places. So these people, by thus challenging Allah like the people of 'Ad, joined the group of those who transgress the limits, as unbelievers. For those who transgress, Allah (?), and wipes those peoples off the earth and casts them away.
