Translation

After them, We have sent Moses with Our miracles to Pharaoh and his people and they have denied those miracles. But see the end of those who commit mischief.

Tafsir

After these tribes, Allah sent Hazrat Musa (Moses) to his people and Pharaoh as a Prophet with miracles. Pharaoh claimed to be a deity, so they denied the miracles that Moses showed to Pharaoh and his people with Allah's permission. For these people were also transgressors. Without any proof from Allah, these people believed in Pharaoh's invented claim of divinity and began to worship Pharaoh himself as a god. Of course, the people who worship other than Allah are the people who have gone beyond the limits.

It was at this time that Allah sent Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) as a Prophet to Pharaoh and his people so that they might find the truth. Allah does not oppress a people without sending a Prophet to them and making them aware of the truth. But the same people of the past denied Prophets and disbelieved in Allah, just as they denied Moses and disbelieved in Allah.

(But see what was the end of the mischief-makers), that they suffered the torment of Allah because of their disbelief in Allah.

What is said in the video

Then after them We sent Moses with Our miracles to Pharaoh and his people, We sent him to Pharaoh and his people, and they denied those miracles. 'But see what the end of the corrupters was,' it says.

Allah Almighty, as I said in earlier lessons too, speaks with us openly like this, as if. The 'as if' is too much. Just as a person in front of us visits someone, (?) him, and with him talks about the past, well, talks about events, so Allah Almighty too speaks with us this closely. Closely.

After these peoples – yes, may He be pleased with us. After these peoples Allah Almighty sent Moses (peace be upon him) to his people and to Pharaoh with miracles, as a prophet. Both to his people and to Pharaoh. Moses is from the people of the Children of Israel. Well, Pharaoh is the king of the people of Egypt. He declared himself a god. Well, he is a man in shirk. In this case, both to his people and to Pharaoh's dynasty and to that people he was sent as a prophet.

Since Pharaoh claimed divinity, the miracles Moses showed to Pharaoh and his people by Allah's leave they called lies and denied.

As we all know, Allah Almighty appeared to Moses in the holy Tuwa in the form of a fire. Why is He not seen in human form, since He created us in that form, although He created us endowed with the attributes of essence – yes, why was He not seen in that attribute, but in the form of a fire was He seen?

Allah Almighty sent us to a hidden realm. A hidden realm. That is, there is a realm where His essence is not seen. A realm where His essence is not seen. In this case, with the attributes of essence, that is, with the (?) attribute of Adam, you see Allah Almighty, but you cannot perceive Him. And even if you perceive Him, you cannot see Him. In this case Allah Almighty is seen not with the attribute of essence but in the form of fire. Like the shape of a burning fire on a tree, like the shape of a fire burning like that He is seen. And even around Him, it says, apart from the people of the world, there were people wearing something like long overcoats, it says.

They stood like this with hands folded respectfully. That is, they were angels. Yes.

In this case Allah Almighty shows Moses some miracles there and says, 'I am behind you. You will go to Pharaoh. You will try to turn him away from his claim to be a god. You will convey the truth,' He says. Well. So Allah Almighty says: 'To the main center of those wrongdoing lands, to their prominent, spoiled people – without conveying the truth, We do not destroy that town,' says Allah Almighty. Well, their time too had come. Allah Almighty already knows they will not believe. But how great His patience is, how much He loves people, and since there were not yet among them those who would become Muslim, how much time He gave them – although He came to them with seven, eight, nine miracles, although Pharaoh denied it, our Lord waits patiently.

And finally, finally He says to Moses, 'Take your people and leave here by night.' Thereupon Moses takes his people and sets out. Hearing of this, hearing of this, Pharaoh with a handful of soldiers sets out. He gathers an army. With their already scattered (?), how much of an army that army would be – they are addressed by our Lord as 'marauders'. That is, they are called a marauding army. In this case, beside the Red Sea, Pharaoh catches up with Moses. But when Allah Almighty says, 'O Moses, strike the sea with your staff,' twelve openings open up there. Twelve openings. Each tribe enters through its own opening.

They enter through those paths. Thereupon, when Pharaoh too plunges in to catch Moses, together with his army he perishes there. (?) What was their end? Yes. What was the end of those corrupters?

After these peoples Allah Almighty sent Moses (peace be upon him) to his people and to Pharaoh with his miracles as a prophet. When Pharaoh claimed divinity, the miracles Moses showed to Pharaoh and his people by Allah's leave they called lies and denied. Because these peoples too were peoples who overstepped the bounds. Without any proof from Allah in their hands, without any proof, these people believed in the claim of divinity Pharaoh made up. They began to worship Pharaoh himself as a god. Yes. Surely peoples who worship other than Allah are peoples who have overstepped the bounds. Allah creates you, makes you the noblest of creatures, gives you an honor above the worlds, feeds you, gives you drink, meets every kind of need of yours – and you do not recognize Him, you prostrate to what He created.

You take what He created as a god. You serve it. And you turn your back on Allah. How heavy a thing, a state this is. Yes. Allah Almighty too shows His essence. 'There is no worship like this,' He says. 'Look, this is how it is.' But first He invites (?) your weakness. You may have been deceived. You may be bound by superstitions. You may see wrongs as right. But every mind, when it sees what is right, knows that it is in the wrong. In this case Allah Almighty sends to the center of such unruly peoples scholars, prophets. If they still, with feelings of the nafs, following the footsteps of Satan,

standing up against the truth, try to throw falsehood onto the truth to satisfy their nafs, and with the feelings of the nafs wrap themselves in feelings of grudge and hatred toward the truth, then Allah Almighty gives them the punishment they deserve.

Yes.

So at that time, so that they would find the truth, Allah Almighty sent to Pharaoh and his people Moses (peace be upon him) as a prophet. As a prophet.

Allah, without sending a prophet to any heart, without making the truth heard to them, to a heart, does not wrong any heart. The verse I mentioned a moment ago already confirms what we have said. What did we say? 'As long as We have not sent to those wrongdoing – to the center, the main center of those peoples, a messenger, a prophet, We do not destroy them,' it says.

However, the people of the past, the same people, that is, people of the same mindset – just as they denied the prophets and denied Allah, they also called Moses a liar and denied Allah.

But see what the end of the corrupters was. In the end, because they denied Allah Almighty, Allah's punishment befell them. Punishment – what is this punishment? In return for the pleasures and enjoyments of what they did in the world, because they turned their backs on Allah's verses, they bought the abode of eternal punishment. In the world too, suffering the greatest disaster, they incurred Allah's curse, and in the sea they drowned.
