Translation

And he took out his hand (from his pocket). It appeared as bright white to those who were observing.

Tafsir

At the same time, Hazrat Musa took his hand out of his pocket and his hand, by Allah's permission, shone like a light for those who were watching, and appeared white all around.

These are the miracles that Allah (swt) gave to the Prophets to invite His servants to Himself and to prove His existence, as I have explained in the above verse. If people have in their covenant the recognition of their Lord, they will immediately believe in Allah and follow the Prophet. If he did not recognize Allah and rebelled against Him in the past, you could unite the heavens and the earth for them and they would still not believe.

What is said in the video

What happens? And in Surah Al-A'raf, verse 108: And he drew his hand out of his pocket, and suddenly it appeared pure white to those watching there. It appeared as a pure white, shining light.

Moses at the same time drew his hand out of his pocket, and his hand, by Allah's leave, shining like light to those watching there, appeared all around pure white. These, as I explained in the verse above, are what Allah Almighty, to invite His servants to Himself and to prove His existence, gave the prophets: miracles. If people's covenant contains recognition of their Lord, they believe in Allah at once and follow the prophet. If before they did not recognize Allah and rebelled against Him, then for them, even if you joined earth and sky, they still would not believe. Here it says he drew his hand out of his pocket, his pocket.

This "pocket": some say "from his pocket," some say "from his bosom," but the right one is probably "from his bosom": he puts his hand into his bosom and draws it out from there. Yes.

"Pocket" is a bit odd. That's why, for us here, since it has been rendered that way, "from his pocket" or "from his bosom" makes no difference.
