Translation

“Bring all knowledgeable greatest sorcerers.”

Tafsir

Again, these people propose to Pharaoh that every wise sorcerer in the cities should be brought before Pharaoh. In this way, these enemies of Allah, these people who associate shirk with Allah, will satisfy their ego by defeating Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' with their magic. Now that they have gained the upper hand over Allah, they will continue in their rebellion, convinced that no one can overcome them.

Allah will not surrender this universe to the enemies of Allah who do not know Him and make them oppress His creatures. The meaning of this verse is (Allah will complete His light until the Day of Resurrection, even if they do not want it): He declares that these worlds are programmed with a program, that there will be people who say Allah until the Day of Judgment, and that Allah will announce His religion to these people and sustain these worlds.

What is said in the video

Let them bring every learned sorcerer to you, it says. Again these people propose to Pharaoh that every learned sorcerer in the cities be brought into Pharaoh's presence. In this way these enemies of Allah, these people who associate partners with Allah, by defeating Moses (peace be upon him) with their sorcery, as they imagine, will satisfy their nafs.

Look, they will say to Pharaoh: didn't we tell you? How fine, look, these, your eye, those who have their eye on your throne, see, this is how we defeat them. And they will make their footing firm in Pharaoh's sight. All of them pitiful, foolish people chasing worldly gain, who deify what Allah created and turn their backs on the Creator.

And because they set themselves up above Allah, they will be convinced that, in their own view, no one can cope with them, and will carry on in their transgression. Indeed, if Moses is defeated, these people, within their own transgression, will increase their transgression even more and step completely outside the laws Allah wants. Allah does not hand this universe over to enemies of Allah who do not know themselves and let them oppress the servants He created. Yes. In this verse it says: Allah will perfect His light even if they do not want it. In a verse Allah Almighty says so. Allah will perfect His light until the Day of Judgment, even if they do not want it.

What is meant in this verse is that these worlds were created according to a plan, that until the Day of Judgment there will be people who say 'Allah', and that for the sake of these people Allah will keep these worlds standing; this is what it declares.
