Translation

Vow to that; for them to take advice, We have punished Pharaoh and his followers with drought and shortage of crops for years.

Tafsir

According to this verse, it is clear that Pharaoh's punishment of the magicians and the punishment of Moses and his brother Aaron were not carried out.

Since Allah (swt) declared that He punished Pharaoh and his followers with famine and drought for many years, it is clear that the punishment was not applied, since they continued their old life and those who would be punished were among them.

Allah (swt) gives them this famine so that in the future, on the Day of Judgment, when they see the punishment of Allah (swt), they will not say to Allah (swt): "If you had given us famine and drought to discipline us, if you were our Lord, if you had given us calamities to reform us, then we would have obeyed you and known you as Lord." Allah (swt) raises all kinds of questions that people can think of. Although Our Lord knows the nature of all human beings, He patiently creates opportunities for them in order to cut off their questions.

Allah (swt) punished them by giving them this famine so that they would return to their Lord and make supplication and supplication.

What is said in the video

Yes, in Surah Al-A'raf, verse 130, it says: 'Indeed, We punished those who followed Pharaoh, so that they would take a lesson, with years of drought and crop shortage.' Allah Almighty punished those who followed Pharaoh, showing them many miracles. But each time Pharaoh said to Moses: O Moses, tell your Lord — I have believed in that Lord — to lift this affliction from us. And when Moses prayed, Allah Almighty knew what they would do, but (?) of our Lord, making them witnesses against themselves so that they have no way left to dodge, so that on the Day of Judgement, at the supreme court, when they are subjected to the eternal punishment of hell, they will have no word to say against Allah Almighty; so, with the attribute of patience, Allah Almighty gives them many miracles on earth.

Yes. Indeed, We punished those who followed Pharaoh, so that they would take a lesson, with years of drought and crop shortage.

According to this verse, it becomes clear that the punishments Pharaoh was going to impose on the sorcerers and on Moses and his brother Aaron, Aaron (peace be upon him), were not carried out.

As you said, according to this verse, the punishments Pharaoh was going to impose on the sorcerers and on Moses and his brother Aaron (peace be upon him) — it becomes clear they were not carried out. Because, since Allah Almighty declares that for years He punished Pharaoh and his followers with famine and drought, and since they continued their old lives, and since those who were to receive the punishment were among them, it becomes clear that the punishment (?) was not carried out.

So Allah gave them this famine so that later, on the Day of Judgement, when they see Allah's punishment, they would not say to Allah Almighty: if You had given us famine and drought to discipline us, You were our Lord, if You had given us afflictions to reform us, we would then have (?) You and known You as Lord. Every kind of question that might come to a person's, a person's mind Allah Almighty brings to light. Although our Lord knows the nature of all people, the questions they would ask — to cut off those questions, He patiently creates opportunities for them. Patiently. Yes, so Allah Almighty, by giving them this famine and punishing them, meant for them to return to their Lord and turn to prayer and supplication.

That is, that Allah Almighty does not wrong His creatures, that He did not create them for oppression, that every person should know his Lord by his own will, and since He created man in helplessness: My Lord, You created me in helplessness, You gave me no chance, You did not give me drought, afflictions or else some mercy, so in that case I could hardly know You — so that they would not say this, Allah Almighty also says in His verse: We sometimes try you with your lives, sometimes with your wealth, it says. Yes. We test, it says. It says 'we try', but it is 'we test'. Yes.
