Tafsir
Allah (swt) gave another calamity to this disbelieving and unfaithful people. The sixth calamity that Allah (swt) gave them was the disease of taundeen. With this plague, a good torment fell upon this people. Many of them died from this disease. Then Pharaoh and his elders said to Moses: O Moses! For the sake of the promise he gave you, that is, for the sake of the promise he made you a Prophet and sent you as a guide to the people, saying that you are my Prophet. Another meaning: They said, 'Pray to your Lord for us, for the sake of His Word, that there is no God but Him, and if you remove the torment from us, we will surely believe in you and we will surely send the Children of Israel with you.
What is said in the video
Yes, we have come to verse 134 of Surah Al-A'raf.
When the punishment fell upon them, "O Moses, by the promise He gave you, pray to your Lord for us. If you have the punishment lifted from us, we will surely believe in you and will certainly send the Children of Israel with you," they said.
Allah Almighty this time gave another calamity to this disbelieving people who did not keep their word. With this calamity He brought a thorough punishment upon this people. That is, famine, drought, taking away their provision, though not completely, of course.
The calamity that Allah Almighty gave them this time, as the sixth one, was the plague disease. Many could not be saved from this disease and died. Thereupon Pharaoh and his notables said: "O Moses, by the word He gave you, that is, He made you a prophet and to the people sent you as a messenger, the word in which He said, 'He is My prophet', by that word; another meaning: making His essence known through you, that other than Him there is no god, by that word (?), pray to your Lord for us. If you lift this punishment from us, we will surely believe in you and will certainly send the Children of Israel with you," they said.
