Translation

When We alleviated the punishment from them until a time they reached, they immediately turned away from their word.

Tafsir

With the prayer of Hazrat Musa, Allah removed the calamity from this people. But in the meantime, Hazrat Musa and his people left Pharaoh's city. Allah, Who created these worlds with a program, knew what would happen, that Pharaoh would go back on his word and kill his people and Moses and the Children of Israel who had set out with him, so Allah prepared for them the destruction He had decreed. He created events so that Pharaoh and his people would catch up with Moses in the Red Sea.

What is said in the video

And in verse 135 as well, "When We lifted the punishment from them until a term they were to reach, they at once broke their word," it says. Until a term they were to reach. That is, it will strike their heads (?). Once they were saved from that calamity, they again went back on their word, they broke it. Through Moses' prayer, by request to Allah, He lifted the calamity from the people. But meanwhile Moses left Pharaoh's city with his people. Allah, who created these worlds according to a plan, knowing what would happen, that Pharaoh would go back on his word and with his people would kill Moses and the Children of Israel who set out with him, prepared the destruction that Allah had decreed for them.

For Pharaoh and his people and for Moses, He created the events at the Red Sea in a (?) way. So what does it say? "When We lifted the punishment from them until a term they were to reach, they at once broke their word." That is, the punishment meant by "until a term they were to reach" is that punishment at the Red Sea. We lifted the punishment until a term they were to reach. They felt relieved and off they go. In that relief, to where? To death, on their own feet. Yes. What does it say in the (?) verse? "You walk on your own feet to the place where you will die," it says.
