Translation

When Moses’ anger dissipated, he took the tablets. For those who fear their Lord, on those tablets, there is guidance and mercy.

Tafsir

Hazrat Musa's anger subsides when Hazrat Aaron softens Hazrat Musa and tells him that he is powerless among the people and that he has no power over them. He picks up the written plate with the verses of the Torah. In those Verses of the Torah there is guidance and mercy for mankind. Allah enlightens the paths of people with the Verses He sends. He brings them out of oppression into light. He teaches people what they do not know. Because Allah loves His creatures very much and does not wish them cruelty. Since Allah (swt) does not need anything, He invites His creatures to guidance and salvation through the Verses He sends.

Whoever judges by the Verses sent by Allah, it is for his own benefit. And whoever turns away from the Verses sent by Allah, it is to his own detriment. Those who turn away from the verses will not be spared from distress and unrest in this world, and will remain in eternal torment in the Hereafter.

What is said in the video

We have come to the hundred and fifty-fourth verse. Verse one hundred fifty-four. When Moses' anger subsided, he took up the tablets. In their writing there is news of guidance and mercy for those who fear their Lord, it says. Allah Almighty surely sends, in people's favor, His word. He has no need of anything. He creates only what He wills. He is the Creator. We, however, are helpless. So, to guide us, to color our lives, to find peace in the heart while living, and so that He may ease people's hardships in worldly life, even if only a little, Allah Almighty holds a light before them with His verses.

So, when Moses' anger subsided, he took the tablets. In their writing there is news of guidance and mercy for those who fear their Lord. For those who fear their Lord. Those who do not fear, their hearts are restless and scattered anyway, it says in the verse.

Those who fear take refuge in the verses. Under the (?) of the verse he finds his way, he finds the truth. When Aaron softened Moses and said that he himself had become helpless among the people and could not (?) them, Moses' anger subsided. He picks up from the ground the written tablet, the verses of the Torah. In those Torah verses there is guidance and mercy for people. Allah illuminates people's paths with the verses He sends. He brings them out of darkness into light. He teaches people what they did not know. Because Allah loves His creatures dearly. He does not will injustice for them. Since Allah Almighty has no need of anything, the verses He sent are a source of guidance and salvation for the people He created.

Yes. Whoever abides by the verses Allah sent, it is to his own benefit. And whoever turns his back on the verses Allah sent, that is against himself. People who turn their faces from the verses can neither escape hardship and unrest in this world, and in the Hereafter they remain in eternal punishment. May Allah protect us from such a life. On the straight path, on a right way, when the decree of the Truth comes, may He join us among those who take refuge in Allah Almighty's mercy, among those righteous servants. On the Day of Judgment, in the Hereafter, when we wish, at that gathering, at the Great Court, in the presence of our Lord, may He join us among the servants He receives with a (?) face.

Yes.
