Tafsir
Hazrat Musa continued to pray to Allah: "O Allah, grant us favor in this world and in the Hereafter, for we have returned to You, and Allah has judged between people with justice, and Allah has said: Whoever wishes for the torment, that is, whoever turns away from the Verses of Allah and denies them, We will give them many afflictions in this world. They have also bought torment in the Hereafter.
But Allah's Mercy encompasses everything in the universe. Allah is the Provider of sustenance for all His creatures, the One who fulfills their every need, and the One who guides their behavior and actions. Even when people are living their lives in the world, He treats even those who disbelieve in Allah (swt) with His mercy and provides them with all kinds of sustenance. Allah (swt) has created all kinds of events within the destiny of people during their lives, so that they can bear witness to them, and He treats them with His mercy, without discriminating between any human being. Those who complete their lives and pass on to the Hereafter, those who are governed by the Verses of Allah, those who continue to worship Allah, will receive the mercy of Allah in the Hereafter. As for those who turn away from Allah, He will withhold His mercy. They will have no helpers or intercessors. Those who deny the Verses of Allah in this world will be deprived of Allah's mercy. And whoever is deprived of Allah's mercy will have bought the life of eternal hell.
Those who avoid the Verses of Allah, continue to worship Him, pay the zakat and believe in the Verses, Allah will increase their good deeds in return for their worship according to their sincerity.
What is said in the video
We have come to verse 156.
Here there is a wrongly explained verse, in 156. Well, what does verse 156 say?
write good for us in this world; in the Hereafter, surely we have turned to You. Allah said: Whomever I will, I subject to My punishment. See: whomever I will. Now here Allah Almighty would have discriminated among His servants. It is left to Allah's will. No matter how much I worship. What if He doesn't love me? The worship I do would be pointless for me. But My mercy encompasses everything. I will write it for those who are mindful, who give zakat and who believe in Our verses, it says. This part it says correctly. Now, Allah's word is always right, but people explain it wrongly.
Write good for us in this world, and in the Hereafter too. Surely we have turned to You. Allah said: whoever wishes misfortune from Me — see how beautiful — Allah said: whoever wishes misfortune from Me, I subject him to punishment. Indeed, does that person wish for misfortune? Allah Almighty tells you: look, this is My way, this is the right way. If you step outside it, you rebel against Allah; did you think that, outside of Allah's laws, in what He does not want, you would not be punished? Like the law of a state. What does the state say? If you follow such and such laws, you remain free, but if you step outside these laws, I will imprison you.
Well, when you step outside those laws, when you kill a man, let me say, when you commit any crime, when you steal, when you swindle this one and that, does the law let you go free, or does it catch you? Allah Almighty, too, catches those who step outside His command like this. What does it say? Whoever wishes misfortune from Me, that is, if he steps outside His law, I subject him to punishment. Of course, Allah Almighty, by His attribute of justice, will give him his punishment. But My mercy encompasses everything. That is, My mercy is for everyone in the universe, and in the Hereafter only for the believer.
I will write it for those who are mindful, who give zakat and who believe in Our verses, it says. I will write, I will write. It doesn't say: I will give only to them. I will write. His mercy reaches everyone in the universe, but My punishment will reach those who step outside that mercy, it says. And My mercy will reach the others. Yes.
So: write good for us in this world, and in the Hereafter too; surely we have turned to You. Allah said: whoever (?), He subjects him to misfortune. But My mercy encompasses everything. I will write it for those who are mindful, who give zakat and who believe in Our verses, it says. How beautiful. If we know that there is no Lord other than our Lord, that there is no god other than Allah, that all this creation, the seven heavens, surrounded by (?), that all this creation, from the atom to the globe, was created by our Lord, and that He is present and seeing in every atom of it, that there would be no life without Him, if we know that He has power over everything, that He is the Possessor of power and might, if we know that He creates whatever He wills, and finally that we came to this world for a test, that in the end we are not left aimless, that for what we did in this world He will one day call us to account, if we know this, if we know that, resurrected in the realm of the Hereafter, at that Great Court we will give account in Allah's presence, by His attribute of justice, then, if in this world we act believing in our Lord's verses with our hearts, we have won our Hereafter.
Then Allah will write a good outcome for us. It is not a hard thing. It is not a hard thing.
