Translation

Those who go astray from Allah’s path will not recognize the one who guides to the path of Allah. And they remain in darkness and their transgression bewilderedly.

Tafsir

Whoever deviates from the straight and narrow path shown by Allah, they will remain in their own transgression. Since human beings are intellectually incomplete, they need the light of Allah (swt). That light is the Book, the Holy Qur'an, in which the Verses are collected. Whoever dislikes these Verses, leaves the paths of guidance shown by Allah, and does not return to the truth when he is confused in his ego's desires and when he is afflicted with calamities, there will be no one to guide him in his environment. This is because all these people have turned their backs on Allah, abandoned the paths of guidance, and disliked the paths that Allah (swt) has shown them. No one can show the path of guidance to people who are among those who, even if their intellect is capable of finding the truth on its own, are among those who have abandoned the truth shown by the intellect, because their egoistic feelings prevail. If they do not repent, forgive and turn away from their egoistic feelings and turn towards the right path shown by reason, they will remain in the evil path they are on, bewildered and alone with their rebellion.

Yes, Surah Al-A'raf, verse 186. That too is a verse that has been wrongly explained.

Let's look at our, uh, thing here. First,

our Surah Al-A'raf, 186th verse.

Yes.

Here it says this: whomever Allah leads astray, there is no longer anyone to guide him, it says. Allah Allah. If Allah was going to lead people astray anyway, when He created us in the realm of Lahut and said "I am your Lord", what need was there for people there to know or not know their Lord of their own will? Let them not ask. If Allah was going to lead man astray, that means He would lead him astray, He created his state that way. He would never have brought him into the world. He would have put him straight into Hell. And He would have put us into Paradise.

Well, whomever Allah leads astray, there is no longer anyone to guide him, it says. And He leaves them bewildered in their transgression, it says. Yes. How they ascribe such things to Allah!

Whoever strays from Allah's path — now we are telling the correct version. Whoever strays from Allah's path, they can no longer see anyone to guide him.

Of course, if you stray from that path, anyone to guide him they cannot see. Show him the way as much as you like. and they remain bewildered in their transgression. They remain bewildered in their transgression. Wasn't the will with man? Wasn't Allah Almighty going to record? He will record your evil too, won't He? In that case, if Allah had led man astray, wouldn't His word contradict His own word? You did say: I will record an atom's weight of good. An atom's weight of evil I will record. Did You say it? You did. If You led me astray, if You used Your will over me, then what do You want from me?

How they ascribe such things to Allah! And what a fine equivalent they have put there. Yes.

That means whoever strays on Allah's path no longer sees anyone to guide him, and they remain bewildered in their transgression; whoever strays from the straight path that Allah has shown, these remain in their own transgression — that's how it is. Today you tell non-Muslims the truth, the truth, and he says, "You are playing with my faith." "You are playing with my faith." I am telling you the truth, use your right. Why would I play with your faith? You play with my faith too, I say; you too convey the truth to me, but as truth, with justice, I say. I was having a wall built. Georgians were working for me.

They turned out to be Christians. Not directly for me; I had given the job as a lump-sum contract. The man had brought them along. I'm telling them the truth like this. They look the way an ox looks at a train. As if he doesn't understand at all, doesn't hear. He doesn't hear. I was living the verse through them. "There are veils on their ears," it says. Truly a veil. He just doesn't hear. You talk. He looks at you blankly like this. He doesn't understand.

As if he had gone blind and deaf. Astonishing. And a coldness too, like a wall, like a wall. So with people, their nature, that character, is like that. And how beautifully our Lord declares it with His verses. Whoever strays from the straight path that Allah has shown, these remain in their own transgression. How "beautiful" their lives are. Those men have no moment without the alcohol that Allah has forbidden. When they are afraid, they drink. When they are merry, they drink. When they eat, they drink. With that drink they treat one another, and with one another, quite nicely, their own hearts' scatter and unrest they try to get rid of — they try. With that drink.

Whereas if they went down to the (?) and found the truth, if they surrendered to our Lord, if they were honored with faith, they would find peace. At one time I with high-ranking people used to talk directly. They used to say to me, "Your civilized manner, we envy." Why, I said? "You," they said, "talk very nicely with those upper (?)." "Very nice. To be able to talk with them, we hide behind alcohol and talk," they say. See. They hide behind alcohol and talk.

That office — of course one must respect the high offices of the state. But if those people are there, if they are the holders of that office, who they are in Allah's sight no one can know. There is no distinction between people. Distinction. Respect for that office is good. For the office.

The true law in a Sharia state is exactly that, anyway. There are no lawyers.

There are no lawyers. So what is there? There is the emir. Everyone goes to the emir himself and explains. Whatever right he has, whatever matter, whatever situation, the emir decides.

How nice. (?) among people. Lower class or upper class, everyone is in consultation with the emir. When it comes to law, (?) he will defend himself. No finding a lawyer, no hiding behind laws, no squeezing meanings out from behind the articles. With the laws of Allah's verses, without squeezing into any article, directly you defend your right among people. With justice. Yes. Why would you need a lawyer? If you know the verses — or to take refuge behind someone else or behind a drink?

Yes, whoever strays from the straight path that Allah has shown, these remain in their own transgression. Since people were created deficient in intellect, they need the light of Allah Almighty. His light — His light is His word. And that light is the book in which the verses are gathered, the Holy Quran. We need it. Whoever dislikes these verses and abandons the paths of guidance that Allah has shown, bewildered in the desires of his nafs and worn out by misfortunes — in the environment he is in no one can be found to show him the way. In that environment. If someone comes from outside and addresses them, they don't see.

Because they are blind. They don't even hear. Because they are deaf. And they cannot even find life. Because their hearts are sealed. Yes. Because all these people have (?) to Allah, abandoned the paths of guidance, and the paths that Allah Almighty showed on the straight path they have disliked. Even if partial intellect is capable of finding what is right on its own, since carnal feelings prevail, people who abandon even the right that intellect shows — no one can show the path of guidance to those who are among them. So if these, outside this right path, do not repent and seek forgiveness, free themselves from carnal feelings and turn to the right path that intellect shows, then on the bad path they are on they remain bewildered, alone with their transgression.
