Translation

Verily, there are signs in this (regarding Allah’s might).

Tafsir

People eat and drink from the good sustenance that Allah (swt) has provided for mankind, but they do not see the Giver of this sustenance. There are indeed signs for the people of understanding when Allah (swt) contemplates how He (swt) has bestowed His bounty upon mankind and asks them to be grateful to Him for this sustenance, and also when the creatures are examined, that these vegetables and fruits and animals have been created by a Creator, and that each of these creatures has its own duties and each of them performs its duties according to the work they are to do.

But even though people see and know these things, they still persist in their disbelief against Allah (swt) and do not believe.

What is said in the video

We continue our lesson. We continue from the 8th verse. What do we say? "Surely in this there is a sign of Allah's power, but most of them do not believe." What He calls a sign of Allah's power: in all of nature, from plants to animals, in all of them Allah Almighty's power we see. That nothing is coincidence, and that Allah Almighty created His creatures in the finest way, so as to do their duties, and that all creatures, the creatures He created, the living creatures, can in no way say to Allah Almighty, "You created me this way, but in the duty I am to do, (?)"; and at the same time, in this nature, all the fruits and vegetables — so that they produce their offspring, from the seeds Allah Almighty has placed in them, and since into those kernels the whole tree's system is worked, all the plants in nature are made to produce their own offspring — faced with Allah Almighty's creation, if man does not reflect and use his reason, what does he do?

A person goes through the world blind. He passes through blind, sightless. Yes.

Now in this case, "Surely in this there is a sign of Allah's power, but most of them do not believe." People eat and drink of these good provisions Allah Almighty has offered them, but they do not see the One who gives these provisions. So Allah Almighty, through reflection, how He Himself bestows favours on people, and that people should thank Him in return for these provisions, and also, when created things are examined, that these created vegetables and fruits, and also the animals, were created by a Creator, and in view of each of these creatures fulfilling its duties, each with its own separate duties, according to the work they are to do — surely there are lessons for those of sound mind.

For those of sound mind. For those who use their reason. Indeed, Allah Almighty says in His verse, "Do you not use your reason at all?" "Do you not reflect at all?" Yes. If we are human, we must take a lesson from everything. We must take lessons.
