Verily, your Lord is Azeez (Exalted) and Raheem (the One Who very generously accepts repentance).
Tafsir
Allah (swt) is the one who programmed these worlds and rules over His creations. Allah has not created a single particle outside His dominion. So Allah is the absolute victorious power in His property.
Allah, who created human beings incomplete in mind, forgives the sins of human beings in the face of their mistakes when they recognize their helplessness, ask Allah for forgiveness, recognize their Lord as the Creator and surrender to Allah, because they are in accordance with the purpose of Allah's creation. Because Allah is the owner of immense mercy.
What is said in the video
In the 9th verse of Surah Ash-Shu'ara: "There is no doubt that your Lord is the Absolutely Prevailing, the One of vast mercy." If Allah Almighty created these worlds, He is absolutely prevailing. The reason He prevails is His taking everything He created under His rule. That Allah Almighty, these worlds He created, is not detached from them, and that every living being or every single particle is under His sight, under Allah Almighty's sight — this He tells us. Why? According to the verse that says, "Those between the heavens and the earth have known their Lord's remembrance," from the atoms inside all matter outward, the protons' turning around their own axes (?) produces a sound.
That sound brings about the remembrance of Allah Almighty. What is its purpose? It symbolizes that there is no god but Allah. That is, a factory produces a product. This factory says, "This product belongs to me." It takes out a patent on it. No one else can produce it. Well, Allah Almighty too has stamped His patent on matter. Through the remembrance of His being. That is, among these created worlds, a being that remembers other than Him, that remembers anyone but Allah — there is none. All of them remember Allah. So these symbolize tawhid. La ilahe illallah. There is no god but Allah. Yes. And at the same time, with the signals they emit, all created matter, the particles, are programmed to Allah Almighty.
So Allah Almighty is aware of all He has created. Accordingly, Allah Almighty is present and watching everywhere. Yes. Allah Almighty is the One who programs these worlds and rules over His creation. Allah has not created even a single particle outside His rule. So Allah is absolutely prevailing in His dominion, an absolute power. Allah created people deficient in reason; when people, in the face of the mistakes they make, know their helplessness and ask Allah Almighty for pardon and forgiveness, by knowing their Lord as Creator and submitting to Allah, people conform to Allah's purpose in creating, so Allah forgives their sins. Allah Almighty said to David: "O David, how do you know Me?" "My Lord, I know You as the Creator and my self in helplessness," he says.
"Now you have known Me," He says. Yes. Because Allah is the One of vast mercy. Why is He the One of vast mercy? He created us deficient in reason. Why did He create us deficient? This point is very important. He gave us of His spirit. He created us exactly resembling His being. If He had also created our reason complete, every person would have become a god against Allah Almighty. God forbid. He would have become a creator. So our Lord who created us, our Owner who is our Lord, our Owner — by creating our reason deficient, He removed the power to create from us, and our reason's Only to support ourselves with our livelihood, to know our Lord, and knowing Him as Lord, that is, as Creator, to serve Him — within this duty He has guided us with His books, His prophets, His scholars.
Now in this case, because our reason is deficient, we will make mistakes. Because of making these mistakes, a person knows his helplessness. "My Lord, I lived through a time of ignorance. Forgive me" — when he says this, he is acting in accord with Allah Almighty's purpose in creating. Because reason is deficient, he will make mistakes. When he makes a mistake, the person will know his helplessness and ask Allah, ask Allah for pardon and forgiveness. What was the purpose of creation anyway? It was to know Allah, our Lord. Indeed, in one verse He says this: "If you had not made mistakes on earth, We would destroy you and create servants who make mistakes," He says.
So our Lord created us deficient. When, because of the mistakes we have made, we know our helplessness and ask Allah Almighty for pardon and forgiveness, because it conforms to our Lord's purpose in creating, He forgives us. And this is because of His vast mercy. The One of vast mercy.
