Translation
The ones that you worship other than Allah, they neither have the power to help you, nor can they help themselves.
Tafsir
Stop worshipping others besides Allah and do not turn your back on Allah and seek help from His creatures. For all of creation, mankind and jinn, angels, living and non-living things, nature and animals, creatures we do not even know about, the heavens and the earth and everything in between, are in need of Allah. It is an injustice to the souls of people to ask for something from Allah's creatures and to worship them, leaving Allah in such a state of helplessness and in need of Allah. At the same time, these creations can benefit neither themselves nor others.

If you read us, you will find it there.
Those you worship besides Allah have no power to help you, nor can they help themselves, it says.
We are going over their meanings anyway, briefly, with short meanings, without going into them much. Those they worship besides Allah have neither the help nor the power for you, nor can they help themselves. Lifeless things. Well now, you, come here, to this, as an idol, an idol. Come on, worship this. Worship this. This is of no help to itself, nor of help to you. (?) Now, are such people intelligent people?
So them... Those you worship besides Allah have no power to help you, nor can they help themselves. Stop worshipping others than Allah; turning your back on Allah, do not seek help from Allah's creations. All created people and jinn, angels, the living and the lifeless, nature and animals, and created beings we do not yet know, the heavens and the earth and what is between them, are in need of Allah. Yes. Those so helpless and in need of Allah: to leave Allah and ask for things from Allah's creations and worship them is people's wrongdoing against their own souls. Yes. At the same time, these created beings, neither to themselves nor to others, can be of any benefit.
All these worlds are created by Allah Almighty; the heavens and the earth and what is between them have known the remembrance of their Lord. So, if every created being remembers Allah, that besides Him there is no god, and that He is the Lord and creator of these worlds. Also, with His verse saying every soul will taste death and the inheritance of the heavens and the earth will remain to Allah, the owner of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, Allah, He Himself created them. Every soul will taste death, you see. All that He created will remain to His essence. Yes. We are trustees upon it, and what kind of person we are, to prove that, through our living together with these trusts, through the reward and sin we (?), the will (?), the (?) inventions we have made, what kind of person we are, we prove.
