They will not hear you if you call them to the right path. You will see them looking at you, however, they cannot see.
Tafsir
O you who seek help from other than Allah and worship them! Even if you invite your gods whom you associate with Allah to salvation, they will neither hear you nor understand you. For in them there is no life and no life. They are statues that you have made with your hands of wood, metal or clay. Can they become creators and benefit you? Before they became statues, they were pieces of mud, metal or wood found in the earth. Can they be sculpted into statues and worshipped as gods? Or can they be likened to Allah and made symbolic gods? Can this be ascribed to Allah? Can God ever fit into what our hands have made and resemble it?
You see these statues, with the forms given to them, looking at people. However, since they have no life and life in them, they see neither you nor your surroundings. Is it not time for you to use your intellect and believe in the Qur'an, the word of Allah, which has been sent as a light for mankind, and the messenger of Allah, who has revealed the truth? If you miss these opportunities, you will ruin your eternal life and buy eternal torment.
What is said in the video
"If you were to call them to the right path, they would not hear." Surah Al-A'raf, verse 198.
Yes: "If you were to call them to the right path, they would not hear, and you see them looking at you, while they do not see." Yes. (?) they make eyes, they make eyes. In the shape of an animal, it has the look of looking at it. But it is lifeless. Does it see? But Allah Almighty says, I see. Look how beautiful. It does not speak to you, but I speak. It just stands there looking at you, but I see and look, He says. I see. O you who seek help from others than Allah and worship them, if you, the ones you associate with Allah, your gods, invited to salvation, they would neither hear you nor understand. Is a creator ever invited to salvation?
The creator, come on, he says; what he wants to say is: an idol made of fire, of wood, an idol made of brush and twigs idol. These, he says, if you invited these to salvation: look, to those who will burn you, come over here, he says, they will throw you into the fire, come. It does not hear, he says. Yes. It looks at you. What does it say? Yes. O you of Allah, O you who seek help from others than Allah and worship them. You associated partners with Allah. If you invited your gods to salvation. That is, look, they will throw fire, they will burn. If you said, come over here. They would neither hear you nor understand.
Because there is no soul or life in them. They are statues you made with your hands from wood, metal or clay. Could these be creators and bring you benefit? Before becoming these statues, they were clay, metal or pieces of wood in the earth. Are these carved and made into statues and as gods worshipped? Or are they likened to Allah and made into symbolic gods? Is this fitting for Allah? Does Allah ever fit into what is made by our hands, does He resemble it? What a beautiful explanation we are making here. Does He ever resemble it?
Through the shapes given to these statues that were made, as looking at people you see them. Yet since there is no soul or life in them, they see neither you nor your surroundings. So, using your reason, has the time not come to believe in the one who conveys the truth, that is, explains the truth, Allah's messenger, and in what was to people sent as light, that is, holds a light before man, the Quran, the word of Allah? How beautiful. Appealing to reason. Has this time still not come? If you let these chances slip away, you ruin your eternal life and eternal punishment you buy.
