Translation

“Thus, my chest is straitened, my tongue does not open. Thus, give Prophethood duty to Aaron.”

Tafsir

In the face of this situation, Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' asked Allah (swt) for his brother Harun. He said, 'O Allah, my heart is constricted and my tongue will not turn when these people deny me. Since Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' had both a fierce heart and a lisp in his tongue, he asked Allah (swt) for his brother Aaron to help him. Allah (swt) accepted the prayer of Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' and gave him his brother Harun 'alaihis-salâm' as a helper.

These events are known to Allah in His foreknowledge. However, by creating causes, Allah creates a situation in which it is as if people ask for what they want at that moment and Allah accepts what they ask for. In fact, Allah knows what Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' will talk about and how he will ask Hazrat Harun 'alaihis-salâm' to help him, and what people who will come until the Day of Judgment will talk about and do. Otherwise, God forbid, the worlds will be connected to a coincidence, and everything will be intertwined.

What is said in the video

Verse 13 of Surah Ash-Shu'ara. "In that case my heart grows tight and my tongue does not move." Now it will begin. "So give messengership to Aaron too," he says, "to Aaron too." He means, "Support me with my brother."

Faced with this situation, Moses (peace be upon him) asks Allah Almighty for his brother Aaron as well. He said, "O Allah! When these people deny me, my heart grows tight and my tongue does not move." My heart grows tight. Indeed, now, if a person who brings the truth says what is right, and the other person sets out, with falsehood, to sprinkle falsehood over that truth, and moreover he is alone, what happens? Together with those schemers around, they will have completely covered up the truth. "In that case, I too will flare up," he says. "As a result of that outburst my tongue gets tied," he says.

"I will feel overwhelmed," he means. "Because I know there is no god but You. And I also know that people of tyrants. They will all unite. They will suppress me," he means. That is what he means anyway. Since Moses (peace be upon him) was both hot-tempered and had a slight lisp, he asked Allah Almighty for his brother Aaron as his helper too. Allah Almighty accepts the prayer of Moses (peace be upon him). He gives him his brother Aaron (peace be upon him) as a helper too. Now, although we write it like this here, Allah Almighty does not do any work in the world.

All of it happened on the side of "Elestü bi Rabbiküm", even before that, when the first prophets were being created; it was done and finished. Otherwise, in the world, Aaron being asked for at Moses' request - then what happens? Allah Almighty would have made some changes in the world as well. Whereas there is a book with Us, they say, (?) and then (?) Although we say it like this here, it is in the way I have explained it. It is said: his brother Aaron (peace be upon him) to him as a helper. These events are already clear in Allah's eternal knowledge; anyway, I am writing this here too. However, by creating causes, Allah brings about a situation as if people ask at that moment and Allah grants that person what he asked for.

In fact, what Moses (peace be upon him) would say and how he would ask for Aaron (peace be upon him) as his helper, and what the people coming until the Day of Judgment will say and do - Allah Almighty knows it. Otherwise, God forbid, the worlds would be bound to chance, and everything would be thrown into chaos. In fact, this is how it corrects the conversation here.
