Translation

Go to Pharaoh and say, “Verily, We are Messengers of the Lord of all the worlds.

Tafsir

After Allah (swt) made Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' safe from their fears, He said, "Go to Pharaoh and tell him that we are the messengers of Allah, the One, the only One, besides Whom there is no other God. You are wronging your soul and your people because you claim godhood for your people. Allah is the Creator of this universe, the One who created it out of nothing. Allah does not need anything. You, on the other hand, are in need of everything. You are the one who needs to eat and drink. You are benefiting from Allah's mercy on us and you are being fed from the sustenance He has provided. Allah does not need anyone. You, on the other hand, need men to fulfill your needs. Allah does not need protection. You need protection and care. O Pharaoh! Do not be stubborn, there is no other God but Allah. You are a servant of His creation. We are the messengers sent by Allah, and He said to Pharaoh, entrust the Truth.

What is said in the video

We have come to verse 16 of Surah Ash-Shu'ara. "Go to Pharaoh and say: Truly we are messengers of the Lord of the worlds." We are messengers of the Lord of the worlds. All this that you see - the created universe, the galaxies, the seven heavens, all these things covered by the Throne of Allah, the created objects, by Allah were created; they are Allah's creations, and over this created universe He rules at every moment, and whenever He wishes He will do whatever He wishes. This is what we call absolute power.

After Allah Almighty had made Moses (peace be upon him) secure from his fears: "Go to Pharaoh and say: We are the messengers of Allah, the One, besides whom there is no other god. Because you claim divinity before your people, you are wronging your own self and your people. Allah is the one who created this universe, who brought it into being from nothing. Allah needs nothing. You, however, are in need of everything. You are the one who needs food and drink. Benefiting from Allah's mercy upon us, you are nourished from the provisions He has given. Allah needs no one. You, however, need people to see your qualities.

Allah has no need to be protected and watched over. You, however, need to be protected and watched over. O Pharaoh, do not be stubborn. There is no god but Allah. You too are a servant He created. We, however, are messengers sent by Allah, we are His messengers." "To Pharaoh convey the truth," He said. Yes. Convey the truth.
